Worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. The company never calls back, and service calls are held for over 2 weeks. I just dropped this company and would much rather do business elsewhere.

I had service with this company for 3 years. It was time for me to switch. They have horrible customer service. They never call back when they say and then give you a hard about getting your issues resolved. Not worth the hassle of trying to support this small local business.

Professional staff and technicians. Reasonable prices, better quality products, and systems compared to larger chains like ADT. Great local company. Will be remaining a loyal client for many years to come.

Terrible!. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more established company. Nothing but constant billing issues last year and I get a call today saying that I have an outstanding balance of $40 from over a year ago even though I have had their service steady since December 2014 but that’s about to change.

I have been a client of AlphaTec for over a year now and felt it was time to share the love. I have their service on 3 different address and must say their customer service is second to none. I have called them at all hours when I have had an issue and 1st they answered their phone locally and live. 2nd most issues were solved over the phone, when John had to come out on a Sunday it was quick and painless.It price is very inexpensive for the service provided. At first I went with them to save a few bucks but now I would not change to save any amount of money. I would say you just can’t buy that kind of service anymore, but apparently you can. If you have a choice I would recommend AlphTec
