Worst customer service ever! Purchased a phone and was asked if if I wanted a screen protector. I said yes and right away the clerk started putting it on without even asking if I wanted her to do it. Left bubbles on the phone. She said it would look better later. I asked if it didn’t could I exchange it if the bubbles didn’t go away. She said no! I asked if I could get a different one and she said I would have to buy another one. Asked if I could speak or have the number to her manager and she said he is only going to tell you the same thing.

Exceptional service, dont call customer service. Come here and they will help you from start to finish, unlike on care. Lots of hold times and listening to music. Just come here and they will help you perfectly.

I recommend coming to this store every time!! I’ve been coming here for months and today I came in and the customer service like always was top tier. The team here has always been so helpful knowledgeable and so timely! Today I was helped by Chris gabby and Erik and the amount of knowledge they had is outstanding! They welcomed me with smiling faces and made me feel welcomed and safe coming in (especially at times like these) and had such great customer service altogether. The manager Theresa has always been so welcoming and comes with a smiling face to greet and talk every time and always remembers me. I went in asking for Irvin, who i usually go to see and because he too has such great customer service and always goes above and beyond for me. The team at this location goes above and beyond and today’s stop by really topped my whole experience at this location. I continue to recommend this store to all my friends and family and will continue to do so!

My fiancé and I came in to get Samsung watches and a Hotspot. Unfortunately they did not have the watches in stock. Ricardo went out of his way to find us the watches and still able to get us the deals we came in for. This place gives great customer service I highly recommend people to come to this location!!!

Today my phone after 4 years died. I came to this Sprint store and Irvin and fellow co-workers did everything they could to help me. This was the second visit to the Sprint store on Dysart rd. and also a very good experience once again! Not only was Rachel very professional and very knowledgeable about all that Sprint had to offer-to upgrade our phones and talk about the new 5G coming to Arizona-Rachel was absolutely amazing and made our trip-(which you know always takes at least two hours) easy and painless. Rachel also displayed a personal touch -while talking about college and careers with my son Samuel-a perfect blend of salesmanship -leadership and commitment to her job. I been with Sprint for awhile and I am sad to see that store manager Teressa got good reviews when she did not give me the same time and effort. I was in the store after customer service requested I go back and speak to the manager and have them honor, fix a new lease and line I got a day earlier. Upon receiving lease in email I noticed Octavio added things on my lease as charges he did not inform me of and I called Sprint to explain and I was told there were many discrepancies and deceit on my lease which I was afraid of after spending 3 hours in this store. Went in yesterday to speak with manager and as soon as I walked in she was quick to inform me she was leaving at one. She in hurriedly looked up account, of course did not hear my whole issue and said she would look into it, call her general manager and I NEVER GOT A COURTESY CALL BACK LIKE SHE PROMISED. She was not professional, came across rude, and did not have the best customer care, support, and service. I called corporate office and they listened, followed through in calling me back after looking at my account. I wont go back to that store if service reps do not want to be communicative and professional! I just expect to be treated with respect and to be honest not deceitful and lying just to make a sale!

I visited the store previous times about issues i have had with my phone plan. Today i came in for a new phone upgrade and Irvin was amazing, friendly, and very knowledgable. He was able to get me a new phone everything transferred from my old phone to new with time to spare before work.

This is Ron Lombard today May 20th I went to the Sprint store on Dysart I got a new phone and I had to get all the info for my old beat up android into the new Samsung phone. Chris was my sales personnel Sprint, if you go to this location you must ask for chris. He is one of the most efficient sales personnel I have ever dealt with at a Sprint store. His professionalism bar none is above and beyond. Hes also a very nice young man a man of compassion and a man of ethics. I thoroughly enjoyed my hour waiting to get all my info re-downloaded, it took about an hour but there was so much garbage on my old phone that I had to get it straightened out. Chris Rocks no not the comedian chris at the Sprint store rocks so if you go to the 1 on guys are make sure you ask for chris. No 1 asked me to say these words these are my own words Ronnie Lombard.

My husband and I went in here yesterday morning after dealing with AT&T the night previous I told RACHEL about our experience with them and how horrible is was and the poor customer service they showed us and let me just say she went above and beyond for us and made sure we were getting the most bang for our buck. I went in yesterday to see about upgrading my phone for Mothers Day. I was helped by Eric, he figured out the exact amount I (my husband) would be paying out of pocket to terminate my lease and the damage fee for my cracked screen. I was able to upgrade to the new S8 and I love it. We were there for about 2 hours but the entire staff were helpful, hilarious, and knowledgeable, so the time went by fast! Thanks yall!

