They didnt have nothing that I looked for so I went to another store and spent my money, but the older women that worked there didnt help me nor acknowledge me either.

I went here last week with my mom and had a great experience! Eric was super sweet and very helpful. He assisted me with ordering a pair of boots that were no longer available in the store and he helped my mom pick out a very cute purse and matching wallet. There was another employee there who was so nice and helpful as well and helped my mom pick out a pair of shoes, but I unfortunately was not able to catch her name because she was helping other customers when we were leaving out. I received my boots yesterday and I love them! I hope you guys continue to employee genuinely friendly and helpful employees!

I wish I could give this store a zero. Very poor customer service very discriminatory. I would rather shop online. I would not recommend this store. Its a shame as the managers and associates do not reflect michael kors values.

It was wonderful, the staff are always polishedly dress in MK attire, super friendly and helpful without being too over bearing. Christian was a sweetheart; he was assisting at least three customers and still made you feel like it was just you. Thank you Christian 💛

Very unprofessional managers, they no want speak with customer, they don’t hear you, don’t want help. At this store not respectful attitude towards the customer. First time ( 09.17.2020) I come for return my handbag from online order, and manager told me she don’t take return in store, I have to send it back. And manager don’t want help me with anything, I told so I want buy another one more expensive in her store, she just left. Thanks another associate Eric help me, his very friendly and helpful. After this visit I call customer service MK and they told me manager supposed to do return in store if I want. Another day ( 09.19.2020) I come back and another manager same thing don’t want help and no answer for my question, it’s like manager this store can do whatever they want! Company need do some training or change management. I prefer never come back to this location MK store.

MK is one of my favorite brands. I buy for my girlfriend and my daughter with MK. However, this location has horrible customer service. They need customer engagement training. I guess because Im a guy walking in they assume Im not buying whis is not true for other MK stores Ive visited. I seriously doubt Ill be visiting their Aventura location again.

What a great store...busy yes, but the sales associates are very attentive. You wont be disappointed. Pricing is good to fair.

We went to return a shoe, and as soon as we asked they said that we had to have a box, but when we bought it the kept it and did not inform us that the sale was final. I used the shoe one time for less than 30 minutes, and they said the shoe was in rough shape. The staff was very unfriendly and just kept giving us a thousand lame excuses on why I can’t return the shoe. Extremely bad experience, would not recommend this store.

I had a bad experience at a lifestyle store located in aventura mall miami beach florida... i was looking around with my fiance and the general manager approached us and insulted us indirectly.. like really? a general manager? come on ive always come here and spend hundreds of dollars at a time purchasing a lot of stuff and i get this from a general manager not even a sales associate.. Im really upset and i wont be going there EVER again and i will pass the word like im doing right now...AVOID this location when ISABELLA the general manager is there.
