I would only give one but the first guy it sold me the phone was amazing. When I went back in there to get my fiances phone I sat there for a while until I found the phone. I went back in the next week because my phone was messed up after spending hundreds of dollars he couldnt help me and not even telling me that theres a warranty on all cricket phones for the first year. So now Im on the phone with customer service and filing a report that I should have filed a while ago as my fiance did. The guy Jonathan up there took it upon himself to text me how pretty I was as I left the store and you couldnt help me and then told me to come back and then maybe he could help me. Okay this sounds a little creepy but you dont keep your customers phone numbers and then text. I will not go back in that store and they will not give up business again... Then he wanted to get in my fiances face like he was going to be bad when it would have been bad for him. Cricket WILL get rid of Jonathan. Its privacy and a respect for customers!!! How could ANYONE save a customer number and text them how good they look.... Then admit it was out if line when he got busted... Come on!!!!! People like that will lose your job. My phone I got 2 weeks ago messed up but nothing unless I came back up there ... The hell!!!! Elsewhere is where we go!!!!!I spent hundreds there . Who does that!!! Mad mama here!!!!

My first experience with Cricket Wireless was amazing. Brandon in the Austintown store really knew his stuff and helped me find the right phone for the right price, with a case too. He was very patient as I am indecisive. I will be coming back with my family and recommending him to ALL my friends! I had to leave a review after such great customer service! Thank you!