I went to this sprint store and I was so so happy with the service I was given by Julian Chavez, he went over and above in giving us what we needed and he even suggested other alternatives that helped us save money which is always a plus! I would highly recommend Julian to any of my family or friends that are considering switching carriers.

If it was not for the staff of this store I would no longer be a sprint customer. The corporate office refused to honor their advertised deal for the LG G7 even though their website directed me to this store as a participating store. I was on the phone with the corporate office for over 40 minutes and was ready to leave and move on to a new provider. The staff stepped in and called their store manager (Maria Acosta) explained the situation to her. She quickly called the store owner who approved the sale and guaranteed I would recieve the advertised sale. So, thank you to all the staff and management at this store for all your hard work and dedication to providing the customer service level the corporate office should strive for but fall short of. I will recommend this store to anyone looking to change providers and all current sprint customers.

Horrible customer service from the assistant store manager herself. She did not even seem like she wanted to help me, and I was only one of two people there. She claimed if I wanted to upgrade my phone, I would have to pay almost 500. I told her I was on a plan to switch to the new Galaxy after 12 successful & timely payments.She said that was incorrect and said that would be the price and there was nothing to do about it. Instead of taking her word for it, I called Sprint. The level of customer service was INFINITELY better over the phone.They checked my information, told me I was indeed correct and am eligible to upgrade after 12 months for no additional charge and they even waived the upgrade fee. I am now writing this review as I await my new phone, no thanks to this store.

Came in for a charger and got a speaker on them and they credit me a 13 dollars. So I only pay 7 dollars more on my account. The reps were very respectful and helpful I will come and give them my business again.

Complete Joke.Come here if you havent been recently given the run around, misinformation, and talked down to in a while. They are as quick to send you off with incorrect information if you have a problem as they are to take your money, get you setup, and not tell you the whole story. I switched my plan from Verizon, they said theyd buy my old phone... no fees... blah blah blah. I get a bill for 700 some odd dollars, come into this location and the SAME guy tells me... we dont do that here... who told you that? YOU. YOU did when I switched. Exemplary customer support is what youll find here folks. I ended up having to drive to an actual sprint retailer (not this location as it is a 3rd party so they dont care to do a good job at all). The best part, is these stores dont even talk to one another. I plug my account information in at this location and they have no information about my other transactions with sprint. So I get to get back in the car and spend more of my day trying to fix this and switch back to Verizon, the phone company that answers their phone and their stores assist when there is a customer having a problem. Im happy to spend 20 more a month for actual support and reception. CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW? GOOD.

Keshawn helped set me up with a new plan and was able to get me a better phone and accessories than I thought I could afford. Im pretty broke, so I didnt think Id be able to get much, but he worked with me to make sure we could get the most for our budget.Everyone in the store was helpful and nice, it was a cool change of pace from every other cell store where it feels like they dont want to be there or do their job. Im glad I made the switch.

The store manager is terrible. I had a fraud charge that happened in her store and she wouldn’t return my calls and would always be ”busy ” when I went in to talk to her.When I finally was able to talk to her she told me nothing could be done with out the devices. Well that’s the problem it was fraud charges! She was rude and the district manager happened to be there when I asked if they could view the cameras I was told there was no need to. It wasn’t til I called the cops to file a police report the district manager tried to help. When the officer got there he asked the store manager if she had a moment to talk and she said no, she was “busy” yeah go figure. I will never go back to this store. I got everything cleared but no thanks to them.

I’m rating this as my experience at the store. The representative did not inform me of the extra charges to my account, said my bill was going to be the exact same. Talked me into getting a tablet on a promotion that “wouldn’t change my bill” but got my bill today that was $60 more! As a single mother, I can’t afford that extra $60 that I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT and was lied to. Just to make his sales quota. Then he was too busy talking to a friend and rushed through the whole thing!

Chris, this bandit lied to me, he sold me a phone with lies, he told me one thing and since I had the phone, he called me when he got to the house that had a problem and told me that he had problems and added another charge but I did not realize until my next payment !! do not talk with lies tell the truth this subject I do not recommend to make deals with him, it is very good to deceiveI decided to switch to sprint because it was better company and now I prefer to pay the 900 dollars of the phone that I buy than to pay those amounts that I plan to charge per month T mobile is better, it could be said that asta bost mobile
