I called and spoke to Brittney explain what my daughter wanted, she explained to me that at that time they didn’t have it but that she would call around to other dealerships and try to find it. Everytime I go here for my car’s maintenance they give me an excellent service.but this time I was so disappointed.They asked me if I want my car washed and said yes…They didn’t wash my car,the warning sign for my tire pressure still on.Its like they didn’t check my car thoroughly.I don’t mind waiting for a long time as long as I know my car is safe to drive.

I was very pleased by the work performed on the 2003 Toyota Corolla. The car ran smoothly and rode smoothly on about a sixty-mile trek home. The service advisor, Christopher M, kept me apprised of the work needed and suggested work for a later date.
On September/14/2021 I have an appointment to inspect and repair the left rear tire for slow leak on my 2021 Camry which its been like this since the day I took it for a test drive, I request from the advisor tell the technician not to scratch my wheel at the time of the repair and she did Post it on the work order that was outstanding excellent, the technician fallow the instructions, at the same time I requested from her not to move my driver seat she told me some people are short and some are tall they have to move itforward or backward I agree to that but when I got in my Camry the seat was back all the way and the seat lower to the floor of the car and the seat back moved all the way back and on top of all that they re adjust my steering wheel. Am a person it takes me about 6 to 8 weeks to keep adjusting the seat to be comfortable when am driving other wise I will have back pain. I have two Toyotas purchased from Bill Wright Toyota one 2015 and this 2021 they should train their employees not to re adjust the seat only forward and backward and if its possible adjust it back, and for this reason I give 3 ⭐ I like to give 5⭐ but not when am not happy for what they did to my seat and steering wheel.

I love Toyota as a whole my hilander is amazing but this is the second time I go to get my oil changed this year and the first time I went and I made an appointment and had to take all three of my kids had to wait there because of course I have no car. I waitied 2 and a half hours but gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they just had an off day but no I went again this week and had to wait almost 3 hours which I was so mad about because I made my appointment so early so I wouldnt have to be late to pick him up and I was still late they gave me such lies about having an off day but no Im sure its something that always happens and honestly they should tell people this when they make there appointment. Also the non appointment line was insane so they need to stop taking so many non appointments or do something different because 3 hour wait for an oil change is ridiculous.

I have always went to Toyota for my oil changes and air filters. First off he asked if I wanted my car washed I said yes that didn’t happen. Second off he said I needed a cabin air filter after they replaced it they tried to charge me 60 dollars for one filter when in the past I paid 70 for 2. He did make adjustments and charged me 29 dollars. I was not happy with the services after a 3 hour wait time when i was told 2 hours.

Eddie Beltran did a great job of locating the truck that I wanted. He located a truck that was on their inventory list and put a hold on it for me. He kept me informed of the vehicle status while I waited for it to be built. The only thing that was not a big positive was the price, but I realize that is a result of the high demand for these vehicles.I live in Ventura and took the bus to Bakersfield to pick up my truck. Eddie met me at the bus station and drove me to the dealership. The paperwork was finished quickly. Eddie gave me a good orientation to the vehicle and made it clear that he was glad to help if any questions arose. Very positive experience !!
Worse Experience Ever I went Yesterday for a Maintenance Appointment the guy who helped me was extremely Rude, didnt even say goodmorning my name is....... he just said can you step out your car & go wait for me in the office. Honestly I was so disappointed because the other times Ive been here that had never happened to me until yesterday with this guy that was so rude. He said the car is only going to take 1 hour 30 max I said okay I want a ride home he said you cant wait an hour 30 I said no I want to go home . It took him 3 hours to call me to get my car, he tells me if he is not in his office to pick the paper work with the secretary when I get there Theres no body in the lobby so I go to his office & mad he said didnt I tell you to go with the secretary I said theres no one there & he said go & wait until they get there. I just to go all the time & had always good costumer service because Jonathan used to help me out but this new dude this go to get training on costumer service.

On top of the constant up selling of maintenance and services that are not needed, for example motor mount replacements, Bill Wright Toyota did not address my original problem with my transmission. When I picked up the vehicle the check engine light was still on. And I still have a transmission problem. Extremely poor performance. Heartbreaking for a lifelong Toyota fan.

Bad customer service, seems they went from great to very bad. The service representative could not care about any of my concerns. I had to pull teeth to get anyone to at least take a few minutes and look to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. They looked but because of time issues, didnt find anything. The next day it was worse, I took a look for myself and found my center support bearing completely shattered, metal to metal. Called them back and they wanted $700.00 + to fix. No thank you...

But this time I was looking online and got connected with George Ferguson who was very patient and got me everything I asked for. He got as much as he could ready for me prior to my arrival to purchase the vehicle and the time it took to get out the door was not that bad. Took it in again because I had a screw in my tire...it was taken care of quickly and tbe service was great again. I was able to relax in their waiting area while I watched TV. Recently bought a 2021 Toyota Highlander from Bill Wright Toyota. All personnel were great, I didn’t feel pressured at all. The transaction went really smooth and took only about 4 hours to complete. This is my family’s second purchase from Bill Wright. The only con is the 3000.00 dollar dealer mark up they had on my vehicle.
I just bought the 2021 Hybrid RAV4 with Nik Andrew’s and I could not be more pleased! Nik made the whole experience very seamless and was very helpful and accommodating. My daughter wanted to buy her first car and i suggested Toyota. We found a car that was advertised locally at a good price and decided to make a deal. At first, they said they couldnt honor the advertised price because of high demand. After arguing our way through that, we then were told by the finance manager that we could only get the quoted interest rate if we purchased a 5-7 year extended warranty? What kind of outfit has this become? Bill Wright would roll over in his grave. I had to argue with Larry Duarte / Finance Manager an explain that its just wrong to try and leverage kids that dont know any better. Three of my kids and i personally own a Toyota. Great cars but we will buy elsewhere moving forward! Crooked dealership from top down!
Two times in a row, I feel like I’ve been misled by the service center. First time they performed a warranty covered service bulletin, and asked me if they wanted me to have them replace the drive belt as it was worn and showing signs of cracking. I declined and did it myself only to find the belt was absolutely fine and didn’t have any cracks in it at all.The second time I brought in the same vehicle for them to recheck their work from the time they did the service bulletin work and they tried to trick me into paying for a $150 diagnostic that they were claiming had to be done or they couldn’t proceed… to check their own work. Even though by the way, it was still covered under their repair warranty. I refused and warned them that I would be getting a second opinion that would determine what the cause could be and whether it’s related to their work, and suddenly they had more options on what they could do. That’s 2 for 2 and now they’ve ended up on our dead-to-us list. No more business to them in any way including parts.
