I have purchased my first ever real diamond earrings from this place and it was a horrible experience that hope none of you guys have to go through. Firstly, I got approved for a credit card that I’ve never gotten in the mail and it’s been 6 months now and counting. Secondly, one of the diamonds fell out after a month or two of having them. Thirdly, I went to Zales to have them replace the diamond that fell out and they told me that they have to ship it out to get it fixed which takes 2 or 3 weeks. Also when I first purchased the earrings they told me if i ever were to lose one of the earrings the warranty I purchase will cover all of that but IT DOESNT which made my experience 10 times worse. I WILL NOT REFFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM TO GET THE SALE!!! Soon as you buy the merchandise your pretty much on your own if you lost or misplace your purchase. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. DONT GO HERE GO ELSEWHERE!!!

My experience shopping at Zales was a great experience found my future wife her beautiful ring and the salesman Keith was phenomenal and his assistant was the deal closer on the purchase I will say if anyone is looking for an engagement ring or for a wedding ring please shop there.

Went to go ask the lady at the desk if my store card was still active since I hadnt used it in a year and a half. She told me no and to reactivate it id have to give her my license, thats it. She then proceeded to ask my for my social in which I replied, oh, youre going to run my credit? She said yes, its a requirement. Nah, told her to give me my card back. I went home and spent $900 on my store card online instead. Nice try with the commission on the application though, will never visit this store again.

Most of the time my experience here is ok, but the worse experience I had was when I took my nice watch to get the battery changed. The guy changed it, but he also damaged my watch in the process. That’s not even the kicker, he said I brought it in like that lol. I take care of all my watches because I’m a watch person, so if you damage someone else’s belongings at least own up to it, it’s not like I was going to sue him or anything, HAVE SOME INTEGRITY..
