Just went to get a new battery. Good service. Said it would take two hours, because they didnt have the battery I needed it stock. They took less than a hour.

Decided to have my brakes inspected due to a loud squeaking noise that I’ve been having for the past few weeks coming from my front brakes. The man in the front desk refused to take me in because I made him aware that a local mechanic had done the brake pads and ever since they’ve been squeaking bad. He then had the nerve to look at me and tell me “ We could only take you in and check out your front brakes if you agree to put new brake pads from us “. Ridiculous if that’s the true policy. I ended up going to another brake shop and got the issue fixed in no time.

Gone there twice this month for oil changes. Fast service. Cant complain. Plus they have coupons online which come in handy.

Scheduled an appointment 3 hours in advance only to be told that they didn’t receive the confirmed appointment until 30 min after I walked inside. Then the person at the desk says they don’t have anyone available because lunch break was in an u our? So I went next door to have it professionally done in under 10 minutes. Thank God I didn’t go here, poor customer service and lazy people who call themselves adults LMAO

Horrible experience this place had my oil filter leaking before it was due for an oil change and tried to say it was due for an oil change once i hit the amount of miles for an oil change. Since it leaked all over my drive way but didnt want to take responsibility for it saying it was a default filter but i have changed filters before it was not on tight enough causing it to leak. Which they didnt want to pay for damages and overall made a mess of my driveway. Dont go here if you do you can possibly leave leaking not know it and end up damaging your motor. Please dont go here you are just wasting your money and possibly will end up ruining your car, thanks!So they contact me get my information and tell me there will be a resolution here we are 7 weeks later still no resolution thanks to horrible shops like this I plan to do the work myself from here on out. Still no resolution just to keep everyone updated. And they removed my picture proof what a company thanks guys showing true colors, cons

Went to get an oil change, they supposedly changed my oil. found out they didnt change the oil when I took it back to the original people who do my oil change. And I know they didnt change it because it still had the valvaline oil filter with the date on it....So think twice before you go here.....

Quality work.

Very poor - after I came in for a simple brake pad change I was told I needed brake resurfacing which I initially refused. They insisted it was necessary and performed the resurfacing and brake pad swap. After they were done I was told that it would take some time for the breaks to wear in, and I experienced shuddering under even light breaking which progressively worsened. I have since taken my car to another brake service, had them fix the issues that were caused here.

Verry Rude i had an appointment and when I walked in I was told I had to wait 2 hours cause they were busy, whats the point of an appointment that option shouldnt be available if its first come first serve. . I drove across town and waisted my time. Not professional at all

They ripped me off. I paid 700 for a tune up on an RV I had just bought. First when I got home I felt like it was running worse so I took off the cowling to get a look at motor. Thats when I noticed that the plug wires going to cylinders #6&8 were not even connected to plugs. The oil never checked much less changed they even charged me extra for the air filter and the 65$ they say they charge to do a break inspection but goes towards your bill if any work is done. Well they charged me and didnt put it towards the work I had done. I will never use Midas again period.

They do excellent work, I have had them replace brakes/rotors on several vehicles. Excellent prices, great quality. I have even had them do other maintenance such as A/C repair, leaks, and they do a great job fast, and their prices are very reasonable. They even called me a week later to make sure my brakes were settling in properly, who does that?

We were travelling on vacation when we had an exhaust leak issue. Steve looked at the problem and tried fixing the issue without ordering a new part. When that didnt work he had a new part shipped overnight and got us on the road the next morning. We couldnt have been happier and would recommend this shop without hesitation. TOOO Expansive: Helped me an a energency, battery died, took it in. charged me $145.00 for a now battery. That included installation. Tried to sell me on $300.00 for on certain repairs that I really didn need. I wont go there again. Should of read the reviews before going.

Went for break service, took my own breaks and had them change / resurface. However 2 months after my breaks started to grind. Went back and told me this wasnt a problem and my car needed no service. THEY did not even offer to check the problem and blamed on my breaks saying car quest sells malfunctioning items. Ive been a long time customer of car quest abd have family members who work their. I have never had any problems with car quest. So i took my car over to another place. The breaks had not been lubed after job. The disc were not cut properly / flipped or resurfaced. They probably did not even perform the break fluid flush or anyelse for that matter. Yes they are friendly, but its a front and an act. I will never return here or reccomend to anyone! They didnt even offer to check my problem which was the first sign of disloyalty. I will deff be making a complaint to higher individuals so this problem does not persist and they dont scam anymore people !!!
