Just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the service call I received from Kern Door. The serviceman was at my house less than a half hour after my call and had the issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. Both the receptionist and the serviceman were very polite and businesslike. Called this morning and the lady who answers the phone is VERY RUDE. She gave me a higher price also every time I call. They dont have fix prices and she is rude management should have a talk with her!

My old garage door was damaged when I moved in and after a few weeks fell off the tracks and almost damaged my car.I called kern door and they answered many of my questions and were patient with me. I went with the Windsor 9600 and what a difference from my old. I feel like I have the Cadillac of garage doors now. The extra insulation is definitely worth it. And it opperates much quieter. Bryan was my installer and he was great. Got it done in just a few hours. Very happy with customer service and price was cheaper than others. Thank you.

If their repairs are anything like their phone mannerisms I am glad she hung up in my ear before I could ask if she could help my store with an OH door issue - Such class and Customer Service Skills - (NOT)

Very nice people.

Had them install a garage door on our new home...It hit the ceiling! We called and the lady answering the phone was very rude to us. The guy came out and after 2 minutes, said I have to come back next week some time. We took off work for nothing...We had another company come out 20 mins after he left, and after 5 minutes, they said roller were installed wrong, they fixed it. Would never waist our time and money with this company again...
