Awesome experience... Nick (Gral. Manager) of this location is super efficient and pleasant. In less than 5 minutes I moved into a fresh new and clean unit. He seems to value customer first and the location under his care is pristine.

Samantha was AMAZING with my reservation! I arrived at Public Storage to view my unit and realized it was way too small. Mannnnn!!! what a GREAT facility, ran by an amazing manager. Garret was there to help me every step of the way, even when I wasnt there and I was in NY. He guided me every step of the way. He guided me every step of the way, when I was moving in and when I was moving out. This guy deserves a raise! he works at this location like he owns it. You gotta love that attitude on people when the business isnt theirs however they love working and they love what they do. I wish I could hire this guy!

I don’t usually do reviews, but I just had to in this case. I have been coming into this location for a while now to pay my rent and the manager Michelle is a doll. She is always happy to chat and share opinions on everything from hair styles to horses. She is so friendly and treats me like family. I wish there were more people in this world that would take the time to get to know their customers. I feel like she is one of a kind.

We needed a lot of supplies after our apartment flooded. Garrett was so friendly and genuine as he helped us get what we needed to pack. We will come back in the future!

I had a wonderful experience with awesome service as I secured a unit at this convenient location. Garrett confirmed my scheduled appointment time on the phone the morning of, and upon arriving all covid procedures were in place (plexiglass, sanitizer, etc). He was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and made me feel like I was in good hands! He then showed me to my space, how to use the elevator/codes, and confirmed my lock and door all worked perfectly. Super happy with my experience!

Had a great experience working with Jenn at the Public Storage on West 6th in Austin, TX. She helped me find a unit quickly when I was short on time. She also helped me upgrade to a larger unit without any hassle. Overall, clean spacious units, friendly service. Highly recommend.

I kept my college apartment furniture in a 5x10. Good price, nice facility. Air conditioned and really secure. Move out was super easy. Definitely recommend for college students who have to leave for the summer.

The initial check-in was very quick and they were accommodating when I needed to switch to a larger unit last minute! Would recommend. Also, there is plenty of parking, which is always a plus when unpacking.

I rented a storage space a week ago and was very happy with the service I received from Michelle, the manager. The building was clean and they even have carts to help move things around. I rent a space at this location about a month ago and today I needed a few extra boxes, so I came back. Michelle was helpful with my purchase and also helped me set up my online account and answered my questions about my account. You can’t go wrong with this place and the staff here.

This is common practice with storage facilities.You’ll also need a local that fits theirs, I saw plenty of people there with 3rd party locks on their unit.Yes, they will probably ask you to review. I was torn between two sizes and she reminded me that my rent for the first month would be pro-rated so I ended up grabbing the larger unit. I stopped by in the middle of a hectic move to purchase extra packing materials. Michelle warmly welcomed me and immediately assessed my needs, making helpful suggestions for what I would need to finish the job with 10 extra-large boxes, a special box with padding for a large-screen TV, and bubble-wrap to safeguard special glass-framed artwork.When I expressed concern that 10 boxes might be too many, and I didn’t have any place to store the excess, she offered that I could return unused items with a receipt. Michelle even helped me carry my bulky purchases to the car without my even asking for her assistance!Now I know where to go first the next time I need moving supplies or have storage needs to get excellent service with a smile!

After hearing her voicemail concerning my reservation, I told my roommate that Ill most likely rent a unit at this location because I found Marjorie to be so amazing... sometimes you can just tell by a persons voice. I was correct. The facility and location is great, but Marjories positive and energetic attitude definitely made the difference with my final decision to rent a unit.

The management here is amazing. My son was in the hospital for almost a month during which time we had to move him out of his apartment. I chose this location because it is close to UT. Long story short, we ended up never using the unit and rented it just one month. On August 3rd, my father passed away and we had simply forgotten to turn in the key. I only realized this when I received an email saying we were late on our payment. I called and explained the situation and they were kind enough to give my daughter a few days to turn the key in AND they credited my account. Often times, humanity is lost, but not here. I will definitely use them for future needs and highly recommend them! J. Clancy

Close proximity to my new address downtown. Able to find an affordable unit that can hold my paddleboard that was close to the elevator. Working with Michelle was really helpful. She made sure to reserve the spot I needed and does regular checks for security which is nice. I left my door locked open the first day accidentally.

Excellent storage. I had my apartment stuff here for 4 years. I expected some insects or rodents would have at least left traces during that time. The stuff was all untouched and as good a condition as when I originally stored it. Climate controlled and well maintained place with easy access. Margorie is currently the one who runs the show so ask for her!

Miss Marjorie at this PS location is amazingly helpful and will take the stress out of your move in and move out process. We are out of state parents and our UT daughter does not have a car. She ubered to this location and Miss Marjorie walked her through the whole process. After, our daughter could not get a signal on her cell for about 20 minutes and Miss Marjorie had her sit in the air conditioned office and hang out with her until she could get a ride. Great service and great attitude!
