Everyone was courteous, only issue that I have is you pay at the front counter and then you have to drive around back to pick up your parts, theres no way you can inspect the parts before they let you go around back, I would like to inspect the part or parts that Im purchasing before hand.

I am very unhappy with how LKQ is doing its job. I bought an engine from them for my Audi. In the photo in the product description there was a universal picture of a rack with spare parts, not what I should have received. And I received the goods in a terrible state. LKQ keeps the engines already removed from the car in the open air. Therefore, if you buy a motor from them, you will get it in the mud and flooded with water from the rains. Before they send it to you, they will wrap the engine with foil so that it cannot dry out during the time it is delivered. LKQ believes that if an engine with a mileage of only 58 thousand miles is driven by a client for two weeks wet, then it will gain additional horsepower from the god of rains and swamps. The spark plugs were rusted because they had been in the water for several months. My engine was a V6 and when I removed the intake manifold, everything underneath was flooded with water. All hardware on the engine has become rusty. And it was almost a new engine from a California car. I overpaid a lot of money, the mileage was minimal and the part was from California. Especially warm greetings to those employees of the company who removed the engine. The perforated crankcase ventilation tubes and the snipped vacuum tubes are what I asked the seller for. If you buy something from such dealers, get ready for additional expenses due to the stupidity and dirty tricks of the workers. Well, for dessert, the delivery is terrible. It takes two and a half weeks to transport an order from California to Oregon. The delivery man called me and set a delivery date. I waited all day, but the order was not delivered. Brought in three days from the promised date. I asked to call and notify an hour and a half in order to accurately meet the courier. But the delivery car arrived without warning and at the time that they themselves wanted. It was very uncomfortable. I paid for an order with delivery over $ 2K and these tricks are not what I expected for such a lot of money. If I could, I would rate the quality of the order at minus 5 stars.

I am a behicle trasnsporter and never had an issue there. People are friendly and quick to attend...

Could be a little more helpful to the man off the street. They mainly deal with recently salvaged vehicles nothing going back past 10 years I believe.

In this place they give very bad customer service, nobody wanted to help me

Service is horrible. they told me my part would be in on Friday And they lost my part so they had to reorder it and I will be in next week when I already had the core out and now I cant drive my car until the part comes in. by far my worst experience ever.

Right of a shaddy business. They charge you a $3.00 admission fee to get in. On top of that an extra $2.00 to look at the newer cars. They say that they dont have a list of the cars but thats BS.
