Tracy was very professional and was well educated regarding my hair type. She suggested the right product to use for my hair type and she didnt make me feel pressured to trim or cut my hair. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Everyone was really friendly and professional. Great service and great place. Darlene is very professional and a great! Hairstylist. My daughters hair came out very nice and I recommend her for all ages. She knows how to take care of her clients. It took the stylist 3 hours to do a simple cut and color. Did not cut my hair as requested. The back of my hair she did a good cut the sides and top no. Not my style. And the color I requested was ash blonde highlights. She gave me red/orange hair because she thought it looked better. I do not like red orange hair. I can not even part and style my hair like I normally do because it looks jacked up. I have to part my hair on the opposite side to look halfway decent. Very disappointed stylist needs to learn to listen and do want the customer request and not what she thinks will look better.

I get there, because I am dressed how tf i feel like, aka comfortably, aka in a wife beater and shorts, this guy asks me if im waiting for someone in condescending tone. Later tells me poor thing for being from and liking mississippi. Poor thing you, living in a big city with dirty air, surrounded by pretentious people in Lamborghinis that will never know true freedom or peace of mind

I was just their last night.I am giving 2 stars because the woman who did my hair her name was Loretta. Very sweet lady. Yes. But she was way to rough with my hair. And my highlights didn’t come out how I wanted them. And considering I walked out paying 260$ for a cut color and highlight was upset. And all this took well over 5 hours. Other then this the salon was very clean. And well put together.

Sandra is so professional and caring. I was so nervous when I first came to her. Not knowing if she knew how to handle long curly hair. She made me feel comfortable and secure. She has the touch for cutting and color, highlights, along with blow drying . I have gotten so many compliments on my hair and I have referred her to everyone. Two weeks ago I went in to have the Keratin Complex treatment with stylist Amanda Norona and I am super happy with the results. What used to take me 45 minutes to dry my hair, now takes me about half the time if not less. My hair looks great, and Im keeping the hot iron away from it for a while. Thanks Amanda!!

Orlando the manager of this salon is HORRIBLE! I mean horrible. Gave my wife so much attitude because she needed extra help picking out some products. Had no patience with my wife. Never go back Here. Although gena was very polite and helpful with everything.

Im very uneasy when it comes to my hair. I really get very nervous when choosing a hairstylist. I have been coming to this JC Penny salon for many years. First I had a very nice lady who knew what I wanted when it came to a haircut and dying my hair . But then she retired and I was so so sad. I was lost. Now, who Im going to find to do my hair? Because in the past I had very bad experiences, not in this salon in other places. So I decided to see someone around where I live, he was amazing but it was breaking my bank. So I called JC Penny again and I asked to please give me their best hairstylist and they did her name is Michelle. Very funny but she is wonderful. When I sat on the chair I told her how difficult it is for me to trust my hair to someone new. But let me tell you I was not afraid or uneasy I felt very comfortable. She is the greatest when it comes to color and haircut. I showed her exactly what I wanted and she did a great job. Every time I get a haircut my office staff and my patients give me so many wonderful compliments . I have no complaints. I always come out very satisfied. No one has been rude to me, Im treated with respect and the staff does their best to accommodate me every time I call. Michelle is THE BEST!!!!!

Dont recommend worst place to get your hair done. These stylists dont know how to do a simple job their supposed to know like cut hair or Dye it right. hair looks as if a five year old cut it. For that horrible job done I would have rather done it myself at home. When I mention these stylists is because its my second time I come here and this has happened. Of course because there are many other stylists I tried getting my hair cut by someone else but my experience and opinion about this place has not changed. Save your hair and money for a better place even if that requires paying some extra cash to get something good and well done. As a person below commented my hair was left uneven and choppy as well.

Absolutely terrible service. It was my first and last time at this salon. Went in for highlights and after a 5 hour job that should have taken less than 2, my hair is completely ruin on top of ending up with 1/2 inch roots. Will never go back!

I Loved my haircut by Rhonda.She was very skilled and what made my experience even better was that the blow dry service was included in the price.Also Michelle was a great colorist. She knew what was the best technique to cover my greys without having to highlight my whole head.

Friendly and helpfull staff. They have done wonders to my wifes hair! I definitely recomend it!

I completely disagree with the disgruntled customer below. Ive had nothing but pleasant hair experiences here. I was referred by my mom, who was pleased with the outcome of her hair color and cut. To start, I first came to Christina (the salon manager) seeking help with my damaged hair. I wanted to lighten it gradually back to blonde after dying it black. I also wanted extensions to increase length without compromising my hair further. Christina was patient, understanding, and took the time to explain everything to me. She was very knowledgable with use of products and various techniques. Christina carefully lightened my hair using Olaplex and placed a full head of extensions using the wefting technique. The result exceeded my expectations. I continue to patronize this salon because the staff is skilled and flexible, the price is affordable, and the products used are excellent quality. I highly recommend Christina and her staff.

Called several times and was placed on extended holds each time. Even after explaining that I had a quick question about pricing, I was told to hold on without the person having the customer skills to say how long or why I was being put on hold.

Im not very happy.Ive been coming here for about a year.I have been charged 80-90 for a full set of highlights and a cut.and thats ok.yesterday. sunday I was charged 95.00..I asked why the receptionist was rude to me.and cut me off.Im aloud to ask questions. I had a beautiful hair cut and highlights by henry.but know I may have to look else where.I feel they over charged me.

Awful doesnt even begin to describe it!When the hair stylist confuses a 7 for a 5 and dies your hair the wrong color ... his excuse, I was following the formula.Salon manager tried to fix it and laugh it out....saying its not so bad...Well, it is extremely bad when your employee dies the roots a completely different color than requested ...leaving you with dark, almost black roots, and your hair color is auburn mid blonde!

Very upset with this location. Yesenia cut my hair very choppy and uneven. She said she was uncomfortable when I commented on it and that she didnt have a good vibe with continuing with the service. I gave 3 stars because the other staff was very friendly and they passed me on to another hairstylist to fix the mess.
