Excellent Service, great vehicle - I couldnt be more happy. I bought a 2008 Econoline last month and the van rocks. Yes, it needs a bit of attention for being 13 years old, but the price was right. I could have gotten a cheaper van, but I doubt it would save me money in the long run. Both vans I looked at were solid, and they went above and beyond to make me happy. They even added new tires, a spare, and a backup camera. You get what you pay for, and these guys are worth every penny.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I recently purchased a 2016 ford transit from these people. I started out with a man named Dave who was really helpful and accommodating during most of the transaction. When we started with the financing part, the owner Oded got involved. Got a bad feeling after 2 minutes of talking with him. Very rough and uneasy to talk to. Long story short he offered me 2 financing deals, one with a lower payment and lower apr rate with a (($995.00 Bank Fee from Ocean Pacific Credit Union and the other was a higher apr rate and higher payment with (no Bank Fee). So obviously I picked the lower payment with the $995.00 bank fee since it was a lower payment. The guy I really liked Dave stood there quiet during this exchange. Fast forward weeks later after receiving truck I called the finance bank to schedule automatic payments and complained about bank fee and found out they dont charge any fees at all and the lady I was speaking to said that was very concerning to hear. Long story short again, called dealership to complain and they said it was called a processing or dealer fee. When they clearly said it was a bank fee and could not get lower rate unless I pay bank fee. Also the main boss is Mike at another dealership on Hempstead turnpike in Elmont, where they sent me to sign paperwork. Mike refused to refund me the money and to take it up with Oded at GM MOTORS. Bunch of sneaky thieves that they are and was very disappointed in Dave the most, really liked him but he sat quiet while they screwed me. Shame on you bro!!! Not to mention after 125-150 miles of driving got a code on dashboard for new catalytic converter and bank 1 sensor along with another sensor. Which my mechanic informed me, that they cleared out codes with plug in computer and codes wont show up again until vehicle is driven a while. So run away and go to Curmsons on queens boulevard in Woodside, Queens. Thats where I always went, shame on me for not staying loyal!!!!! By the way I never left a review of any kind in my 38 years but I never felt so compelled.

They sold me a 2 year old vehicle less then 15 months ago and it had a catastrophic engine failure. Not only did they neglect to inform my of the warranty (there was none) but they only offered to buy it back if I bought another vehicle from them! Scam. Just another sleazy used car salesman, take your business elsewhere.

Bought a sprinter to convert to a camper. David was super helpful and was concerned about all my needs. He replaced cracked windshield, gave me a spare tire and replaced my brakes. They manged to get me reasonable financing and was a breeze to go through paperwork. My only suggestion would be to check the DEF, mine was low when I bought and is super important in these vehicles. Would buy from again!

Bought a sprinter here a couple weeks ago, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a good interest rate on my loan and they didnt play any games when it came to negotiating the price of the car. I went to another dealership and they tried adding on a bunch of random fees that rasied the price of the car like 3k. they have a decent variety of clean vans at a fair price. I would definantly recomed checking them out.
