After looking at my garage door opener, he took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong and what the best way to handle the situation. Had to get our sping & rollers replaced in December 2020, which was not cheap. I was pretty upset when the garage door started doing the same thing as before just 5 months later. This time I got a much more reliable and thorough garage door specialist, Zodiac. He came in told me exactly what was happening, something that wasnt mentioned before, and was very thorough. Lady quoted over the phone $99-$150 TOTAL to fix our broken garage door spring (pending type of spring) when the tech came to fix it he said it was $365 due to the fact they have to do both springs. If they were up front on the cost it would have been ok as the service repair was decent, but playing games with the price is not. Would of just gone with another provider that was cheaper for both springs.

This morning I had the springs to my garage door Break. I called Precision Garage Door to get a quote. The young lady over the phone was extremely helpful with scheduling service to come to my house same day. Zodiac was the guy who came out to repair the springs on my garage. Zodiac was able get to my house within hours of me contacting them. My garage springs were replaced quick, friendly service, provided me info on the reason why the springs break. I’m extremely satisfied with the level of service that was provided to me. I know if I ever have trouble again with my garage I will be giving Precision Garage Door a call.
