I bought the car site unseen on the internet. Parris from Internet sales contacted me after hours immediately when I inquired about the car. The next morning I had all the details of the car available to me. His straight forward attitude and immediate response to my messages and questions made the experience easy and gave me the sense of trust I needed to make this purchase. This dealership unlike others want to keep the relationship with the client. Despite the fact that I reside 380 miles away they will pick up my car on a flat bed and service it and return it to me while leaving me with a loaner car. I have not had any dealership provide me with this kind of sales and service in the past.I highly recommend this dealership.
I’ve been dealing with Porsche Bakersfield for about 5 years now. For various reasons, my first two Porsches (Cayenne Turbo S and GT3RS) were purchased elsewhere. Jason in Service, as well as the mechanic Dennis did a great job maintaining them. Easy to deal with, comprehensive and transparent.Well I finally ordered a new Porsche through them. Aaron helped me with the configuration, Jesus with financing, and Parris with the delivery. All were very professional, and again all were comprehensive and transparent. My new 2021 Macan GTS was exactly what I wanted. I’m a happy customer.
Had a great experience here. Bells helped us out. She was so friendly, offered us water. Showed us many cars, opened some up for us to see. She seemed very knowledgeable. We ended up not getting anything at this moment. But will definitely go back to see what else they get in stock. If you go check out their cars, ask for Bells.

Might be a good place to buy a Porsche in person but horrible with out of state transactions. We agreed on terms for a purchase nearly a month ago, I still can not register the car because they havent sent me the paperwork. They took forever to notify me that I could even schedule a transport to pick it up. They dont seem to understand how sales tax works for out of state purchases. The vehicle had a busted fog light but they left that out of the description, video and all photos. Will not doing anything about it. My sales rep keeps telling me she appreciates my business and values customer service but unwilling to do anything to fix any of the issues Ive shared. But she keeps repeating how much they appreciate my business and how important customer service is. Told me that they lost money on the car so I should just be grateful. They just happened to be the only dealership in the country that had the vehicle I wanted but now not sure it was worth it.

In May 2020 I contacted sales and requested information on ordering a new 992 Carrera S. Emailed my configuration off the Porsche website and requested a quote and approximate eta. At first Perris seemed interested in helping me out,but then nothing. After more phone calls and emails I basically moved on. After several days I thought it should be brought to the attention of the sales manager. Several attempts and voicemails later, you guessed it, nothing. Ended up driving to Walnut Creek where I found competent and enthusiastic sales team willing to take my money. Good news; My 2021 Carrera S will arrive November first.
We Purchased a new Taycan Turbo S from this dealer. It was most certainly the worst buying experience of our life. Disorganized, Unresponsive to questions, inaccurate information, condescending attitudes, and one paperwork problem after another. Horrible. Ordering a new 911 Turbo S and it wont be from this dealer. Buyer beware - this place is horrible.

Not a pleasant experience. Do not get the extended coverage, does not work. Regular maintenance takes like forever. Be sure to read terms and conditions before you leave the office or send them to an expert. Promised benefits easily get denied. I will go to the nearby Mercedez Benz instead next time.
I waited 3 or more weeks for the sales department to get back to me about making an appointment. I called, texted the number on the webpage and even emailed. I was always assured that someone would get back to me. This started on November 21. Today is December 30. I still haven’t heard from them. Terrible service. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
My brand new Porsche got damaged during the earthquakes in Ridgecrest. I called in the service department and left a message. Amanda called me back and recommended a collision center for the repair. On my way to get the estimate from the center, I swing by the Porsche department service for the detail manager to assess the damage. Although he couldn’t fix everything, he was able to buffer out the scratches associated with the dents. He did it in the same day without an appointment.
Would say on the Porsche side of this Audi - Volkswagen - Porsche Dealership they tend to treat people according to how they look. But if you go into the dealership and talk to the salespeople & others about their cars, knowing the product better than them well they will tend to relax. But I cant blame this behavior because of idiots that want to test drive the 911 991 GT3 RS when they are not serious to about car purchase, which at the least cannot afford. This is the dealership that sends me invites for test drives at The Quail during Pebble Beach.

Horrible dealership beware!! They told me one price over the phone for a used vehicle, then made me wait a month without any phone calls or messages back from both used car managers even after calling and leaving several messages to confirm the vehicle. The manager still never called back i finally had to get an sales employee to talk to them about the vehicle they said will be for sale for the price agreed on. The sales guy call me back only to tell me they jacked up the price by $14,000, for the vehicle the used car manager said he would sell for the agreed price we had agreed on. Then tried to tell me that was the best deal on this car anywhere else, when a brand new car cost the same even a $1,000 less then what they were trying to sell me. Nothing but lies.

After agreeing to a lease contract on a 2020 911 Carrera S, the sales rep told me after 3 weeks of waiting they cannot do the deal anymore (awaiting delivery). I am local to Bakersfield. Extremely disappointing.
