As others have written, it is always clean, organized and easy to maneuver. The security is great and the customer service is terrific! If there is ever an issue, they work quickly and professionally to help. I recently worked with Connie and she made our additional unit sign up a snap! Recommended!

We have been very hassled by the whole moving thing. we got to public storage in aventura, fl and happened upon the acting manager SHANICE. if anyone ever tells you moving isnt bad then obviously they too stumbled upon SHANICE cause she is fun to work with. while professional she was quick witted and a delight to work with.

I recently rented a unit at this location and less than 2 weeks of moving in, the roof in my unit is leaking which has damaged some of my belongings. I posted videos of my leaking unit on social media begging for help on this matter from Public Storage. The district manager John Sanders from this location called me and requested I removed these videos. I was surprised about that request. What about my leaking unit that Im paying for? What about my damaged belongings? What about my experience? What about showing some empathy? Apparently they care more about their reputation than a paying customer belongings and experience. Shame on you Public Storage! 👎😢

Hi there, I would like to share with you that this Public Storage location has the best staff I have ever interacted with both via phone call and in-person. Connie and Robert are both fantastic at their job duties and knowledge of the differences between storage with climate control (air conditioning) and the outdoor. My father went in-person to view the storage unit with Connie while I spoke with Connie over the phone on how to process the e-rental application online to reserve the unit. Thankfully Robert was there on the day of storage move-in and shared with us the policies, the COVID-19 rules to wear masks and sanitize hands, the cleaning & sterilizing routine, the code to open the electronic gate access for the moving company truck, how to open the unit with the key, and the benefits of the Orange Door Storage Insurance Program. We are so happy we chose the Public Storage located 21288 Biscayne Blvd. I will absolutely recommend Connie and Robert in the near future to all my friends and family members who need a storage. I reserved a storage unit to move out of my two bedroom apartment and when I was 30 minutes away I called to confirm that we were arriving shortly and the staff told us that they gave away our storage unit. The gentleman said that even though we booked it online, anyone can purchase our storage unit over us without checking online orders. So we were stuck scrambling with a large truck filled with furniture and our personal items. He didn’t seem to care about our issue either. I will never use this company ever again.

I have to honestly say for the last 2 months this has truly been the best customer service I’ve ever received!The communication between Connie & Robert is just amazing.
