Great service and car was done in one day on last minute. If they have parts it can be done faster, unfortunately some parts wont be in till next morning. I enjoyed Everyone they werent quick to dismiss you. I liked that they didnt mind showing and describing what they worked on. Thank you Bakersfield motors! 😊

Not sure where to begin? I have an 08 Mini Cooper, all was well for the first encounter, then had to bring the car back within a month because something else went wrong (understandable being an old car) but then, I had to have the car drive up and over the grapevine to find out there was NO OIL in the car whatsoever and they blamed me saying I said to re-use the old oil when I never stated nor would even know to state that. Appalled by this as the relationship started well but now am questioning everything they did with the vehicle. Cannot be trusted.

I would give zero stars if I could... Worst experience Ive ever had with a mechanic!!! Do not take your car here especially luxury vehicles they do not know what they are doing and will blame you if they break things that werent originally broken on your car! They also issues estimates and then charge a thousand or more than what they quoted without prior approval! I would not recommend their services!!!!

Excellent service. Had a solenoid error issue with my 5 series. Helped me with the tow and got it fixed in a day. They are experienced, use quality parts and reasonably prized.

The owners are super friendly but mainly....very honest. Fair prices. Chepe and Pedro are very nice people and very trustworthy

Best place tp take your car in

Ive been to these guys more than a few times. They have kept my Mini Cooper running smooth and strong for about 2 years now. These guys are freaking pros as they make sure your car is always better than when you brought your special beauty in. These guys get it. On one occasion one of the oxygen sensors replaced was not properly functioning, since the check engine light kept coming on. They made sure it worked even when situation became annoying after the third time I came in saying light keeps coming on. Im not going anywhere else since it took me a while to find a trustworthy mechanic shop that makes you feel welcomed, communicates with their client, and does the terrific work I am being charged with. I had my BMW at another shop over a month and they couldnt fix it. I took it here and they had it fixed the same day! Great shop!

Was good and fair, just thought that to tell you whats wrong the price was high . But of course its part of the job . Maybe like $50 would be good but I understand that people go there and then they now know whats wrong and take it else where to get it done . But if you a good person ( not saying that you aint ) people will come back to you. But he works with you and thats a plus in my book . Many dont do this . So I recommend this place as an honest and reliable source to get your machanical needs
