Visited Effe & Co looking for a gown to wear to a Gala that my sorority, Delta Sigma Theta was having the next day. As soon as I explained what I needed I was taken to a room filled with beautiful hand made dresses. When I saw this off the shoulder gown (my signature look) I had to have it! It was if the dress was made for me! I received so many compliments during the event I attended! She was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, everything you want when you go to shop for clothes.Her pieces are unique and one of a kind. The skirt that you see in the picture was custom designed, measured and fit specifically for me. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and my skirt was made by Saturday morning.I will definitely be back to gift all of my friends her pieces. Effe was very professional and very accomodating. She took her time and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase allowing me to try on a bunch of different styles and being very patient with me about me being indecisive. Effe’s customer service and clothes are THE BEST! She makes you feel welcome and cared for. My husband and I went in to get some outfits altered and she treated us so well, and did such a beautiful job that we left with the altered clothes and 3 new outfits!
