Kyle and Paul with Element Moving and Storage of Austin did an awesome job of preparing, packing, and moving the items we needed shipped. They took extra care like it was their own personal items they were shipping across the ocean. Kyle did a great job of packing musical instruments and the electronics that go with it. I had the best moving experience with Element! From start to finish they were so professional and reachable for any questions and concerns. I was very impressed with their response time whether it was through email, text, or calls; someone always responded. They were very personable throughout my whole move from Austin to Dallas. Element went above and beyond with wrapping breakables with extra care and offering to wrap and take items I thought I would have to make a second trip for. The whole team did such a great job and worked extremely hard. Kyle, Steven, and Paul thank you so much for making this a stress free and easy move. You are the hardest workers and I appreciated you all so much. I will definitely be calling Element back next year or so when I move again for work. Thank you, thank you! Got the job done in good time. Felt as my possessions were being taken care of and not just thrown around. The movers took their time delicately wrapping all the furniture to keep it pristine. Their customer service is good too, very accommodating.

We just had them deliver everything and its all perfect!Not one broken thing!They worked their rears off moving faster than I could have imagined. As a military family, were always on the move; and we are thrilled to have found Element Moving of Austin! Kyle and Stephen made everything so easy for us. They were efficient and super careful with our belongings. They had a positive, professional attitude, and displayed expertise in moving and packing. Moving can be very stressful. And moving a business is probably one of the most stressful things you could try to do. Having to coordinate and time the move so you dont miss out on income producing is essential. After another mover canceled on us I called element moving. With a week left before I had to move my office. The people at element were some of the most accommodating and respectful people I have worked with in a long time. Everything from the smallest detail, multiple pickups, delays in the drop-off, because of the building we were moving into. They were patient and helpful every step of the way.The majority of the items in my office were furniture and a few technical items like printer, copier and computers. But the guys that came to pack my stuff and move it treated each item like it was Swarovski crystals. wrapping all of the furniture and blankets and Saran wrapping desks so they dont come apart.The move out of our office was a difficult second story super narrow staircase and these guys didnt even flinch.Overall Im so happy that I decided to call element moving for my move. I will definitely be calling them in the future and making sure to tell all my friends about it.

The move was not exempt of problems. Kyle, the crew chief kept his cool, stepped back, and after giving it some thought was able to overcome. The crew worked hard under tough conditions. I would use them again!!

Horrible cross country moving experience with Element Moving. Absolutely do not recommend this company for cross country moves. A ton of their positive reviews are around local moves - which makes sense - the only nice part of our move was the local movers who came, were friendly and packed our stuff well.Since picking up our stuff we had zero indication of an accurate delivery window for 3 weeks. We had 1 unsolicited email from Element saying our stuff was on a truck and a driver would contact us, but no expected date. We contacted element over a dozen times throughout the almost 4 week process of getting our things and never got a straight answer - only many vague statements and outright lies about responding back to us.After less than a days notice and back and forth on if he was going to show up at 5pm the truck finally did show up and the situation was an absolute mess. The driver scrambled to get our stuff off the truck, never pulling out the ramp, tossing our things into our yard, rushing so he could get home before sundown for religious reasons. This left the single other worker to bring everything into our house. We ended up moving most of the stuff around our place ourselves and unwrapped all the blankets from our items many of which were left in our place. But thank God ALMOST all of our things did actually show up.In addition to ALL of that craziness one of our items was not delivered. We noted this with the driver as we checked off our items. This has been unresolved for over a week, we’ve reached out to Element, and STILL no response. I can’t imagine working with a less professional company for this type of move. DO NOT use Element Moving & Storage.

I had freshly painted older furniture and they wrapped everything so nicely and safely, no scratches! They were quick to move me too! Highly recommend and would use these guys again.

This was as perfect a moving experience as moving can be. Sales (Doug) was professional, thorough, and gave us a fair price estimate. The guys that executed the move were on time, courteous, professional, and finished on time ... as good as a move can be. I HIGHLY recommend these guys

We used Element for our move from Austin back to Atlanta. I cannot tell you adequately what a great job they did. Matt Pond and his crew out of Austin went above the call of duty in every facet of the move. I was moved to do this review because after 4 weeks of unpacking I am amazed how they kept everything in the boxes they labeled in the order they packed it. As an example my son wanted his Wii system and we hadnt got it out yet. Sure enough I found the box where his playroom stuff was in Austin and everything for the Wii was in there in great condition. Setting it up was no problem...very typical of the great service we got from Element.

During my move on May 30th, Kyle and his partner were so amazing at making sure everything was transported safely and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again!

I called them wanting to book a move. Everything was great until they asked how I found out about them. When I said Groupon I got the excuse that their phones were resetting...mid call. They had enough time to ask for my name and a call back number. I havent gotten a return call yet.
