Feliz treated us like royalty. He is so knowledgeable about everything in this store. He suggested we purchase this amazing perfume by Cartier with oud and it’s intoxicating. He found my size (14) which is very rare in the rose gold clash bracelet. There is nothing this guy can’t do. We will return and buy more from him. Thank you Felix!

This location was a total disappointment went in to the store with my husband thinking of buying two love bracelets to match our existing set. The lady at the front said to the sales person these two are just browsing which we found funny since again we are both wearing already love bracelets and we told her we are looking to buy two more. Our sales person Alexandre was nice but was not too helpful when I asked if they can polish or clean my current bracelet he said the machine is turned off that I would need to come back another day. I was shocked since this is such a upscale brand and I never had this issue in other locations. To make a story short I walked out and bought nothing.

I went shopping today in the Aventura mall for diamond earrings and a watch. The store had 1 single customer in it and the security had me wait outside the for almost 5 minutes the first time. So I went to Rolex and bought a watch. I tried to return to buy earrings and this time I couldnt see anyone in the store except employees. The security guard had me wait outside again for a few minutes so I left and bought diamond earrings at Nordstroms. To add insult to injury, he looked at me like he was annoyed that I was making him work.Whoever is running that store lost out on a good day as I spent over $30k today, I wanted Cartier because it wouldve been one stop shop and because I like the brand but after being treated like I was, Ill never shop there again and I will make it well know to all my friends and on social media how I was treated.For whatever reason, you dont leave paying customers outside and glare at them through glass. I am 100% positive if you mention this review, the security will know who wrote it.Garbage storeAnd then they respond with a phone number no one answers and an email that is undeliverable. Your store is a joke

My girlfriend wanted a love ring, however They do not respond to emails. Nor answer any phone calls and forget about them calling you back. You’d expect a lot better customer service from Cartier. I expect that from McDonald’s not a luxury brand.

I read the reviews, and I can say never trust everything you read/see. I went there on Thursday without knowing its by appointment only. I felt upset because I did not schedule an app, and now I wouldnt get my bracelet, and I had to get a plane that evening. I decided to give it a try and go in; the Lady that is in charge of the appointments received me, and I told her I did not have one; she was happy to help me, and thankfully they had a sales lady (Raffaella) for me. Anyways, I was welcomed; they allow me to purchase my beautiful bracelet. She made me feel comfortable, explaining what to do with my gold bracelet and how to take care. She was lovely, and the store!I am pleased with the experience. Thank you!

I’ve been to several cartier jewelry stores in the past years throughout the US and Abroad and I was very pleasantly surprised by the Amazing customer service that Sarah Zhou Provided me in getting my wife a surprise 40th birthday gift this past week.I was thinking between a watch, a ring and gold bracelet. She spent plenty of time going through the selection was very patient and professional through the process.She was very diligent special ordered me a Santos watch, texted me through the order process and I could not be any happier with a customer service that I received from this Cartier and from Sarah.Once again I’ve been through several boutique jewelers in the past and even other Cartier locations but no one has given the extent of customer service and precision with professionalism that Sarah has.Will definitely remain a loyal client at this Cartier boutique in Aventura.Thx again Sarah

You can judge a business by their customer service after you make a purchase! To say I am disappointed with Cartier in general is an understatement. This location offers you assistance when you want to make a purchase, staff promise to call you back, they dont. Furthermore, it is beyond my comprehension how Cartiers Dallas service department cannot fix a simple bent nib on a Cartier fountain pen. They did not have the replacement nib, and they were unable to fix the original nib. They suggested that I buy a new fountain pen! The Fountain Pen Hospital in NYC was able to repair the nib, clean the pen, and all with terrific customer service! Given the cost of Cartier products, time for me to break up for good.

Hands down the best Cartier boutique in south Florida.Prior to contacting the boutique at Aventura Mall, I had a major issue with an SA at the Cartier boutique located in Miamis Design District.Upon contacting this boutique, Jesus Vacca took care of me promptly. He managed and resolved my issue with professionalism, attention to detail and respect. I highly recommend going to this boutique for any purchase or service. Also, make sure to ask for Jesus, he made the whole customer experience worth the visit.

A very bad experience. They sold me a watch, which cost me almost $ 10,000 with a few scratches. When I went to claim they told me that they could not return the money, they could not change it, I waited for 45 minutes for the price of a new bracelet and no one could give it. It was really traumatic. Avoid Cartier at Aventura Mall, lousy costumer services and they make you look like a thief once youre inside the store.I advise to you bring a microscope and check well what you are going to buy, do not think you are buying something new.

