Anthony was spectacular! I came in with questions and he had all the answers. I had to make sure it was what my family agreed on would work for all of us, and he walked me through some options to help me with any of their decisions. Gave me a card and welcomed me back any time. He was there and ready to handle everything the next week and knocked out every barrier that I had. I needed an extra phone for work, to add a line for my son, who lives in Austin,Texas but was out of town, and wanted to port his number and pick his phone up at a local store. I also needed to add a line for a very dear friends mom, who is elderly and requested a FLIP PHONE ONLY..all lines required different area codes (which I failed to mention, but he remedied easily), and we all had different needs. I was only approved for 3 lines at the time, but was given a courtesy by his boss, who was also extremely knowledgeable and very polite. I even left the store several times, and I left my personal device for my work line and forgot to give them the code when I left again. And believe it or not everything was good to go by the time I got back after being stuck in traffic. No issues. My son in Texas said that he wished that the lady there was as helpful, but that if he ever had any issues, he would call my store instead. Thank you guys for being a new and wonderful contribution to the plaza! Right down on Grand Ave next to the Dollar Tree!!

The workers in this store spend more time on their own personal phones then they do telling you about how to use yours! They must REALLY want that commission. One girl in the store, handled the phone with no care whatsover! Tossing them willy nilly. Its no wonder half of them break not long after you get them. Dont go to this branch, go to a different store if you can!

Terrible experience, went to a different location. The customer service was horrible from the minute we walked in. Nobody greeted us, they asked us how they could help (with an attitude) and misinformed us the whole time. They took off the screen protector without asking and we ended up not doing business so the phone was left unprotected. The attitude the employee gave us when we asked a question or clarification was unneeded. Like I said glad we went to a different location where the experience overall was better. I recommend going to a different location for all your TMobile needs.

Its a great store with great service

Terrible, I did my part and paid for lifelong screen protector service. I physically go into the store and they tell me that they do not carry the brand they put on for me. I was initially told that I could go to any T mobile store and I would be helped.That didnt happen. I was told that they would ship it. I would then get it in 5 business days.NO BUENO!!!

This T-Mobile store was so helpful today. My phone is completely broken and I have insurance thru Assurant. I called Saturday evening (4/11/20) for a replacement phone. It is now Tuesday and my phone still has not shipped. I cant get any phone numbers out of my phone. I tried setting up my iMac, but because I havent used it in a year, verifying anything has been a nightmare. This problem I have resolved. Unfortunately I havent backed up my phone in a while, so I still cant get a lot of my contacts because I cant use my phone to verify. Anyway, I have called Assurant and T-Mobile many, many times and neither company was willing to help or make a suggestion. After 3 days of phone calls, I finally spoke to a woman at T-Mobile and she suggested I call local stores to see if they had any phones laying around that I could use for a couple days. I called this store (1199 Grand Ave, Baldwin N.Y.) and spoke to Charlie. He was very helpful, a life saver! He called a couple stores and found a store that had a phone I could pick up and return in a couple days. Charlie, thank you so much! You were awesome!!!

I purchased a inexpensive phone and they added protection plan to it without asking .they always texting talking to each other while they are assisting you .is not okay to add protection plans or anything without your permission ......

Employees give misguided information for a sale of commission. Avoid doing business with this branch location!Manager (Karina) does not care to assist her customers whatsoever!

Had a horrible time trying to upgrade my device. Was given incorrect info and 2 phones were ordered and my account charged automatically without any email sign off from me. Sales Associates need to be properly trained on T-Mobiles SOP when it comes to customer upgrades.

I came in Wednesday last week and the girl at the register called me over amd she then walked away and started helping someone else. The other guy proceeds to tell me that she will be right back and she never came back so I left. I came back the next day and the girl had a nasty attitude but I let it go. I asked her for the Samsung watch because it was a promo deal going on and she decided to sell me an apple phone. I will never come back to this location I will continue to go to my spot in Jamaica. Way better service there.

Poor customer service, wasted my time (45mins) guessing how to solve my problem and at the end couldnt help at all. Giving some bogus answers, made me more upset and frustrated. Horrible. The rep sonia was horrible provided wrong information. Was texting at the front glass window her manager had to tell her someone even came in. I waa tols the wrong specials, it took about 6 hrs to finally get this situated and im not satisfied at all i have been with u for 20 years it was terrible.
