I didnt like it. The waffles are 6 bucks. For a smear of nutella on super thin waffles. The 10-dollar drinks are mango slush with not much taste. You only realize the optional tip is added once you paid. You name gets yelled out and they dont even bring you all this overpriced food. Honestly, I spent 50 bucks and kids didnt even finish their choices.

Delicious drinks! I had the cheese bread which was good to. Service was great and fast.

As Colombian I can say this place is amazing! They have tradicional drinks, they’re delicious and not expensive. Besides, the have a rewards program and the give you a treat for your birthday! That’s great!10/10

Very interesting drink.. I ordered the mango passion fruit ice and thought it would be refreshing but they add Salt and lime and it did not taste good to me at all. When I told the girl I didn’t like it, she didn’t seem to care or try to accommodate me. And that’s after charging ‘optional service fee’ and tax on top of listed price.... wouldn’t recommend this place after my experience

Service is poor . They have the music blasting and the server is not interested in understanding what the client wants.

I wouldnt recommend this place for coffee, it was completely horrible. I have ordered and cappuccino but it tasted just steamed milk so I asked the coffee attendant to have a macchiato instead, the coffee itself is cheap quality and it has this king some weird flavor but they never mention to you that it is flavored coffee. I only drink regular coffee and that was a bad 👎coffee taste. Never again

The pan de Bono is actually so bad you can tell they put it in the oven in the morning and it’s beyond stale and ice cold the coffee was not good and over priced beyond and the crushed ice is just also like not good literally so expensive for nothing no no no

Seems like amazonica does not know how to charge the right tax amount! My receipt shows they charged me over 20% tax WATCH OUT PEOPLE they did this to me a few times. And if it’s the tip that is included then it is a very high tip and they never ask me if i wanted to include the tip. And besides that they have a tip jar! Always protect your money because people like this will take it away!

After having a great meal at the mall, I was looking forward to bringing some out of town friends for dessert to Amazonica. We arrived at 8:30pm on Monday (5/9) . To our surprise, after looking over the menu and deciding what we were going to order, the front register guy bluntly told us they were closed. Confused as it was pretty early and the mall was still open, I checked the operating hours and apparently the employees decided to start cleaning up and close an hour earlier than the 9:30 pm closing time that is posted. Needless to say Amazonica lost 5 orders that night from us. We were disappointed and won’t be returning to the Aventura location.

I went today with my husband and we were ignored by the girl who attended in the afternoon, when we asked her why she did not attend us, she yelled at us very ugly in front of other customers, my husband and I left, we just wanted a coffee ... very ugly Everything, thats the consequences of employing people who dont like the work they do. The deal is very bad.
