Went in today to get a new phone and was helped by the most amazing and helpful young man. Noah made our experience the best we’ve ever had with upgrading our phone! Quick and painless!

The service was impeccable. Alisa the young lady that waited on me was so helpful and patient. Plus the entire store employees seemed family like. Very friendly and helpful with each other. Love doing business there.

We showed up about 15 minutes before closing. We apologized profusely for coming in so close to closing time but the customer service reps assured us that it was fine. Normally they are very helpful but went in there to change a plan, the phone costumer support after three transfers told us to to go to store and we drove 30 miles to the store and the lady rudely told us they couldnt do anything to help and to call back to customer support, at the store never tried to help or offer any info, finally Found out from no help from the two at the store, we had to go to a corporate store to get the help we needed

Noah was so great. I came in for a screen protector replacement and he helped me understand how to register my product and receive FREE replacements. He as well helped me with another protector to protect my phone until my replacement comes in.He was so helpful and had great customer service. I felt the need to write this review because excellent customer service isn’t so common these days and I was very impressed. He also helped me pick out a new case for my phone and was very patient until I made my decision and even taught me how to use Apple Pay! Thank you Noah!

We have been trying to update from a s7 to s20 and have had nothing but problems. That is until we meet Alisa at the AT&T Azle store. After several days of on-line, on the phone and in store visits, she has helped us get a new phone and sign up for the best deal. Alisa really knows her company and their policies to lead us right to where we needed to be. We will not go to Azle AT&T again unless we have an appointment set up with Alisa. A job well done!

Ive been going to the AT&T store in Azle TX (Josh, Billy both, Madi and Alisa ) have been supper great.I was having a hard day one day I went in.Madi and Alisa went over and beyond! Im a disabled veteran. They didnt know that but they really helped me out that day and I really needed it.

Just needed a new sim card, Madison took care of it quickly and Im back in black!

Bought new iPhone SE. got to store not many people & 2 employees. To start off system at store was having problems. But that was ok, stuff happens. More customers started coming in. Lady helping us started getting nervous & frustrated & Was more worried about other customers waiting than us.

I came in on 7/25/19 both employees, Billy and Noah greeted me with smiles! Thats always nice to see in a retail business. Billy was my customer care provider and I have to say he exceeded expectations. He was very friendly and helpful. Billy answered all of my questions and guided me through a pretty intense process. He was VERY patient (clock was ticking closer to closing) Billy remained calm and kind. I would highly recommend using this store to buy a phone again. I am definitely referring friends and family!!! Unless your ready to pay $200+ bills, for just two lines, i wouldnt recommend them at all. Two plans and hot spot cost $230 a month when it your credit is over 725...

What a joke. Called corporate TWICE to make sure of something before going to the store and WHAT DO YOU KNOW THE LADY COMPLETELY GOES THE OTHER WAY OF WHAT I WAS TOLD. Spend 30 minutes on the phone trying to prove the point and even when her manager got called by corporate to reiterate what I told her she still would not comply. Why fill out a application for a job you dont want to work. There are so many people that would love to have that job and be way better at it

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Especially Josh B. who worked with me! Josh has an excellent work ethic; he went above and beyond what I would consider normal job duties to help me get the phone & accessories I wanted. This turned into a few days to complete, but Josh B, Chance and the other Josh made the time go by smoothly; we even had some great laughs thru the whole process. Thanks guys!

My wife finally got a new phone and we had to go there to get her sim card cut down to fit her new phone. They were very busy but acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and got to us pretty quickly. They cut the card down and did it free of charge. They were quick and polite.

Ive been using this place for years with anywhere from terrible to great service. Im leaving a review now because I got 5 star customer service from the new manager, Ryan. I had been deceived into getting under contract with a $10 a month tablet, even though I approached them clearly stating that I wanted no contract!! Anyway Ryan went above and beyond my expectations, fixed the problem; was professional, so there you go. 5 stars for his service and management style.

This is the absolute best AT&T store out there by far! Ryan the store manager is awesome! If you want excellent customer service then this is the store for you, Thanx Ryan!

Staff person who was there was not as helpful as I expected.

I was going forth between att services on the phone and got credits for buy one/get one approved. I went into this store to finish the deal. Once inside, they had me call the customer service on their phone so notes could be added to my account about the bogo deal. Customer service said they couldnt add the notes. I was going to leave without upgrading anything at that point. Luiz is who I was dealing with inside the store. Once I got off the phone with customer service he told me he spoke with his manager and they would cover the 4 upgrade fees and give me 4 screen protectors to help me out since I was having all the troubles. After finishing everything up, Luiz told me the upgrade credits couldnt be done until the next bill posted and all I had to do was to come back in the store to take care of it. The bill posted today and I went in to get the credit. Luiz was there and is who I dealt with. He remembered the entire deal and said he couldnt give me the credits without the business card he gave me. He said he would have written notes on the card. I went home to get the card and returned to the store. The card only had his name and number written on it. He said he had already talked with his manager and was told that they would have never have done both the screen protectors and the credits. After some choice words I left without my $120 credit. They absolutely 100% lied about the entire deal. How would I have known the specific details of when and how I needed to show up to get the credits if they didnt explain to me what to do in detail? Seems like a scheme they must use to close deals. Stay away!!!

Fantastic customer service. Store has almost everything thing you need. I stopped in to purchase a AT&T Microcell Wireless Cell Signal Booster Tower Antenna. Unfortunately, I was told the store is not authorized to carry this device and I had to go into Weatherford to a REAL AT&T authorized dealer to purchase the Booster. No problem!

Not a good visit. Concluded the sale and had little time to help me understand the new phone, Moving from apple to the one I bought I get home and discover that I do know see how to answer the damn thing

Be VERY careful whenever the sales staff tries to sell you a great promotional plan. They had us change phone numbers and move accounts to qualify for a BOGO on phones and switch to DirectTV. And guess what, ATT will not honor the BOGO! We didnt even need the new phones but did it for them to be free. I have been dealing with ATT corporate and the Azle location and they refuse to help. Just got a sorry. We have been customers for years but will no longer due to their lack of customer service, customer care and obvious lack of education/training on their own offerings.

Waited for an hour only to have them help someone who walked into the store 45 minutes after us. We left immediately because there is another at&t store not to far away and we really didnt appreciate being skipped when we had 3 little kids waiting with us.
