Worst experience! Save yourself the time and money. Best location is in the design district. The customer service is horrible at this location. For the amount of money you pay, you would think they would be more courteous. One star because I can’t give zero!
Great shoes, terrible customer service! I went there to purchase shoes for my birthday, the employees completely ignored me, like I’m not good enough for this place, while they were going far and beyond for another customer. They didn’t have the shoe I wanted in my size so they asked me to fill up the card with my contact info so I will be notified when it’s in stock... they never did! In 3 years! I ended up ordering it online.
Both Juan and Karl were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I visited this beautiful boutique to pick out the perfect wedding shoes. They laid out the red carpet (literally haha) and went above and beyond to make sure my in store experience was nothing less than a 5 star experience. The selection was amazing, the environment was welcoming, friendly and energetic. Everyone around me was also being given exceptional service. Even walked away with a few tips on how to make my Louboutins that much more comfortable.
Karl was amazingly helpful. We called from Europe to get shoes ordered and he was extremely patient and helpful trying to get everything squared away. Because of him my boyfriend has a band new pair of louboutins. Thank you karl!!! Very grateful.
Its time this store starts reading their reviews and taking action because everyone is clearly dissatisfied! I live in aventura so minutes walking from the mall. I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this store and both times, I was treated poorly. Nobody wanted to answer any of my questions or assist in finding the right size for me. Both times I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a sales associate to come out of the back room so I can check out. After my first purchase, I gave this store the benefit of the doubt and returned for the second purchase but never again!

I went to this store yesterday Sunday 9/24/2018 I was the only customer in the store with my husband and three kids. The person behind the counter did not acknowledge us st all! Maybe it looked like we didn’t have money to afford these shoes! We were there for five minutes and never once did he say anything. We were so disappointed that we ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. He didn’t deserve our comission!!!!!!! So disgusted this store deserves zero stars.

Can these people please get some customer service training ?!? I am French and i love my Loubs.Used to the amazing Horacio street service in Nyc Meatpacking, Madison and Saks. Now that I relocated to Miami I love the design district shop.(I am an absolute fan of Patrick’s professionalism he really deserves 5 stars: everybody loves that guy! Always a pleasure to deal with him)I went to the Louboutin Aventura shop today there was some sales. Bought 4 pairs. Yes 4. No smiles. No one says hi, hello or smiles when you enter the shop. (Exception for Jonathan who is the only that should work there to my experience coming twice today)It looked like it was very bothering the ladies to go pick up shoes in the back, then I wasn’t given any help any attention nothing. One of the woman at the cashier with frizzy hair was so nasty. Why do you work there if you hate human relationships so bad?It doesn’t serve well Louboutin to have this mess going on. That’s the opposite of luxury.My husband bought a pair on the phone he was on hold for 25 minutes... then they couldn’t find the pair.Anyway. The good news is ... they can only improve !!! Cheers to that.

I bought one of the shoes on the first day of May and I wore them only once today, May 10 of the same year, I am going to the store to try to return them and get new ones since the shoes took off the red sole on the heel. considered unacceptable that they want to be repaired when I have paid $ 1000 for a pair of shoes that I only put them on once and even if I had put them on every day During these 10 days they should not come off.The manager is a rude rude that does not let you speak sarcastic. Ironic Who did not give me any help. I do not recommend anyone to go to this store. The mana Yesterday is called Fiorella.
I have several shoes of this brand, I have gone to various stores and in this the service is terrible, extremely bad. My husband gave me some shoes for our anniversary and they were extremely uncomfortable, I tried to change them with the proper receipt and they gave me a thousand excuses, the manager would not let me explain that he spoke on top of my words. (very grocers), I did not feel that he respected and defended me as a client. I decided to leave and I will not buy anything from that brand again. It is worth mentioning that the shoes are $ 1500 seems too much money and very bad exchange and service policies.
