I come to this location often to mail out things, and I like this place because it’s easy and affordable. Most of the employees are great, except for ‘Miss Green’. Now, everyone has bad days, I get it. But every single time I come in, I’m disappointed when I have to interact with her. She seems moody and not very friendly. The other girl, and the long haired gentleman are my favorite to work with - they’re always very friendly and nice. I love seeing them. But I feel like I’m always bothering Miss Green, she has an attitude that has made me consider looking for another store.

Josie and the whole staff are great! This is my favorite location. I advise everyone to pay them a visit if you are shipping or in need of any of their services.

Had to give this place a 5 star review. I didn’t catch his name, but there was a man with curly hair and green eyes that was SO helpful. I had a package that was going to cost $30 to send, and he helped me get that down to a significantly lower price. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Highly recommend this location. I will be making a little bit of a longer drive just to get to this location. Keep up the awesome work, guys!

$3 to print each Amazon return label, which you can get it free from other UPS stores. Avoid this store. I am going somewhere else.

My experiences with this location have weighed on me after nearly every visit. I understand people have bad days and often times a single employees poor behavior does not reflect that of the entire organization. However in this case, Im starting to believe otherwise. The young lady with the green hair is exceptionally rude to customers and unwilling to help to say the least. Im now to the point where I have witnessed it happen to several other customers in the store, including an instance in which she yelled and threated to call the police on a mailbox holder that was picking up his mail. If your request requires any additional research or work on her part, you will be spoken down to. This person needs some serious customer service training or immediate termination.

Great service at this UPS store. Sometimes I need to return multiple amazon packages back to the store and its simply easy no questions ask just have your barcode ready for them to scan.

Very rude delivery man, I live on the third floor, he did not delivery my package to my door instead of telling me to go downstairs and get it themselves.

I’ve been shipping everything from this store for almost 20 years. The same wonderful family has been running it and the people they hire stay for a long time. By far the BEST post office. Quick, professional and I have never had an issue with my order in the years I have come to this location. Pat is always helpful even on the busiest of days. This is the only place you can come to for stress-free mailing.

This UPS store provides excellent service. I am often feeling overwhelmed as many are, and when I run in here I am always greeted very warmly, and service is provided very promptly. I had a rental book for school to return and I had the box and the packing label, along with another book to refuse and return. I walked in and was about to wrap it up and Justin came up and offered to do it, told me not to worry it was all taken care of. I was out of there in 2 minutes. This was very nice as I was on my way to a party in my sons classroom. It is very nice when even the small parts of life (2 min) are very positive, helpful, and leave quite an impression.

Was a bit let down at the fact that this place charges you $2.99+ tax to create a label. Due to not having a printer and a challenge to print anything at work these days due to health issues surrounding the city this is ridiculous.Previously I attempted to ship a package and they would not scan a QR code that was emailed with Amazon. They also stated that it needed to printed prior to coming despite Amazons own instructions on the email stating to bring package to store, and it would be handled by UPS store.Went to another UPS store down 1.5 miles away and labels were printed free of charge and they even offered to tape the box up. Wont be coming back here again.

Rude!!!!Employees and manager were just rude.They won’t take Usps drop offs anymore. We usually use them to drop off boxes. And now they say they don’t have the room? Every time even with envelopes!

I take packages that are packed and labeled and ready to be shipped all the time to surrounding UPS stores to be shipped out. Unfortunately the closest store to me (this one) refused my shoe box sized package, initially saying they don’t accept USPS packages. When I pointed out that they do they said they only have limited space. Never had this issue at a UPS store. Won’t be returning for lack of customer service.

Quick service. Very helpful and personable staff. Way better than some of the other UPS store locations I have visited in Austin/Greater Austin areas.

Depends on the mood of the staff, some days service is good, other days they would rather avoid talking to you to smoke a cigarette or pretend to be busy hoping you go away. I have noticed females get treated with more respect than male customers. My husband was there once when the owner was completely rude to a customer for no apparent reason, he could see the customer was stunned and then furious with the treatment. He thought the man was just a few seconds from hitting the owner in the face, which he seemingly deserved. UPDATE: We gave it one more try today, and nothing has changed.

Eight years with them (yes, before they became UPS). Theyve been great: calling about packages, pulling my mail from my box before I get to the front desk. Polite, reasonable. They even waved off a charge when I needed to return something mis-sent to me.Relationship counts for a lot and the owner, his spouse, and the work crew have been attentive and friendly. Highly recommend them. (Dunno if they have any free boxes, though...)

An abosolutly disappointing store. I posted an international letter via USPS first class on Feb4th but it kept on showing “level created” for next 5 days. I called couple of times to this store without any satisfactory explanation. I called again and the guy told me he will call me back after checking and never called back. When I called back he told me he was busy hence did not call back and also said when I called again sometimes you don’t see tracking. An absolute unreliable place. I will never go there again as I am not sure about the fate of a very important document.

They are extremely expensive, they charged me $21.95 for the bubble stuff, $20.00 for the box another $4.95 for their service.Follow up on the the Owners Response.As a business owner you should not disclose a customers full name in your response, that is just unprofessional.My son was given a shipping cost and then he called me with the total cost. As we were on the phone the customer service guy told him that if he was going to ship it that he had to hurry up because the truck would be there in fifteen minutes. I did not know till I saw the receipt that you had charged $21.95 for plastic packing material.

This location can notarize types of paperwork that some other UPS locations cannot do. My paperwork was delivered on time which was very appreciated as well!

We have had a box at this store for over 10 years--they have always gone beyond the call of duty. Every business has good days and bad days, but these guys have consistently been reliable, friendly and customer-service oriented.

I ship anywhere from 4 to 25 boxes a day here and the staff thats there is extremely helpful! I had a car full of boxes and they took the time to come out and help load my dolly and place my prepaid labels on my boxes as well. I commend the staff for taking the extra mile when not a single fedex staff member would do the same. Cheers to them and the way they treat customers.Also an addition. . Before I started shipping here I wanted to make a usaa deposit and I was running 5- 15 minutes behind. The lady at the counter when I called said it would be her pleasure to wait up for me since I called in advance. She said no later than 15 minutes and stayed true to her word and was able to make my deposit since it was time sensitive. Best shipping office period!!!!

I have shipped out valuable, breakable, fragile art through this location for almost 6 years and have never had one mishap. Every time, without exception, my items have been packed with utmost care. They have always taken very care of the shipping end of my business.
