I had an amazing experience here yesterday! I went in looking for a car that was in my budget that was also super reliable because I will be driving back and forth from here and my school (2.5 hours away). They showed us four different cars before I finally picked out a Blue 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Mike really helped us out and cleaned up the car super nice, replaced the battery, and charged the AC to get everything up to date. And as we are walking out he realized the car was low on gas and even gave me 20 dollars to fill it up. Amazing customer service and really helpful in making me comfortable with such a huge purchase I was doing on my own. I would highly recommend them! They sold my mom a car with cracked tires, they didnt even bother detailing the inside the car before they sold it and if they did they did not do a very good job. The maintenance required light turned on 2 weeks after she bought the car. Overpriced car!!! Smh!!

I bought my wife a Nissan Rogue, 2011 with extended warranty AUL ESSENTIAL CONSUMER PROTECTION. DONT BUY IT. IT DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING. THE transmission overheated. They said to take it to a reputable mechanic. So we went to Nissan of Visalia. Mechanic said transmission is bad and extended warranty should cover it. AUL did not cover and First Car was NO HELP AT ALL. Thank you Mike First Car Salesman. DONT BUY IT OR TRUST THEM! Buyer beware of First Car.

This company is untrustworthy and will constantly go a cheaper and wrong way out to save a dollar. They REFUSE to give me anything in writing. Damage has been done to my car and they are holding me responsible when their mechanic damaged it. My back windows do not go up and water damage was done to the inside of my car. Do not trust these people. Management became Rude & unprofessional. Do not let them fool you. You will regret it.

This is my 2cd purchase thru first car. Vehicle 1 was a spotless lowilage extended cab ranger sport. The ranger was a great value right down to where the rubber meets the road. Tires still good, the miles along with my driving habits plus trailer... Its rare any tire goes a year straight in the 4 decades Ive been driving. Mike was beyond generous when I Went Back to FIRST Car and told him my story of how I broke Black Thunder & I need wheels fast!!! Sight unseen with major engine trouble I proposed it would be a blessing to get two grand towards my next wheels . He says even though its been a year and a half, I spotted you $2500 frikn dolrs. He didnt say frikn but he knew I was stoked. I went home with one I really liked but after a handful of test drives of many others my mechanic approved the highest on a low milage, 5 year old Chevy. Sure theres a bunch of papers to sign, but not a lot compared to my purchase at Burke Ford. Painless process and many deals to be had, cash in hand is what I told him just like we did previous. 30 minutes or even less I was on the way home to try my first choice out over night. He even thru me a twenty dollar bill as I almost drove off saying if it needs gas please put the receipt in the center console. That was cool. I swooped by with some of moms home made cookies like I said I would ... Bamm out of his desk drawer he hands me with pleasure the complete cig lighter mentioned then forgot about, cuz theres 3 total. Mike asked me if I thought he forgot it? My answer was that as I recall when I mentioned it we were inside at his desk, but I dont remember you having a chance to write it down ... Beyond that moment Mike, I completely forgot about it til it was mid air on its way for me to catch it . It was only a few feet toss and at no point in time was it lit or any body in danger. My attempt at humor, mike could explain.Thanks First Car!!! P S. Thanks again, over easy is how I like my eggs and twice over with both purchases I recommend First Car ... And theyre cool when you come back to first car for youre second!
