Worst dealership in Bakersfield do not trust these sorry snakes good for nothing legit absolutely nothing do not get ripped off by these clowns all false statements claims how reliable there cars are I literally have to drive my car distances daily legit daily I’ve replaced multiple parts on my vehicle and when I called for help these clowns laughed and said they couldn’t help me

This place is horrible this is the second week of my buy and have had the car a total of 4 days. I bought the car great deal understandable its a used vehicle i wasnt expecting a brand new off the lot car just something quality enough to get me through the 18 months of payments. Day after buying the vehicle i took it to my mechanic to service my new buy, i was sadly informed my rack and pinion was leaking loose bolt on the motor broken sensor and loose hubcaps. Upon taking the vehicle back i was argued with told i was lied to by the mechanic because they wanted money (which i wasnt charged) after going back and forth and being told by Isreal Hey Its a Used Vehicle they took it back to repair. Two days later my vehicle was ready I drove straight home and next afternoon decided to get a oil change before running some errands at which i was told my rack and pinion was still leaking i went back to the dealership in which i was told again people were trying to hustle me (once again never being charged for the information) they kept the vehicle 4 days, went to pick up was Shown a supposed rack and pinion 3 days later went grocery shopping came out car wouldnt start had the vehicle towed back then told it was a old battery and had been relplaced. The car drives worse after the horrible mechanic supposedly fixed everything please dont give these people any money.

Was late with payment talked to Isreal to explain that I had to replace powersteering pump in the car and would be in the following week he said he would put a note that I would be in to make payment instead he sent someone to get my car when I called to ask what was going on I was told there was no note and they was going to call and talk to the tow truck guy but never did when I called to speak to the owner I was told that they had 5 different owners and they do not have to give me any information. They then told me to bring in $250 and I could get my car back but then when I got there they wanted more money then I had so when I asked for owner or corporate number they told me they could not give it to me and when I asked for my balance it was more than what I owed. It was like they never posted any of my payments to my balance. Sorry to say but this dealership is not porfessional at all. When I called them back again and asked for corporate or owners number I was told that they dont speak english told them to give me the number anyways I have someone that can talk to them I am still waiting for the number. I am not a happy customer.

Too many bad things to say. Let me start off by saying not to trust these people. Read the need to repair list before you sign it during your contract. They will tell you that the GAP INSURANCE is required in order for you to get qualified by the bank and stick you with paying $400 plus the rate. Gap insurance is not required by law but only to benefit the seller. The repairs that they supposedly done where done wrong and just messed up another thing in my truck. I have no idea how the guy they so called mechanic has the balls to touch any mechanical part of any car. These people do not meet to their promises of repairs or to any repairs on their contracts. Im still waiting on my plates and now im asked to take it to a scale for a dmv certification and the dealer said that i dont need to pay anything, $80 is what the scales charge. In other words as soon as they sell you a vehicle they dont want nothing else to do with you. We got paid so get lost and leave us alone is basically what they try to say. The guy Israel is cool and im sure he just takes orders from Alvaro who claims hes not the owner but i guess he thinks that the internet is useless. Im not just a pissed off customer writing this but also to alert others before they get ripped off. Ive also spoken to others who have bought cars from them and also had problems getting their car repaired.
