I have always received top-notch service from Robert and Felix. I started with smog checks years ago and have now brought several cars there for other purposes - had pre-buy inspections done on two different vehicles. I appreciate their willingness to diagnose problems -- I do a lot of my own work, and they have been great in letting me know what is wrong. As a result, Ive chosen to take all my cars there for repairs beyond my ability.Appreciate there honesty and forthrightness. They get my repeat business.

Great spot to get your car smogged. They were quick it took less than 10 min. and it near Lenthwise brewery were you can grab a beer and then go back to get your car. Plus it was $50 out the door.

Ive taken several cars to South West Smog i have even referred friends and relatives. This company is honest, priced right and treats their customers well.

I brought my 2004 Chevy Silverado in on Monday August 12th, 2013. I found the place by accident, but decided to go ahead with the Smog. It is a Test Only Center and a Star Station, with more stringent diagnostics. The owner said I failed the functional portion, but passed the visual and emissions portions of the test. He said to get the problem repaired, and bring it back for a retest for $16.75, which I already lost $44.95. I had a Pep Boys Credit Card, so I went to them on Tuesday August 13th, 2013. I was expecting to pay for some repair, and Pep Boys ran the Smog Test First to see what the functional problem was.? Well, It passed, and so I called Southwest Smog back to notify of the discrepancy. He said that just by driving it down the road, the functionality could readjust to normal again.? I am STILL OUT THE $44.95. YOU DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO GO TO THIS SHOP....?