Let me start by saying that as soon as I walked into this location, nobody bothered to greet me or say hello. I was having an issue with my watch that needed to be serviced and I was also interested in buying a bracelet for my daughter. At the time I visited, I was the only one in the store so I dont understand why the staff here would group together near the back of the store to go on their phones and gossip with each other instead of make an effort to assist me. Once I finally got someones attention, I addressed my issue with my watch as well as my interest in a new bracelet, but the person I spoke to didnt seem to care or was having a bad day. Im not sure which, but my experience was awful. I chose to leave and get it serviced at a different store.

Poor service by security. I arrived at the entrance at 5:45pm on Saturday (9/12) and was told by security that the store was closed even though online they have a 6pm closing time. There is also no signage on the entrance doors listing hours of operation. Sometimes individuals dont have time to make an appointment for a jewelry store.

Years after we bought wedding ring from this store, we stopped by to show the sales associate the discolored wedding ring color white gold 18K- almost immediately our usual sales associate Sarah Zhou examined ring, polished and cleaned it back to perfection (white gold color luster restored like new) and we were suprised by the Exceptional customer service on such quick time. Once again customer service provided by Sarah outlines why its worth to stay loyal to this Cartier aventura location and brand. Many thanks!

I came in to get my string changed on my Cartier love charity bracelet. The first employee who attempted to help me said she can’t change it because before she did it once and it came undone. I’m sorry, but a high end company like Cartier can’t teach their employees how to tie a string properly? This is absurd. We had another employee help us and she tied it completely incorrectly to the point where it was about to come undone. They expect their clients to come in and spend thousands of dollars when their employees are completely untrained and subpar. Very disappointed

I had previously given this location a lower review because of a bad experience I had with two associates when picking up my serviced watch. However, after management saw my review, Alina contacted me to remedy the situation. She went above and beyond to compensate for the previous experience. That already speaks volumes because I can understand staff making mistakes and doing something to fix it.

When I first contacted the Aventura boutique via email back in November 2018, I received a prompt response from Raffaella Capozza. I arranged to meet her to look at a watch I was interested in. As I walked in the boutique, I was greeted by Raffaella - smiling, warm, glowing persona, welcoming, very friendly.The service I received then was second to none! She is not only a wonderful individual and human being - in tune with the customers needs, but also, she is extremely knowledgeable of all things Cartier. She took care of me superbly. She followed up via emails, texts, phone calls just to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.When I voiced a few concerns regarding my discomfort with the fit of the watch, she went out of her way to make sure I would be happy by offering options, replacements, etc. Finally, she ordered a a leather strap to replace the metal bracelet...Now, everything is perfect. She went above and beyond the call of duty!Raffaellas persistence, concern, kindness, and many other human qualities...she treated me like a person; not only a customer...all these qualities are extremely rare to find in people in general, but ESPECIALLY here in South Florida where most people are superficial and plastic. Raffaella is a rare, precious gem - an excellent professional, and an even better kind human being. She MUST promoted and her interpersonal and interdisciplinary skills should be explored (in a good, fruitful, positive way)...The Aventura boutique and Cartier would be fools to not see these rare qualities and cultivate them! Horrible service. At a store like Cartier, you expect top of the line service. I have visited this store twice and unfortunately fell on the same associate. He seems bothered as if I was taking up his time and was also condescending, not what you expect when shopping at Cartier. I am use to visiting the 5th avenue store and the difference is stark. If you have the possibility of going to another store, I would suggest you do.

I love Miami Aventuta Mall is one of my fave Mall this mall is nearby the beaches most people wearing shorts and flipflops and i am one of them that day supposed to buy my bulgari ring with diamond in this Mayors store that carrying Cartier,Bulgari etc.i was ignored when i got in the door i was wearing flipflops and short sando i ask the lady if she work there she said yes ignored me like hello looking me like i cannot afford to buy in that store and she talk to other sales lady that will help me and looking me head over heals they talking in spanish thinking that i dont speak spanish the other lady approach me i need help i am size 6 that ring with diamond she said Thats Expensive 8 gran i said fine i like it i am size 6 the sales lady keep talking to the other sales lady that is she buying wanna bet for sure not what the hekk just ignored them and i toldThem i change my mind no i am.not buying as u said...they where shock i reply in Spanish .... Bought a few items in the store two days ago. One of the ring is too big despite measurement taken.We tried to get an appointment multiple times on the phone. Their system is down. We drive an hour back and forth to go there, get told to get an appointment. They admit their system is down.How about you respect your client’s time?I told the clerk about the time.This is ridiculous. I would fire the employe that turns away a client that just made me 10k profits in a 15 mins sale. We got there 40 mins before closing. Not the level of service I’d expect from Cartier. Gonna waste another half day tomorrow.
