Dont come to this store and ask to be bought out, they will mislead you and put you into debt! Myself and my husband came to T-Mobile to be bought out because our bill with Sprint became too high. We talked to two workers there that helped us and they completely mislead us into getting phones and leaving without doing everything required to be bought out. We are now in way more debt than we ever wouldve been if we wouldve just waited to pay off Sprint and leave. We are being told it is somehow our fault because the workers told us lies and letting us leave the store thinking that things would be taken care of! I am sad and frustrated that the company will not own up to its mistakes. I am very upset that there are people at this store that are okay with putting people in debt and misleading them. I would give this review zero stars if that were possible. It is sad when you are not able to do the things you need to because your credit got suddenly destroyed by something you thought was taken care of. T-Mobile completely took advantage of us, I would not recommend T-Mobile at all.

Very terrible. Refused to change my palm saying they don’t know how to change a plan call customer service. Customer service told em to go back to the store and change plan. Ridiculous incompetent employees. Should be fired. Terrible service
