Ordered 2 Van sweet cream cold brews in drive thru, they were literally white and filled with cream that was congealed. I took them inside to get remade. The girl literally made them the same. I explained this is not what I ordered, she annoying took them and added a splash of coffee and handed them back and asked if this was better. I told her no this is not what i asked for. She just looked at me...I pointed the sign and said how is what you have what’s on the sign? She said nothing so I just left with drinks and threw them away. I wasn’t getting anywhere with the staff and I wasn’t about to give them a fourth chance.

Wanted to stop on my way to work this morning, the drive thru line was extremely long as always. So I went to go in and what is the point of being open inside if your only going to do mobile orders 🙄 I ended up leaving with out getting anything. Should be open inside to take orders as well if youre going to be open inside.

I ordered at 8:17am and App says See you at 8:29am!. Show up at 8:30, one of my drinks is on the order counter, the other I didnt get until 8:44am. Thats almost 30 minutes to make a cappuccino. Drinks were good but its time to explore different coffee store options.

I was in drive thru on Saturday morning oct 16th at 9.40 am, line was on the plaza road, wait 15 minutes and when I come to menu board, lady ask for my order, took 2-3 minutes to figure out order, which placed online. After she found my order, lady said I have to come inside to pick up order, after spending 20 minutes all together, I have to left the line. They wants me to come inside cause they want to variety order, which I told them, when I come at window, I will show my phone, order was ready and prepaid, all they have to do is hand it to me, what a lazy people, didn’t understand simple logic.No wonder people don’t want to work at coffee shop!!!

Efficient yet busy Starbucks, employees make effort to get to know you.

The drinks are the same as any other Starbucks. Dont expect to come here for cake pops; just like the others in the area, they are almost always sold out. The drive thru wasnt extremely long like the one in Amherst/Lorain area and I was the fourth car in line. I spent maybe 5-7 minutes waiting.

Worst starbucks I have been to. The drive through took around 40 minutes with only 9 cars in line. They are incredibly slow. Don’t recommend for anyone to come to this location.

Been a loyal Starbucks customer since 2007 this Avon location is lacking in detail...I asked for double whipped cream and got NONE in my drive-thru order, had to walk inside to get the whipped cream poured into a cup that I then had to scoop on to my drink myself. What was the point of drive-thru and if I was going to make the customations for my own drink for that I would have just had one at home 🤔

Robin at the window was super friendly and great at catching an almost mistake to make sure the drive through kept going smoothly. The crew making drinks currently are 100%on it. My drink is absolute perfection.

Been going here for years and years, but this last year, they mess up my wife and my order more then get it correct. They struggle to make a basic drink if they even guess the correct drink in the first place. For a nice area, this Starbucks is sub par due to their horrible employees.

Used to live for Starbucks.....and the thought of a barista making me coffee. Still good coffee, but I wouldnt pay 5 bucks for it now. Had a gift card.

The staff is wonderful, all very friendly and efficient. However, the parking lot and entrance/exit are not ideal. It is very difficult to get in and out of the drive thru or parking lot. I believe some attention must be given to this for the business to truly thrive and customer satisfaction to increase.

Probably one of the most decent Starbucks in the area. Unfortunately with shortages with merchandise my favorite snacks are always out.

Unbelievably slow. Do not visit this location in the morning unless you have A LOT of time like to waste. I just watched four cars leave the line before I finally ran out of time and left too, without any coffee. Disappointing. The one morning I left the house early and had enough time to grab coffee the time was wasted in Starbucks line and I still didnt get coffee...

This might be the slowest, most inefficient and inept location I have ever encountered. It’s so bad that I usually avoid it at all costs. Unfortunately, I caved and as I type this, am in the drive thru, 38 minutes…….and I haven’t even given my order yet

Effee. She made my day. She asked if I wanted a cookie. I said sure then the asked if I wanted it warm I said who wouldnt! Then she said they were out of cookies but had some bomb brownies! I said yes of course. We chatted for a min (no one in line behind me) she said she liked my vibe. I came to the window she gave the the hot brownie saying how delicious they were then my coffee.. We chatted while my coffee was being made.. She was bubbly and also had a great vibe herself. . The conversation, hot delicious brownie and her all around additude made my really rough day so much better.i dont write alot of reviews but when I do its because a person impacted my experience. She was excellent. Thanks again.

Worth the 20 minute drive. The only downside is the line can get length so be sure to mobile order. Friendly staff and every drink Ive had here has been correct.

Hazardous drive through entrance, long queues. Need 2 or 3 people outside taking orders during peak times, and a solution for the traffic jam caused by drive through line.

Always great. Wonderful service. Handy drive thru. This location is often open on holidays too. Despite being open on a day most hope to have off, these folks are still smiling and happy to provide good service.

We stop at Starbucks all over the city and this Avon location is always the best and most consistent. The line is almost always long, but they are very fast and it moves quickly.

The ladies at the drive thru are personable and move the drive thru line quickly.

This starbucks is real busy most of the time. There is a drive thru and once it gets backed up so far there is a staff member that takes your order with ipad so that way the line moves faster. Ive always used the app to order and most generally the drinks are made when promised. Keep it up.

This store stops brewing the regular coffee at 10 am even though theure6open all day. To get the regular coffee, they have to do a pour over which takes time. So Im standing there with others in this crucial pandemic which is clearly not a good idea.I spoke with the manager but got nowhere. One would think that getting people out of their store quickly would be more important.

Slow, slow, slow. For 2 mornings now I have waited over 10 minutes. Yesterday, I was the second person in line and today the third. I am still in lone today. The drink was terrible yesterday, but I thought maybe it was a fluke. I was wrong.

