This is the best Chanel boutique by far and Ive been to many. The staff is professional, courteous, kind and extremely knowledgeable, whilst still being down to earth and not pretentious (for anyone that has been to Chanel boutiques, you know what I mean). This boutique upholds Chanels heritage of luxury and elegance, while simultaneously feeling modern. It is so lively and they make it so much fun to shop here. A very special shout out to Brian, Alvy and Melissa who are always there for me. By the way, you dont have to live in Florida to shop here. They can send anything to you with expedited shipping and the check out process is super seamless and easy. Im very impressed.

I love, love, love, Chanel perfume so I was thrilled to find the Chanel boutique in Aventura Mall. I got serious VIP service as expected. This place is a hidden gem. If you love Chanel you’ve got to stop by.

The Chanel Beauty store was amazing. I was there a couple of weeks ago from Toronto and I just had to write a review because I cannot stop thinking about how great Robin was. We visited yesterday with my mans mother. To be quite honest we werent having a good day. We visited Sephora and we left extremely disappointed. So, I seeked professional help at Chanel. We were honestly treated like queens!! Luz, Aurora and Victoria were really nice and welcoming. They gave us the VIP treatment we were looking for. We left super happy and pleased. We are coming back soon for more Chanel Therapy as I call it. Thank you so much everything. Ladies you are the best!

The opening hours very late arrive at 10 and until 12 there will not be many times we live far and we pass near and we arrive because I have always been Cliemte de Chanel and I like their perfumes and I love the special edition of the blue chanel white that is only in the This store and the boy who attends a very good person always so friendly and cordial for the attention to the public but due to schedules and the Maneger did not want to have the cordiality to sell the perfume so I feel disappointed, this is my humble opinion. google the opening hours is at 11 am.
