Since changing the brand from Dolce Vita to Konos, the quality of the ice cream and Customer Service has changed substantially. The price of ice cream is excessively high and customer service is poor. I definitely do not recommend this place. I wanted to give them a recommendation for improvement and it was poorly received. I mentioned the flavor was bad and they didn’t receive the feedback. Anyways …

Good gelato, not spectacular. I am very picky with gelatos as I lived in Italy before so I have high standards.Too pricey, the smaller size is $8

Ive visited both this location at Aventura Mall and the location at The Galleria Mall all week while on vacay here in Fort Lauderdale. The gelato is so delicious!!

The girl today was very rude and obnoxious. I ordered a large and she hardly put any gelato in the cup. It cost $9.52 and you do not get enough gelato.... A complete rip off. I don’t mind paying but they should’ve put two huge scoops. . Don’t go there it was a horrible experience. The employee thought she was doing me a favor👎👎

It is a very good place. great service. We were attended by a boy named Juan. He was very friendly and attentive. The ice cream is good. Only the tiramisu was not very good.

Versaces ice cream is the best, besides the employees are too good, they always treat me with a smile, lets say today some boys named Paula and Juan attended me, although they were super busy but they still served me super fast!

The refrigerator is a chimba, and the employees are a chimba, and the ice creams are a chimba and the smithies are a chimba and mere chimba of apples and paula is very friendly

Wow !! The ice creams are awesome, I went with my family and my kids super delighted with a blue ice cream that is vanilla. The super good service the brunette girl is super friendly.
