Dropped my car off Monday For full detail and front clip to be repainted they said it would be ready Thursday in 4 days. Called him on Thursday they said they hadn’t got to it it would be Monday. Monday was a holiday had to call them Tuesday they told me it would be ready Thursday. Thursday I called they said it would be ready at 5:00 or 5:30 at the end of the day. Showed up at 5:00 my car was done. Upon paying for their services they told me they also cut and wax polish the paint that was an extra $260 which I did not OK. Thursday at 5:00 They called me with the quote I had asked for 11 days earlier prior to the paint work and detailing I told him I would talk to him once I came down there to pick my car up about doing that in the future. I did not pay the extra $260 because I did not OKAY it and it was not on my invoice. I got my car home the detail job was terrible. Stained my rims, I don’t know what with? Under the hood detail was sloppy. Interior trim pieces was missing dressing and armorall. White wax all in my door jams under the Rear spoiler ! My car is black and they used white wax on it !!Around my door jams there were still dirt and water spots everywhere along with white wax. Driving the car home water was coming out from spots on the car so when I got home there was hard water spots dried on the paint. Had to go over all the glass again. Handprints and cloudy white spots on the interior of my windshield and back window, review mirror.I had to re-vacuum the carpet on the driver side I don’t know what was going on with that. Overall just not happy with the experience. Instead of 4 days it took 11 and the detail job was rushed !! Not to mention the paint stripes on the front clip are not straight at all !!! Car looks great at a distance but upon inspection definitely not happy with the quality work.👎🏻

I arrived around 3:30 for a car wash and left at 4:30. My car looks great on the outside, but the inside looks untouched (which is the whole reason I came to a place that hand washes in the first place). My dash, middle console, steering wheel, door sides, and back seat look as though they were completely untouched. I guess it was silly to assume that a car wash would include vacuuming and wiping down the inner part of the car too. Little tip: inspect your car before you leave 👍🏻

I went to get a car wash but ended up getting a full detail and want to thank color coat for doing an amazing job and would definitely go back. I would recommend others to go.

After having to go back there for the third time, I regretted going there in the first place. The paint job was decent (not very professionally done) but the shop organization was horrible. Like other negative reviews, I experienced the same treatment. First, the car was in the shop for a whole week but when they released the car on late Friday night, only half of the job was completed. The shop owner told me to bring the car back next week for probably another half an hour work. I brought it back and waited a whole day. No communication on what happened to the car. At the last minute after making several phone calls, I was told that the car was in another shop and couldn’t be returned. I was left stranded without a vehicle to go to work for the next day. The owner again promised that the car would be finished in the am. I came to pick up the car at 5 pm the next day, the car still wasn’t ready. I had to leave to come back later that night to find the car was left unlocked in the parking lot and the coin holder with full coins in the middle console walked. I called the owner to make a report and he threw a tantrum. The receptionist Angie was great but it won’t be enough for me to come back or refer people to this shop.They poorly put back the Toyota Logos. Poor quality goo was used to tape back the letters. Communication with the owner got sour after he saw my review.

These guys made my fifth wheel look absolutely amazing. I was overly impressed with the quality of their work and its ending result. Color Coat has definitely earned my future business.

I went in to get my pick up detailed and they were expert and excellent in the way and the process that they do it but expect to just drop it off and leave it there sometimes when they are busy and they need a little extra time but the service and the end result ...excellent

Excellent service! Brought my car here for body work and the reults were amazing!! I couldnt even tell where I crashed it. The paint matched the rest of the car perfectly. I also had it detailed so they left my car looking brand spanking new. recommending to everyone!!

These people rush the job and are not concerned with doing things correctly. Do not trust these reviews. You will not hear back from them once the job is complete. Good luck with any recourse. You will be forced to take them to court if you have any issues with the work performed. Go with a more reputable company with better communication and better quality.

This place is a joke and very unorganized. Don’t waste your time or money and avoid the headache. I went there on a Friday to get an estimate. Estimate was for wash, wax, scratch removal, and touch up certain areas on my truck. I spoke to a couple of people They gave me an estimate and wrote it down on a business card and we setup an appointment for Monday morning at 8:30am. I get there Monday just before 8:30 and no one was in front office. I had to chase someone down from the body shop. This was a different person from whom I had spoken to on Friday. I gave him the business card with estimate. I asked him I he wanted me to go over what needed to be done. We both went over the truck and he marked the scratches and touchup areas with a blue marker/crayon . At 10:30am, I get a call from them wondering if I was going to bring in my truck for the work. I proceeded to tell them my truck was dropped off at 8:30. It should have been a red flag at this point. I called at 4pm if my truck was ready. They told me it would be ready in an hour. I go pickup my truck at 5PM. They were still working on my truck so I waited for a few minutes and they pulled it around telling me it was ready. Before paying, I told them I was going to look over my truck. Mind you, they didn’t tell me the work was not complete. I go over it and I was very disappointed. It looked like they had only washed it (a bad wash at that). The blue marks were still there along with scratches and no touchup. They gave me the excuse that 6 employees had called in sick. If that is the case, that should tell you something about how this place is ran. Why call me at 10:30 to bring my truck in if you didn’t have the manpower to complete the work. They were debating among themselves if they were going to charge me for a wash and wax. I ended up paying for a wash. They wanted me to take it back the next day. No thank you.

This place no do good paint job on my freightliner came here because my friend said drop off truck here and they will fix and paint it dont come here. Im coming here because my friend said. He didnt do well on my truck. I should have gone to the Ferry View and Body Show and the Punjabi People Owned Union. Brown wasted my time
