MARCH 26, 2019 JUST VISITED THE STORE IN AVENTURA MALL . DIDNT GET ANY !!NONE!! OF THE ATTENTION FROM THE SALESMAN. HIS NAME WAS SAMMI.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE SALESMAN DIDNT CARE AT ALL IF THERE WERE PEOPLE IN THE STORE. WAS ON HIS CELLPHONE ALL THIS TIME. I RECOMMEND FOR THE MANAGER TO LOOK AT THIS SALESMAN. HE DOESNT DESERVE TO BE IN THIS STORE OR TO BE IN THIS BUSINESS AT ALL. I CANT EVEN CALL HIM A SALESMAN, THIS IS A SHAME!!! BUT I LOVE THE PRODUCT, BUYING ROBERT GRAHAM FOR MANY YEARS WITH PERFECT SERVICE FROM MANY STORES AROUND THE NORTH AMERICA. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED.
