This business is awesome! I took my BMW here to repair a dent. Service was amazing...no sign that a dent was ever there! I dropped my car off sooner than my scheduled appointment, because I was leaving for vacation. It was completed sooner than promised, and they were kind enough to hold it there until it was convenient for me to pick it up. After returning home, we realized that the back right blinker was not working. They insisted that they would come to my home to take a look at it. He arrived 5 mins after my call, and had it working again in a matter of 5 mins. Now, thats what I call going above and beyond! It was a pleasure doing business with Duber Automotive!

John, the owner, called me continuously to keep me updated with my insurance claim and the work that was being done with my car. He fought for me when my car insurance (Geico) wanted to take an easier, cheaper route for fixing my car. These guys are the best! They did an absolute perfect job repairing my bumper and the color match is spot on! Very easy to work with and you can tell they know their stuff! I will be taking all of my work to these guys from now on.

Friday 4/9 went over to Dubers to get an estimate on reparing a scratc n my new 21 Subaru Crosstrek, Was expecting it to be 500+. A gentleman came out and took a look and took the time to bring his buffer out and buff the scratch out on the spot. I was amazed he was able to buff it put and was more amazed that he just did it with no appoint or cost. Dubers saved me a lot of time and well, at least 500 dollars or so to repair the scratch. Today, the scratch is gone. I am so very glad I took the time to visit Duber Automotive. The shop is extremely clean and modern. The customer service I experienced was by far beyond my expectations. Any repair work I need going forward, I will be sure to stop in at Dubers. Im happy that Dubers is here in Avon lake serving our city. Thank you again for your service.

My sons car door was hit and needed replaced. We wanted the least expensive option to fix it. We called Duber and they were friendly, and professional on the phone. We took the car in and discussed our options withowith of the owners. If we couldnt find a matching door in a parts or junk yard it would cost nearly twice to get a new door. He suggested we call around which we were happy to do. To our surprise, he calls the next day with news that he found the exact same door including the same color! He could have made a great deal more by selling us a new door. Their integrity, honesty and professionalism have made us loyal customers. We picked it up and he even had it polished. Highly recommend!