Even if the drive thru has a long line. Dont worry. Super fast with exceptional coffee. Try ordering it extra hot especially in larger sizes.

You know what you are getting with Starbucks. This particular location offers nitro cold brew however. It is amazingly smooth and creamy without the additon of creams or sugars. If you enjoy cold brew but dont want to load it up with extra calories, I recommend that you give the nitro cold brew a try.

Excellent Service & Customer Service..

Service is a tad slow at times and the parking can be difficult with other businesses directly next to it in the small strip mall. But, overall the place is a good Starbucks location to visit.

I passed by starbucks this morning and saw a little girl out there for hours and it was very cold outside . felt like 30 something degrees. She was the same girl who y’all put out in the rain a couple days prior. What kind of treatment is this, what if she gets sick . Fix this .

Spectacular service-- even with the long line, there was not much of a wait!

Takes way too long for your order - ESPECIALLY when you place it on mobile. Ended up waiting fifteen minutes on top of my wait time for an iced drink that takes five seconds to make.

This Starbucks location continues to disappoint me. Each time I stop I am surprised by how rude the person on register is. Three visits in a row I was not welcomed to the store, nor thanked for ordering or coming to Starbucks.During my latest visit the cashier did ask me how I was doing, but that seldom happens as well.Wait times are quite long, even if you skip the drive thru. I was shocked when it took me eight minutes to receive my venti hot mocha, while three others received their iced espresso beverages before me, though they had ordered after I had.It is disappointing that this store does not live up to company standards in my opinion. I will avoid stopping at this location.

This is a solid location. The staff is friendly, and they have been innovative when dealing with COVID.

Strong like bull, pay like strong. Everyone knows Starbucks. So why really review it. It’s a nice place with strong but expensive coffee that I drink every now and again when I have spare change from begging on the corner for my addictions. Feel free to donate to my cause.

I’ve been here a few times, and my drink has been wrong more often than it has been right.Today I asked for a drink to be remade because there was twice as much foam as usual and the barista said “that’s just the way the drink is” and then said “I guess I can remake it if you want”. Honestly I left because this is how I’ve been treated at this particular Starbucks the few times I have stopped and my drink has been wrong.

Overall a great Starbucks! Generally very pleasant and helpful staff. One woman making drinks is always yelling and complaining about customer orders and things sent back (loudly enough that you can hear in the drive thru), but I always enjoy the attitude of everyone working directly with customers. Orders do have mistakes sometimes ~20% of the time, either misreading mobile orders or drive thru entered incorrectly, but every time Ive had a pleasant experience getting it fixed and appreciated the help!

I ordered 2 drinks on the app, and Im glad I did the drive thru was packed. I walked right in and got my drinks. They were really good and the baristas were very nice.

The location I went to makes my drink different every time Im there, they have no consistency. And the last time I was there they had at least 8 people working and only one was taking orders inside, and that person decided to have a conversation with the customer in front of me instead of taking care of the line that was forming. He made eye contact with me a couple times but I guess he decided a customer waiting for their drink to be made by one of the other 7 workers is more important than the ones waiting to place their order with the 1 worker whos actually ringing them in.

I have tried and tried to contact corporate in regards to a defective coffee mug i bought. The mug i bought is heavy ceramic. The ceramic split in two almost cutting my hands. No damage was ever done to this on my part. It is only used at work. I cannot find anywhere to submit anything on the website. My item was bought at this store. I attempted to call, however, who has time to wait on hold to get this sorted out. Buyer beware!

I love Starbucks coffee. While I do find the coffee a bit over priced, the rich flavors make it worth while. I reccomend being a rewards member to earn points for free drinks!

10-17-19 morning shift. Rudest people I have met in Avon or even Colorado and I have been coming to Colorado for many years. Owners need to find new employees. I will NOT be back or recommend Starbucks in Avon to any of my friends and homeowners in BC. I have NEVER felt the need to write a negative review and especially at a Starbucks.

Love the staff there. They are always so kind and happy. And if they ever mess up a drink they make it right with no complaints.

The gentleman today at drive thru made my experience great. He asked for my name for my drinks (this has never happened at this location) thanked me by name and when I arrived at the window he greeted me by name. It is the small things like such that really make a person think he cares. Working in customer service/ food service I understand how hard it is to find someone that genuine. Great job, Sir.

Just wanted a scone to go. Had to leave the first time I walked out because no one was taking orders. Second time, no customers and I had to suggest that someone help me, though they had five workers walking around refusing eye contact. The young lady from the drive through looked at one of the workers training someone .The drive through girl finally helped meWorkers dont help each other here. Stay away from the Avon Starbucks

Got my first Pink Drink! Can you say Yummy!!!I went through the drive through. Service was quick and served with a smile. I also ordered 2 slices of pumpkin bread but only received one! So when I brought that to the cashiers attention she said I only ordered 1 slice and started to argue with me but I paid for 2 on my receipt then she turned around and handed me another slice and off I drove.

I go to this Starbucks frequently. I bought their 24 oz cups, one of the most useable cups ever. I use it everyday. They are also very fast & always up to pace. Very grateful to have this Starbucks in my town.

Baristas were very rude and refused to blend a cake pop into my drink even though they’ve done it before and even said “I can’t do that” and when I questioned her she said “can you just get a different drink”.

Stopped in when it was busy, but only one poor barista was making drinks. Other workers seemed to be just milling around. It was odd, but very impressive that one girl managed to do it all. Also, my drink was perfect. Props!

This Starbucks is very busy as it is in the heart of alot of shopping places. We waited about 5-10 minutes for one small frappe but, it was well worth the wait. The coffee was amazing and the workers all had a good attitude you really dont realize you are waiting at all. Id definitely recommend stopping here to get your coffee.
