Well stocked, friendly cashiers… deli workers not so much. Deli workers seemed preoccupied with personal conversations instead of helping customers.

Always clean, well organized, friendly staff. Usually able to get in and out with a variety of things quickly and at reasonable prices. If youre okay spending a few bucks more to avoid the hassle of places like Walmart, highly recommend.

This clean store has a wonderful variety of needs on very well stocked shelves. The staff is very polite and super helpful when needing their assistance.

This location I really like. Located geographically in a good location, near me and their parking lot is in much better shape with the improvements made (it just to be a hot spot for car meets) in last year or so. Their appearance and customer service is what I like the most and one of the reason I visit this location. Prices - well I dont go there for the prices. I enjoy the people I normally see at Albertsons, cleanliness, their flower section is typically very good, bakery, ready to go food, is all A+. Prices though we can do better on prices!

Love how fast I can be in and out. Might be a little pricey but to be able to go in get what I need to out super fast is worth the couple extra cents. You pay for the convenience

Friendly and has good deals on fruits and meats. I usually dont wait too long in line 10mins top most of the time to check out.

Love to shop there. I have shopped at Albertsons stores pretty much all my life. This store is clean all is good. Staff are so helpful.

Always enjoy going here because its less crowded then other stores and the clerks are really friendly and helpful. If you havent already download the Albertsons U app, remember to click on the coupons, saves me quite a bit on items and they have save a certain amount of money once you purchase a certain amount. Saved $22 today by using it.

Stopped in to get a couple things during my break from work. Everything was quick and easy. Lines were short and the items I needed were easy to locate. A good shopping experience.

A very nice and clean store. Also app digital coupon sales are a real bargain.

Service isnt the best. Usually only two lines are open.

I got helped out by the bakery guy not sure of his name he was working the 7 oclock shift he put happy birthday and my daughters name on a cake I brought it to my daughters soccer practice it was an awesome experience and it all stemmed from your bakery worker so thankyou bakery guy I had a good time at your store

The one on Panama is fantastic! Clean, people very helpful and friendly, was told if we couldnt find something they could special order it, as my husband is diabetic and we cant find alot of things for him. They have always been wonderful with me as I have need of a riding cart, and they always have good ones, clean and in good running conditions. The food prices are good considering prices going up everywhere. I am very pleased and delighted shopping there!!!❤

The store is okay they really need to stop that just for you and digital stuff some of us seniors have a time getting it it is just not fair

Great employees and a wide selection.

They have fresh Vegetables and Fruits. Whenever you need a Thanksgiving Dinner and are in a bind. Albertsons saves the day. I have shopped here for over 5 years. They are a good place and do accept WIC, Ebt and SNAP.

This store had a line all the way back to the deli, they had one cash register open with a very slow employee. I gave up on buying groceries and put everything back. By the time I put everything back in its proper place, the line moved by maybe 3 people. I pushed the cart out and the wheels locked up for some reason. I was stopped by security and told them I didnt want to buy anything. They looked at me funny and why not? I told him to look at the dam line and how slow it was.The most frustrating part of this was they had one slow moving cashier and I swear 8 other employees walking around facing products.

Prices are a little high but it’s the best store. The staff is actually nice and they always have stock

Im not one to takes time to write reviews for businesses but this albertsons impressed me. Usually if you ask help from 3 people at least 1 of thems gonna give you signs of being bothered but this stores employees seemed to look forward to helping.

Albertsons is the nicest and cleanest grocery store in Bakersfield their vegetable department is unbelievable and now they sell sushi to go wouldnt go to any other grocery store in Bakersfield dont you ever leave us Albertsons oh and their floral department you can find great inexpensive gifts and their lottery machine for scratcher tickets always gives you winners

When I went in the other night, they had several lights off. Maybe its just me but I dont like dim lighting in stores.

I will not return to this grocery storeI waited in line behind five people to get deli meatTo then be told when I get to the front finally I cannot get deli meat because they dont have enough people behind the deli counterThey had two employees at the time one could have done deli the other one could have dished out fried Chickenbesides that at least let people know the deli counter is not open and then I dont have to wait in a lineThis store is being poorly ran

Love shopping at Albertsons. The store is clean which i really appreciate and the prices arent bad. I placed an order for chicken the night before our party and it was fresh and ready for pick up the next day. Thank you deli specialist!

Appreciated the 2-hour senior window although I saw more than a few under 65ers. Policy is still new so it will take some time. Lots of empty shelf space but I got 4 of the 5 things I was after.

This store has declined since the coronavirus scare. The wine and beer selection has dwindled to about half of what it used to be. It appears that the store is catering to the demogaphics of the area. I like shopping at Albertsons, so, now I have to travel to the store on Coffee and Stockdale to find the products I want.

On this time of pandemia. They dont have sanitizer for the cars. I whent there yesterday I bought some groceries & 2 fry chicken dinner. This Guy paqueged my groseries, I payed, I walked away home. And the chicken wasnt in the bags. So a didnt have dinner that night. I whent to the estore asked to the superbisera he said hi has no time to investigate the situation. Ruily rud. Bad costumer service.
