Second time Ive been in new song and not once has anyone walked up to help me. But there is a place to get coffee and its pretty good.

I was greated promptly by a gentleman named Erick Bejarano. I was distraught not knowing what was wrong with my car. I left my car their for approx. 30 minutes. They called me to let me know the diagnostic on my vehicle which helped put my mind at ease. I was able to get my car fixed and they even did a courtesy car wash. I am very pleased with the attentiveness and attention to detail. I will be referring them to my friends and family for future car maintenance. Overall a pleasant experience.
I went there to make the maintenance of my transmission and Joey Jimenez take care of my car really nice. He was kind, friendly and so helpful.

Had my Altima serviced today.Dealership seems seriously understaffed.Only 2 service advisers when I dropped off in AM and when I picked up this PM.Very busy with long waits even when you have an appointment.Sure has changed in the last few years.

I always receive prompt and excellent customer service at Nissan. When I pulled up, 8 cars were ahead of me. Because of how I entered to lot, I was in the wrong line. The service person stated it was not an issue, quickly gathered my information, and maintained a positive attitude even while a customer was yelling across the lot causing a scene.
I took in my vehicle for regular maintenance and my AC not blowing cold as usual I made my appointment with Victor Ramirez and he was amazing with communicating with me and having my vehicle ready by the time they promised to be completed. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and to be referred to Victor.

Really guick service no waiting taking care of my car
I have a Nissan 1994 pickup truck yes they found the part wow! The paint may be faded and showing wear but 39 miles to the gallon is hard to pass up. I have lost count of how many people i have turned down offers to sell the truck!

I am placing this post in reference to my wifes call to the service center. She told me that the contact person was very rude and abrupt with her. My first contact with the service facilitator was only marginally better. The visit did improve but was still not the best I would expect from a dealership of this size.

I had an appointment at 9 am . And I guess my car was in after 11 . Nobody called me that my car was ready
Zero stars. I took my car in for a few things to get worked on. One was the alignment. It cost $90. I was not excited about it but I need the alignment fixed...I was charged the full price but the alignment was not fixed! I asked why it could not be fixed several times and the rep blew me off and pushed me through the process.I will never use their services again. The people dont really care about quality and I was ripped off.
