I was profiled as a theft by the cashier in self check out name Mishal. She decided to touch my items even thought I was not done scanning my items in my shopping cart I was so disturbed by her actions I will never return to this target if this is how they treat their customers. I really wish you guys could see the video smh I was not happy with my experience at all

The entertainment department is rude. I’m waiting in line for 10 min and I get to the counter and he says I’m busy go up front… you could tell me that when you saw me waiting in line… the only other person waiting in line. Told a manager and she shrugged at me and acted like she didn’t know English

Was send to this target from the target in Davie to pick up a bicycle. We drove a long way that’s why before doing the drive they manager from Target Davie called to verify bicycle is available. We arrive to pick it up and the bike is broken. What a joke. They build they’re owns bikes in the back themselves, but they don’t check how they come out. Whoever is holding the bikes is a hazard to this company. screws coming out where they’re not suppose too broken gears. What a horrible experience with target . Not only 1 store but 2 stores with the same horrible service and answer, employees shoe they don’t want to work there. From they’re answer to they’re face. My concern is how many target are like this ? STEP UP YOUR GAME TARGET!

These are the best tags. The metal on standard tags often wears thin where they go on the collar ring. I have lost many tags this way. I have never lost a Target tag! They are also more visible. Perfect.

After purchasing a broken tv at the target in Miami central I returned the tv to target of aventura and I can say the young lady and man ( CYIANNA & DECARLO) was super helpful in this stressful situation they smoothed everything out for me and took care of me I really appreciate it. Although the service I received in the electronic department was horrible from another team member I couldn’t get his name. I told the team members I was going to leave them a awesome review and this is me sticking to my word. Thank you guest service team for helping me.

We read about Mario Battalis Hallandale FL pizza spot and knew we had to go. Tough to get a reservation but we were ok with an early dinner. The decor is similar to some of his NYC spots. Love the openness but it is a little noisy. The menu is just lovely. We knew to order from the special antipasiti menu but it isnt obvious from the menu how special these items are. Our waiter never even mentioned them, both times we went! Our neighbors ordered some when ours stated arriving cuz they are outstanding. The food was outstanding. The wait staff was just ok and the hostess was way too snooty. We ignored all that for the food. It was really amazing. Dont leave without checking out the little shop next door

This target location is undergoing remodelling, and as it might turn away most the store is very functional and clean. However, the food court was closed because theyre adding Starbucks (yay). They had three electric scooters for use and all of them had full batteries, which is good. The aisles are mostly big enough for one to scoot around in them. But its still a little tricky to back up and get out of a section in them. They had a lot of clearance items and dont forget to check the cartwheel app for extra savings. Also, they put in new cash registers and looked to be handicapped friendly but when I went to check out, the lady checked me out on the regular conveyor belt? So maybe thats not what its for. I was bummed out because I couldnt find the items I wanted in the dollar spot and the fact that I always spend more than I want to in target. All in all, it was a nice trip out.

I went to this target 4 times this week to look for the evermore by taylor swift vinyl. when i went to look, they didn’t have it. they only have a million copies of the evermore, folklore, lover and fearless(tv) cds. i’m upset that they didn’t have the vinyl cause it’s pride month, but other than that i still love target! everyone go buy a copy of fearless taylors version rn😕🤞❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Target usually has everything we are looking for. The store was crowded today, not enough registers were open to check out and it felt uncomfortable to us.

Waited in line 15 minutes. Get to counter and state I have a pick up. The person handling the transaction states she doesnt do pick-ups and hands it off to another person who just took the person behind me. When I asked to talk to a a manager the first person stated she was a manager (Lana) and that it was below her to do pick-ups. So not only did I have to wait in-line for 15 minutes (until my turn there was only 1 person in the pick-up/return line) but then had to wait for the 2nd person to fulfill my order. There is too many other options to minimize the impact of me having to wait in a store during Covid-19 to purchase product from. Just about every store now offers convienent pick-up and Amazon offers free next day delivery.

Visited on a busy Sunday afternoon. I came specifically for a pair of lamps that were unavailable in all the targets around my home. I needed an employee to grab another one from the back to complete the set. Ana helped me right away. She was super sweet and fast. As I walked around I couldn’t help but see how she helped others as she was restocking shelves and did so with such a great attitude and attentiveness. George helped me at the register and was also very kind... but Ana made my drive to this specific Target (which was approx 45 minutes) worth it. Nice to see there are still helpful folks out there! Management should recognize her and George for being such good employees. I might just go out of my way and visit this target more often. Thanks!

I love target because of the welcoming atmosphere, fast service, helpful staff they don’t just point you in the direction when helping you the actually guide you to the item you are looking for and make sure that you are satisfied before leaving you.

The curbside pick up was great! The Target Aventura, Florida team members that were bringing packages out for me and other people waiting were excellent. They were quick, thorough and verified who I was to make sure I got the right package. They followed social distancing guidelines and it was a very comfortable experience. This is the worst place to work. Take heed the store manager and her minions will fire you quick before your time is up. They will lie cheat and do everything unethical to assure your out the door. Do not reach out to corporate they will tell you they are doing an investigation into your claims but will never side with the employee. Even though you have documented accounts including dates and times. You are treated like a dog and not a human. The leadership in this store is disgusting!!!!!!!

Great store. Great service. Luckily I’ve gotten extremely great help on all departments every time I’ve been there. If merchandise is not available, sales associate is quick to order it for me or check availability on another store. Women’s department is also great. Great variety of styles and sizes. Store is super convenient, you pretty much can find anything and everything.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service! I have been building a collection of your Threshold Porcelain dishes. I have spent $$$$ in your store and each time I have a terrible time at check out because you have NO WRAP/TISSUE paper to protect the dishes. YESTERDAY it was the WORST ever! Hey I left a XXL white dragonball z t shirt at exactly 7:56pm on register 1 from the purchase I made.I Believe the person who attended me was Sheldon and I had forgotten to pick it up after packing multiple bags onto my cart after I made my purchase .is there any way I can pick it up tomorrow at guest services please ? This store is always understaffed and they don’t train their employees well, you never get the same experience all associates don’t have the same customer oriented mentality. While visiting this store carrying my baby I had the register closed on my face more than twice I mean the lack of consistency and consideration is huge. Most times they are ok but when they suck they do it big time and that’s why I give this store one star.

I used to love Target, things have changed. Their hair products isle not well stocked. Do not carry lots of brands. It has reduced products trenendously. Also they have groceries but they cater mostly to some of their own brands. Did not see Eddys ice cream, none. I saw Bryers, not many flavors, frozen food very limited. Some places like Walgreens have more flavors that Target does. All and all I give credit to them for their greeting cards dept. They have good selection. I much rather go to Walmart where I can find just about every brand at reasonable prices. No Target forme, sorry.

This target is great. Although there are some things that they may not have at the time of your visit, they tend to be really good at restocking. They also tend to have lower priced groceries that Winn Dixie and, Publix, and Whole Foods, but the selection is indeed smaller so I only go for certain items.

It is a good store with a good location in Aventura, Florida. I chose the 8 as score because I sometimes dont find what I need. Example: liners for casual shoes in cotton material.. You have a brand named Pedi, that only are made with synthetic materials. Also, I normally check my receipt before leaving the store because many times I noticed that the prices charged are not the same that appear in the racks. I understand that to control the logistics of a store like Target must be difficult, but the best of all is that when I make a claim with a customer service representative, that person finds a solution for me very fast.
