This dealership has put me through so much prior to the pandemic, they sold me a BMW X5 2012 according to Christian the Sales person in great conditions turns out since the second day I drove this car I started to complain to Christian, the man sent me to his “Mechanic” which turns out to be their new location and they do absolutely NOTHING! Not until I called the office and asked for their boss contact information they provided me with. I then called Paul the owner he tells me to bring in the car for weeks I’m back and forth MIND YOU IM STILL PAYING FOR THIS CAR! And not being able to enjoy it. The car went for about 14,000 almost 15,000. I then go to BMW services because according to Mr.Paul the warrantee was EXPIRED BUT MEAN WHILE THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC. BMW charged me 200 for a full diagnosis where the total to find this so called car is to be exact 11,9945 Dollars! Not only that I drive with a kid under 5! This car almost cause and accident as I was making a right turn the car went on neutral The steering wheel locked the brakes locked the car would not move putting my life and my kid life in danger! What if I would’ve been in a high I would’ve not been writing this right now what is this I for gods sake! GOT NO HELP! No HELP! Please don’t get yourself into a situation like this!And DO NOT GO THIS USED CAR DEALER SHIPBAD BUSINESS PRACTICEAny suggestions what would be my next stepAppreciate all the suggestions

Got my G37 and it was basically in great shape only issues I had was the notorious warp rotors and a rusty cat but I had plans on a catback and better cross drilled rotors all put in by Mavis or my self $175. In Indiacat looks great and I put in Takeda Cokd Air which looks amazing. All the car is full of tech. 44k 13.5 I think I got decent deal and these cars are like butter when you drive them. Came with Kumho Tires. . THIS one is fun. There was a guy saying he was charged about a grand for dmv fees he probably didnt read the part that says prep

Cant speak for anyone else but my expirience here was not a good one. I waited a While before my review because i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I am honestly disappointed with my purchase. When i test drove my car it was fine, when i picked it up it started with a problem here a problem there. They sent me to someone to get it fixed and in the end the problem remained the same. They is something very unusual and a bit shady in the way this dealer operates. Now all i can do is finish paying this car and forget this ever happend. Do your homework before buying a used car from these type of dealerships.

Went in to purchase a car I seen online. Got there and the “salesmen” saw me wandering around and never cared to ask if I needed help, so I asked and I road tested the vehicle I wanted and it was good even though it had an exhaust leak. They try to charge almost another $1000 to have the car registered by them but I declined (I went to DMV myself and paid $200) Either way I decided to purchase it anyway...cash...my biggest regret. I so happened to do an air conditioning service and I pull out the cabin filter to find out that a rat or some type of rodent was living in there. The was filter chewed through, there was nut shells, sticky residue, and to top it all off there was feces all over the filter and the housing for the air conditioner. So I decided I would try to make the best of this bad situation by taking the whole dashboard off to removed the whole air conditioning housing and clean with bleach...not even halfway through and I found more feces underneath the center console and that’s where I gave up. YOU GUYS OR YOUR MECHANIC EITHER DIDN’T CHECK THE VEHICLE CORRECTLY OR YOU DONT CARE SONEITHER WAY YOU’RE CARELESS AND THIEVES. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. I have the pictures to prove it.

I have good credit and they tried to give me a high interest loan the guy tried to call the bank to get it down Never waited to hear from them and tried to get me to sign with the high interest loan they put one price on the add and then tried to raise it when i got there

TLDR: take your hard earned money elsewhere.Typical sketchy salesmen. Promises of high quality service and cars but nothing to show for it. Paid the car in full and went to go pick it up but it wasnt ready. Was told they would have it inspected and all at least 2 days before picking it up. They lied and tried to rush everything the same morning. The car had a dead battery and they worked so slow that the dmv closed before it could be registered. They didnt even call to inform that they couldnt register it, we had to call them. Would not recommend anyone to come here. All handshakes and no hustle.Addtl: they buy used pieces and tell you they replaced it brand new. The son will say he’s doing a favor by fixing things they broke.

Poor customer service, unreliable unprofessional, and unreasonable with over priced vehicles. This place is only for suckers!!!! 20 years of service smh still doing business in a trailer?Don’t waste your time or money, shop elsewhere.

But the cars there has too many miles for a lot of money. But they sell good cars I purchased from them before.
