How happy can one person can say Maria helped us pick out our new Pro computer....she was very knowledgeable and helpful...... its always nice to walk out knowing you werent sold something that you didnt need

Really helpful and great customer service

We went to the Microsoft store to compare prices on different laptops, and I had a great experience. The associate that helped us explained the differences between the different devices and gave us recommendations based on how we would use the laptop. I really liked it because you could try out the different devices to get a better understanding of what you liked.

Once you walk into this site, you will feel embraced by all the technological advances and products that Microsoft has to offer. I simply adore the factor that anyone can walk in and have a small demo session of Microsofts devices, which include, but not limited to, laptops, Xbox consoles, and tablets. However, an additional feature I wish this site could include is some form of antibacterial hand washing in order to prevent customers from getting infected with horrendous viruses after they have touched the technology in the store.

They treat you like family. Offer you water and are very attentive. I went to brandsmart got denied credit for 300 dollar chrome book. Came to Microsoft left with a laptop surface 3 with 0 down 64 dollars a month. 1200 dollar computer. 5 stars!

Awesome service with Perry, Thomas, and others. No one can ask for a better 🤖 computer service than the Microsoft Office Store in Aventura Mall, in Turnberry, Florida. Excellent Software troubleshooting, virus, and malware removal, Windows upgrade, and installation. One-on-one class instructions and personal computer training in understanding the use of your device as often as you desire for one year. Microsoft Office Store is no comparison to other computer services or Computer brands. I am totally satisfied with such unique services.

Came in with a Surface I bought in another country with cracked screen. Spoke to Marc who was outstanding, got a fantastic resolution and as a bonus, some great tips for places to see while Im here!

The story desing and the attention of the staff is great. Even though Im the type of person who buys most of the electronics on line this is a great place to get some info or insight about the Microsoft product you wish to purchase if you are near by.

Will never buy it here again and never recommend any Microsoft Product anymore. The manager (A....) didnt help, they dont know what to do and offer you only replacements. Service is the baddest as you will have, buy Apple on the same shop and be happy with a great service!

Service was terrible. I went there to return a Microsoft band 2...this band has broke 3 times now and they would only offer me a fitbit or store credit. I dont want store credit I want my money back as they dropped the band line and have stopped supporting it. If you value customer service and you discontinue a failing product, the least you can do is allow a full refund when its only been less than a year. Again I had to replace this 3 times for the strap tearing or the battery failing to charge. Since they only have 3 South Florida stores, its quite the drive. Sophia and the staff made it a very difficult experience. I guess they do not care as its just a side job for them and not a career. You can see the difference between this store and the lower level Apple store.I just wanted my money back for a failed product. One that I even liked very much(when it worked).

In the entrance there are employees welcoming you, but none asked what you are looking for. However in the counter there was a guy that did a great job answering question about what we need.

Jessie R. (the assistant store manager) was amazing. I went in there to buy the new Surface and the card wouldnt go through. I didnt know that I had to call my bank to let them know I was going to make a big purchase like that so they put it on hold (thinking fraud). She got on the phone with the Rep at the bank, etc. All in all, it was a long process and the store was extremely busy and she was patient, curious, and confident in selling the product. Overall, great customer experience. I LOVE my new Surface way better than my Mac. :) Thanks!

The staff knew how to operate the technology. They were nice. I really enjoyed working with them, in terms of buying stuff from them.

Played some Fortnite in there with the computers in their with some pals, but thats off topic. The staff are extremely helpful and nice, the products look great as well. They even have a VR set up for you to try out! Really fun.

I was greeted by a friendly face but was confused what his purpose was as I stated I wanted to purchase the new surface laptop. I was told someone would be right with me and was told the same message 3 times before someone else came 10 minutes later. Other the confused introduction, the surface was great.

Microsoft needs to invest in better training of their techs at the Microsoft Store of Aventura Mall. We went in to upgrade our broken i7 8gb 256 Microsoft Surface 3 Pro to a Surface Pro 4 with the same specs. The tech we spoke to said that the only one they had in the store was on a 24hr hold but would be available at 8:30pm and since we arrived at the store at 6pm, an almost 3 hour wait wouldnt be too bad. Turns out that the device we patiently waited for didnt have the same specs as our model. It was a i7 256 Surface 4 Pro with *16GB* OF RAM. How much does that difference come up to? $200. TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!The Microsoft Store manager was asked if an exception could be made, BECAUSE OF OUR PATIENCE, and his response was pretty much too bad.Since I work in IT, Ive been hoping to get our company switched over from Apple iPads to Surfaces but say goodbye to that idea. Ill stick with Apple because at least they exhibit some sort of consistency.Overall rating? 1 of 5 stars.Absolute waste of my time.

In-and-out purchase, quick customer service when I returned for an issue. Glad I chose a tablet from them. Everything has been great with it.

Dont buy from here they only carry old stock, employees could use a little more respect for their customers items. Microsoft customer service has more holes than swiss cheese, theyre all over the place and cant guarantee anything.

Had to do a warranty replacement. Michelle at the Dadeland store was excellent and helpful, as well as the staff at Aventura Mall. No hassle to swap the unit out and the store was a pleasure to visit. Very much recommend a Surface Pro and the Microsoft Store staff.

This store was very helpful to me when the store I bought my computer from tried to brush me off despite me having payed for a protection program, they claimed my problem was a software issue and my coverage was to address only hardware issues, this Microsoft store took my unit and identified the problem as a hardware issue and provided me with the documentation of it, I was redirected back to the store I purchased it from and they replaced my computer, I couldnt have done it without these guys, as far as their hospitality and service, it was impeccable, these guys are simply great at whats expected of them.

My associate was extremely helpful and resolved my issues.

Loved seeing the Microsoft Surface tablets in person and talking to knowledgable people.

They offered me help to install Windows on my computer and then told me that they were going to charge me $150 for that... Way to go with the customer service, Im not the kind of person that writes reviews but when they try to treat me like Im dumb then sorry Ill with speak out. Will never go back to that store or tell anyone to go there

My wife bougth a Latop a couples of month ago when we were on hollidays, one day after problems with the touchscreem, they replace it, a month a later problem with the keyboard, a week of came and goes...No solution, no replacement, (it is on Warranty yet) A manager with few, volunteer and bad attitiud with clients....We will never buy in this Store again....!!
