I’ve been using the storage for the last two years. The service has always been professional and on point for me. Nathan today went above and beyond to helped me resolve my issues. James has always been a great help as well. Thank you guys for keeping the place clean, safe and well attended.

I will be honest, I have not had very much interaction with this actual location because all I did was drop off my things and pay monthly for the unit, so I have only been at the building itself maybe twice, However, between the new ownership and me having to switch banks since moving, and different account information being replaced for me, etc etc, and having to do mostly everything over the phone, it has been pretty frustrating and somewhat tiresome getting it all sorted out. But your employee Tiffany, has been the one I was lucky enough to deal with on all those calls. If it wasn’t for her I seriously would’ve lost my patience so long ago. She has helped reassure me while being so far away from my things. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I had everything figured out, and that I was fully informed of all the new changes and helped me to coordinate it all. As I said before, being out of town made it a little worrisome since I could not physically be there and all my belongings were there, but as long as I spoke with Tiffany I knew that my things were safe and secure and that any new changes I would be kept up-to-date on. She has excellent customer service skills and is extremely courteous to everyone over the phone and in person when I finally arrived to move some things. She even stayed with me past closing to make sure I was able to gain access to my unit, since it had been a while for me and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get in. I showed up 5 mins after closing but she made sure I had access to everything and that my code worked, etc. I honestly went from full panic mode to completely chill on my ride there because I knew Tiffany wouldn’t leave me hanging or in the dark about anything. You guys have an amazing employee there and she deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond for me, and I’m sure other customers as well. I really really REALLY appreciate all her help and dedication. Tiffany is an absolute Rock star! Thank you sooo much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our storage unit was broken into ( along with 200 others) and never was advised and / or compensated.... told us to make police report, etc.....not worth my time as missing items were not that important or valuable, just poor security and customer service

Great storage facility, very safe and secure, all units are off the ground and its all air conditioned if I was to look for another storage unit I would get it with cubesmart.

Everything you need to pack and store your belongings are all in one place CubeSmart. The added feature is the drive in garage in case of bad weather. Im just a customer having a great experience.

This is my second time renting a storage room with CubeSmart and again the experience was five star. I dont think Ill ever rent from another storage Company anymore this will be my go-to company. Moving can be difficult the last thing you need is anyone to make things more difficult. I find that when I work with CubeSmart employees theyre always willing to help and greet you with a very good attitude. First Class service in matters of Public Storage Facility assistance. I was blown away by the cleanliness of this facility and the level of service from the staff. Regina was a god! This is by farthest one of the best locations I’ve ever rented at. I had a bad experience at public storage. The staff make you feel at home, not like it’s just business related. I’ve built a friendship with Regina, Jennifer & Peter over the years and would recommend this facility to anyone.

Nice clean facility. I also like that the parking is covered underneath, plus the elevators are very close and easy to access from the car. Plus the staff in the office is very friendly, and very accommodating and helpful. Especially the manager Regina! Theyre on top of their game at this location. This place is great, very helpful staff, very professional and organized . I would always recommend to store here your belongings, because it’s easy to access and you get a great support . I wasn’t able to come to meet the ups driver to accept the pallet and they did it for me, so by the time I got here, the pallet was here and it didn’t go back to the shipper, so I saved lots of $!

Ive looked around town for a storage facility and I always find myself coming back to this location. The price was definitely better than the competitors for the same size unit I was seeking. The location is not only convenient for me but the best thing is customer service. The staff here is always willing to work with me; specially when I need to get a larger unit or move to a smaller size. The experience is painless.

Ive used CubeSmart since relocating to Aventura from South America in April 2014. The facility is located very close to where I reside and that is a Major Plus. It is very clean, well organized and the Staff is Courteous, Knowledgeable and provide Excellent Customer Service. I always enjoy our interaction when I am dropping off or picking up. Moving from the west coast was quite stressful and storage was a necessity. The CubeSmart folks in Aventura were courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Notwithstanding the size of the moving van and time necessary to unload/load, the facility easily met our needs. Thank you for making one aspect of our move relatively painless...

The staff has always been very nice and helpful with me. Today i needed to throw some things away and they saved me a trip to a public dumpster by allowing me to use theirs. Place is always clean and seems secure. Ive been 6 months with them and havent had a problem.

This is a beautiful facility. That is why I am giving it 3 stars. I found the entire process today to be very slow and tedious. It took almost an hour just to sign the paperwork to borrow the truck, and it was a ridiculous process! Also, they made me feel like I was renting out some sort of high end sports car, and really made a huge deal about everything. The manager Yamela, who seemed nice at first, had a way of talking down to me. She did this on several occasions, and she treated me like an untrustworthy child. It was really the tone that she used several times to let me know that SHE was in charge. I completely understand that they have to run a tight ship and a clean facility, but she needs to work on the way she speaks with people.

As a long time customer, I am always surprised by the quality of service provided at Cube Smart: through the years, I have seen managers and associates leave, but the quality remains unchanged.

The facility was very well kept. The manager Regina was very hospitable as she offered my guest and I tea while she explained the way things worked . All around great experience 👌

We went to 2 Public Storage facilities in same area but employees were just rude - place appeared deshuffled, unsafe, uneasy - disorganized, messy. Chaotic if you will. I saw CubeSmart while waiting for a car wash and gave them a call - they were so friendly and genuine - we drove over - told them what we needed - the place was a breath of fresh air - super organized, clean, secure, Yamili ? was over and above helpful - patient, right off the bat we were comfortable with the facility, her, the unit - though we only need the unit for a short time - I would use again if need be and I will certainly refer this facility to anyone in the market for storage. It was a total pleasure on all levels!

Standard as far as the rental process goes,But one thing that really tarnished the whole experience for me, which happens to be a pet peeve of mine.Dont offer something like a great deal if that something is not going to be readily available, for example theyre moving truck. If its something thats very rarely available say so on the rental day so the customer can make plans accordingly, dont get somebodys hopes up and then tell them. sorry the truck wont be available until a week or two from now.Tell the customer in advance for example when youre saying, you can get the truck for $10 for the first day for new renters, oh but the truck wont be available for this amount of time and isnt available very often.Then at least I could plan ahead or I would know not to even bother with this so-called great deal.So now at least for the people who read my review, will be informed on there so called truck rental deal.

I LOVE REGINA! Theres self storage 5 min from my home, different company, I travel 45 min because of Regina. She is an asset to the company.
