Not sure if the elderly lady in the front desk is co owner or just an employee but she has no business being the first face you see when you walk in /or the voice you hear when you call. She lacks basic customer service extremely rude. If she’s the owner she’s better off hiring someone that brings a kind and welcoming atmosphere to the establishment if not they need to train or replace her. 60 seconds there I witnessed the way she treated the person in front of me and when it was my turn she didn’t even let me finish my sentence. I’m taking my business elsewhere thank you no thank you.I contemplated on leaving a comment/review I figured maybe she was having a bad day, but I came across someone else’s review that pointed out the rudeness and poor customer service extremely disappointed.
I was in an accident where someone ran a red light and hit the front right side of my SUV in mid March. (No one was hurt)Haven’t had an accident in a very long time so wasn’t sure where to take my vehicle, I chose Eagleson Collision.I was out of town toward the end of the process and called to check the status. Charlie said it was being aligned and should be ready in a day or so and I explained I was out of town and would wait for their call when it was ready for me to pick up.I called a week later since I had been out of town again for work and spoke to Mary who was extremely rude and said she spoke to me several times and that the last time she spoke to me I asked the person next to me if 11:00 am pick up for the next day would work. I am single and don’t need to ask anyone if a specific time works for me to pick up my car. She repeatedly kept saying I still owe my deductible which I understood from the beginning.Mary told me I needed to pick up my car and they would be there until 5:00 . I even apologized for the misunderstanding but I can’t express how rude she was. No customer service at all. If you want to be treated rudely, you found the place, It’s Eagleson Collision.
This place is a joke . Someone did a hit and run on my vehicle they took it, had it for a MONTH on top of that I picked up my car to get towed 20 min later 😒
Workmanship was fine but trying to get information out of these people it’s like pulling teeth three times I I was told I was going to get a callback with information and three times I had to call the next day call backs never came I could not get a total quote until the final day hard to prepare how much you’re gonna pay if you don’t know how much it is
Great staff very welcoming. They do a thorough job on estimating well see how my truck turns out.

Made an appointment to have my bumper fixed and it was done within the day! They also gave me a free ride home which was a plus. I dont live far but I wasnt excited about walking back.
I was quite pleased with the service on my Prius. Front fender damage was replaced with new parts and paint was nearly perfect! Hope I dont have any more accidents, but its good to know my first choice of Eagleson was a good one.
Just terrible. Let me start off with they took longer than expected. I will list how they are.Pros:listened to what OEM parts I neededPaint looks goodCons:They oversprayed inside on my seats and dash.Did not apologize till after they “cleaned” it.Truck smells like primerDid not remove all spots insideDid not install my bed cover correctly and said they never took it off. (Like I’m an idiot and didn’t notice the new bed plastic cover) they threw parts to my cover inside my truck without telling me.Scratched my tint. And said oh we can’t do anything about it. (Bs excuse)I feel like they should have detailed the inside butthey just cleaned the bare minimum. I’d give them one star but they did make sure I got the correct parts so that brings them up to 2 stars.
Absolutely DO NOT go here. My car was side swiped on the driver side a couple of years ago and my insurance company assured me that Eaglesons would do a great job. They had it for WEEKS and when I got it back, there was even more damage to my car (scratches, dents, paint chips) that wasnt there before and you could visually see mistakes that they made on the drivers side. They took it back a couple of times to fix it and it came out with another issue. Upon driving it after picking it, a few electrical things stopped working and ALL of my warning lights came on. When this happened, the car stopped working completely...while I was driving on the grapevine. Keep in mind that this was basically a brand new car that had not had any damage previously. They said they didnt do anything wrong and to take it to the dealership, which was another nightmare. I went back and forth because they both pinned it on the other and neither could figure out the issue. After six months, I finally got it fixed elsewhere. Fast forward to now. I recently traded in my car for a different one since my lease was up. I took it to CarMax for an estimate and what they showed me was horrific. In the trunk area of my driver side, where eaglesons had done the work....you could see that they certainly did not know what they were doing. Under the felt, everything was screwed up and you could visually see it. CarMax ended up denying the car saying that it was a safety hazard and that they would not even be able to auction it. He also stated that he was surprised that I hadnt had anything serous happen with the amount of damage they did to my car. Im livid! I trusted them and paid them to fix my car and they made it unsafe for me to drive and although it was in pristine condition upon selling, I could not even resale it due to their shoddy work. Please do not trust them with your vehicle.
This shop had my car 6 weeks when it was supposed to take 8 days to repair. they jerked me around day after day when it was ready to pick up then left and closed early when i said id be there by 5pm and it was a ghost town when I arrived!ill never take my vehicle back here
We have now used Eaglesons on two occasions to repair mild damage on our bumpers and front drivers fender. We were very happy with their workmanship, and speed of service. Both repairs took only one day to complete, and the results were showroom quality. I have had similar work done by reputable companies in Orange County, and Long Beach and they took more than 3 days turnaround for similar quality work. The only negative I had with Eaglesons was when our insurer sent us to Eaglesons for the initial estimate, the person making the estimate attempted to urge me to commit to doing the work with them prior to the insurers approval. They backed off easily however when I firmly told them to send the insurer the information first. We decided in the long run to go with Eaglesons to do the repair, and now we are very grateful and pleased that we did.
I took my car and they still have not finished fixing it and its been 2 weeks already. I called to ask how much longer it would take them and they have not given me an answer. They said it would take less then a week.
We had a GMC Truck that we needed an estimate to get it fixed. We never received the estimate and were told to come get the truck or they were going to charge storage for it. I will not return for anything I have to be done.
The shop is little higher priced on estimate than other shops
