Best cvs in baldwin always pick my medication here since 1997 when walbaums was there

I’ve been using CVS for years and years.They had a pretty good track record as far as I’m concerned.. Fully stocked shelves, new items coming in regularly, bargains and discounts all the time.As of the past three or four years CVS has declined on a steady basis. Less an less on the shelves, nothing new coming in. In fact CVS has eliminated a lot of common items l’d buy on a regular basis.Prices CONSTANTLY on the rise! And I mean to the point of price gouging! Close to six bucks for a gallon of milk, four dollars for a ten ounce bag of frozen corn, five + for a small jar of peanut butter, and so fourth! I can get many of these items CHEAPER at 7-Eleven, a store known for its astronomically ridiculous prices!Used to be in there almost every day! Now I may hit CVS once a month.... That’s how bad things have gotten at CVS!A 2.7 rating!! Kind of tells you something!

This CVS pharmacy is a joke.Elise and Shanice are beyond ignorant. They don’t know how to deal with customers. They give out your private information which is a HIPPA regulation. They will cancel allOf your medications. I have filled multiple complaints with the BBB as well as HIPPA. My lawyer is looking into things at this point. They are a disgrace to CVS.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Elyse and Shanice are very condescending, extremely rude and by far they have definitely ruined my experience at this location. I will NEVER use CVS at this location ever again. Trust and believe my friends and family will not be using the services of CVS any longer. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! HORRIBLE UPPER MANAGEMENT!!!!BEWARE OF LOCATION!!!!THEY VIOLATE HIPA RULES AND REGULATIONSMADE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS ALREADY TO THE BBB and HIPA.

So many Hippa laws were broken by this pharmacy. Elise who works in that department is clueless and management isn’t much better. I’ve never dealt with someone who is beyond nasty and combative with a customer. Maybe hire people who have communication skills and know how to deal with an irrate customer due to your mistakes. I don’t think hanging up on them is the solution. If I pulled this type of behavior where I work I would have been terminated. Now I’m forced to reach out to Corporate and Hippa. Avoid this CVS esp Elise and Shanice!!!!

Some items are Expensive! I purchased a Revlon Colorsilk Hair color for almost $5.I went to Wallmart and it was 3 for $6!!!! What a huge price difference!Also the baby wipes shelf area is always almost empty 🤦‍♀️ you can never find the wipes you need.Not enough variety in baby formula, they don’t carry Gerber soothe, i had to go to a different CVS to purchase it for my baby.

Really long wait to check out and kinda rude staff being nice is FREE people!!!
