I didn’t even know this store was here, but it’s so convenient. My iPhone 13 wasn’t supposed to come in until next week and it shipped early. I didn’t want to risk waiting for Amazon so I stopped here and they had cute cases and screen protectors as well. The prices are reasonable and Leslie was very helpful and patient with me. They have quite a bit of accessories too

Very bad service I took my phone because it was not reading the SIM card and the lady that helped me she told me that it was a part that they needed to weld so that the phone read the SIM card. I payed $170.00 and when I pick up the phone the phone had the same problem. Then they told me to go to T-Mobile and that they would unblock the phone for me. So they just charge me for nothing. They also fixed the screen because it was broken and three weeks later the screen won’t turn on, I took it back to the store and they told me that they had a 15 day warranty that I had to pay again and that the screen was broken on the inside that it was that somebody dropped the phone. Since I didn’t know if my 14 year old dropped the phone I decided to pay again another $70 dollars for the screen and now my phone is not charging and the screen still not working. Every time I bring the phone it end up worst and they refuse to take responsibility of their bad work. Definitely not recommend this place they only take your money and they act like they where doing you a favor.

Went to this location with a broken screen issue for a Samsung galaxy s8. To my surprise they had more than all the parts I could ever need in stock. They tested my phone throughout its reassembly and ensured everything functioned as it should. The staff kept me well informed throughout the process and the process took less than an hour to complete. Even when waiting in their store, I was kept busy with the assortment of vintage and current tech items currently for sale. Price was very decent for the parts I was charged for considering I researched for the average pricing prior to using them. I would definitely recommend them.

Was working in the area and found this location. Got my phone fixed right away, was having issues with my battery. I had such a great experience I drove from Peoria to fix my sons tablet. ( I broke his screen 😵). Ended up being just the screen protector. Thank you for your honesty. This will be my go to spot to fix my electronics and to purchase iPads and iPhones. Visited this location as it is by my work to buy my husband a case for his phone. Lady that works there was very nice and helpful. It turns out that we picked out the wrong case. I returned to exchange it and she was very helpful and understanding. Great prices and great variety.

Took my phone over because the touchscreen was not working, phone was diagnosed to need new screen. He replaces the screen for $65 including diagnostic fee. On picking up my phone it worked for only a couple of hours then back to the same. Screen was supposedly replaced a second time with same result. I then requested a refund since my phone was misdiagnosed and the dude takes no responsibility. Told me he already threw away the old screen and nothing he could do. Last time I’ll do business with folk who only interested in money and takes no responsibility for their own screw up and could careless about customer satisfaction

Came in to replace my charging port because I couldn’t get the phone to charge anymore, turns out there was just a lot of dirt, dust built up in side. They could have said nothing and replaced and charged me for a new one👍👍👍👍👍I will definitely refer anyone I know and don’t know to come here...

My husband made a purchase to surprise me. Surprised I was. I feel they took advantage of my hubby not knowing to much about tablets & etc. We tried to return for refund but they would only do an exchange. Not to happy- only have 14 days to exchange and not a clue what to exchange for. Make sure you know what you are looking for if you go there.

I’ve been here multiple times and have had nothing but a great experience with them, they’ve fixed my iPhone 7 Plus when I destroyed my screen and my 8 plus when my speakers went out. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a Repair.

Hours of operation are false they never open at 10 like Google and their door says they do,! As a business you should be more punctual

Worst experience they sold me a screen that was not compatible with the iphone that I had and they did not want to give me a refund after apparently knowing this screen is not for the iPhone, cheap products sold here if you want them and if you want to get robbed for you money go ahead and come here .
