It was my first time there. The icecream is so delicious, and I was surprised to learn theyre all home made. I would have given it 5 stars, but the store feels a little cramped and disorganized. Maybe they could do some rearranging to make it appear spacious.

I go here all the time!! They have the best bionicos in town. The ladies are always super sweet and so helpful. Im happy to see their clientele and menu grow. I recommend this place to everyone when they are craving sweet treats.

Worker was very rude, she got our order wrong and got upset when we asked if she could fix our order she got very angry with us. And started an argument with my mom over some strawberries and cream. Very poor customer service.

If I could Give this 0 stars I honestly would. I went in & AGAIN I received HORRIBLE service from the worker there. I asked the other employee if she could help me but unfortunately she was already with other customers. I ordered Fruit & told her what I didnt want in it and she gave me such an ugly attitude. After dealing with her attitude several times I told her I didnt want anything else anymore, but the fruit and she literally told me “OMG” loud. I kept asking for the managers name & she would not give it to me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.. horrible horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place at all.

I bought a strawberry palette with cream and I got a hair, super rewritable ... I spoke to speak directly with the manager or the owner, and the employee told me that he would call me and they would send him the message ... the owner never I call and the excuse of the employee was that they do not make the pallets there .... I pay for a product and I do not care if they make them there or not ... the customer does not matter? ... I will definitely never return
