They are very friendly, helpful. Every staff member asking if they can help. Prices are the same as online. They sell products others dont always have.Thumbs up, rare in the Miami area

Try a local computer shop for repairs. The Tech Shop in East Hollywood is an amazing little shop. They pump out repairs and they fairly priced. Not too mention you actually get a real tech who knows what he is doing. They removed an FBI Virus for me for $60 then offered a discount for a full PC Tune Up. Regularly priced at $45 they did the Virus removal and the PC Tune Up for $90.00.I will only use my local shop for any and all computer repairs from now on. They also work on Apple and Macs.

Pathetic. The store is completely disorganized. The employees are clueless and unhelpful in even a simple task of finding an item that they supposedly have 8 of. I checked on their website and called in advance to confirm they had it in stock. Then drove all the way there to find a store where half the employees didnt even know that item existed and the other half had no clue or no interest in finding it. I was left looking for it on my own. This store has serious management issues. And probably is getting robbed by its own employees. Eight, just released $65 memory cards disappeared. Seems suspicious enough.

Great customer service!!I was looking for memory card for computer. Corsair. I called the store in West Flagler, they didnt have it. I asked if another store carried it and was advised that I could order it only online. Not happy with answer, I called the Aventura store. Spoke to one of staff members. Provided the brand and item # was said it was available. Asked him if he could put it on hold, which he did. Went to store at 8 pm and the item was exactly where he said it would be. The employees were very helpful in helping me find memory for my desktop..Will have them on the top of my list for computer needs.Kudos to the Manager and Staff.

I called to find out if they can repair my laptop screen. I was put on hold, been on hold for 15 minutes so I Google the Aventura store to check the reviews. Lo and behold there is a review by rolex452 below that says, forget about asking a question over the phone, youll be put on hold indefinitely which is exactly what is happening to me as I write this. What a sorry excuse for a store, Ill take my business elsewhere. That girl answering the phone needs some remedial customer service training, she didnt even say she was going to put me on hold. Just silence for a minute or so, then the music comes on so youre not really sure whats going on.

Bought a compact case Lenovo budget PC, it was useless at playing YouTube, something important to me. Exchanged for a similar Dell, same problem. At the store no one had an idea of what could be the problem and their internet speed is a ridiculously slow 2 mbps (at home and work I have 12 mbps) so it was useless to test the PC at their store. Since it was possible I may had caught a virus I exchanged it again for the same Dell. Problem persisted. I thought the problem may be a compatibility issue of Windows 8 and YouTube so I decided to return the PC while I further researched which PC to buy. At the store a nasty and unpleasant store manager called Natan (Nathan) refused to credit me unless I took a 15% restocking fee. It was true the fee was advertised in the receipt and store, but they were selling crap. His position was in essence I was doing something wrong, my internet is slow, there is nothing wrong with the PC, I dont care what you say I dont believe you. When another sales man took over at leas the had the decency to admit, after hearing my arguments, that the RAM seemed to be crappy, but there was nothing he could do it was company policy to charge 15% restocking fee no matter what. I ended up upgrading to an HP Windows 7, same features. The YouTube issue has been solved but now the Back button Internet explorer doesnt always work. Moral: 1-Do not buy Tiger Direct Aventura, 2- Do not buy Tiger direct at All, 3- Do not Buy if store has a 15% restocking fee
