Had an amazing experience at this location. Awesome customer service!! Bought couple of phones for me and my family and they have tons of promotions and deals for this Holiday season. A must visit and also they are open till 9PM on Christmas eve!! Hats Off guys!! keep up the good work!!

My cousin went to this metro PCs in Azle and was offended and threatened by the gentleman that is supposed to be customer service. I’m sure it’s not metros policy and I wouldn’t recommend this metro if it was the last phone service available even if it was offered to me for free.

Horrible experience with Metro in general, called this store because its impossible to get in contact with a person anywhere, the man there ended up calling back, and then hung up on us when we expressed our displeasure with the service (we were not hostile or rude mind you) so done with this service

Had to change service do to new worker didnt even try to help fix a problem with my iphone 11 pro max paid 1200 for it and 3 months later started not hold charge and they said they wouldnt do anything about it i would have to buy and new one. They have zero customer service skills also i had to wait an additional 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open but the whole staff was late to work and to open the store up.

Metro PCS in Azle is the best! The guys there are so sweet and pay attention to their customers needs. I would never go anywhere else!

The agent at the counter lied to me and tried to make me upgrade to a more expensive plan. Theyre so unhelpful that its not even worth wasting your time to walk into the store. They have no desire to help unless they can charge you for something.

The employees were nice, but they did my son and my screen protectors wrong and got dirt on the inside. So we are going to have to buy a new one. :((We didnt have the heart to tell them that they did it wrong because they were pretty nice)

Nothing against any employees that work for metro, but the coverage area for metro is terrible from one mile to the next. If you live down at the bottom of any hill in town, youll get the red x or searching for signal. I did have metro and had to find a better service provider because Im a Texas regional truck driver all over TX and lost signal more than i had signal. Especially down i45 from Dallas to Houston. There are way better providers in town for the same price and better coverage area. Ive had both straight talk and cricket. They are both 10 times better service coverage areas. Hands down!

This is my favorite store to go to for any phone issues i have. If you have a problem or a question about a phone you need to talk to leslie who works here. He is like a phone guru and has always been able to solve any problem ive run into and is always knowledgable about every new phone that comes out. He wont blow smoke about an item just to sell it. He will give u pros and cons about every item so you can make an informed decision on what you want out of your phone. Metro you need more employees like this!!!

Metro pcs is top rated. They have better rates, plans and service hands down to at&t . t mobil .verison ect. Ive been with metro for years .cant pay me enough to leave.
