These guys are legit, I had a wonderful experience with these guys. If you happen to stop by the store, their product is cheap, a wide array of fragrance and proper customer service... To give these guys five star is not giving them justice for the service that was provided.

Never received my order. I called customer service he said it was delivered so I asked for a tracking number so that I can contact Usps. He said he would email me the information. Once I received the email it was just an invoice without a tracking number. I called again asked if he could just give me the tracking information over the phone. His response was what’s your telephone number? I gave him my cell number he confirmed it and said he would text me my tracking number. It’s been a few hours and I still haven’t received any text. I think it’s odd that he wouldn’t give me the tracking information over the phone! Especially since he said it was delivered weeks ago! I’m not calling back at this point I’ll just file a dispute with my bank. I’m not convinced that they ever sent my items.

Im going to give them 3 stars cause the website looks good.The body oils is cheap, package came fast.Oils are watered down,not official at all.Wasted my money.

Now, first of all, the staff are no pushy or dismissive like some of the others. Second, they have the oil I be looking for and smells divine. Love it. Will go back.

Hadn’t been to this place in over a year but saw on their website they were having a 70% off sale so I went in to get some oil. I got 2 1lb bottles of oil and the guy rang up $74.20. I had to tell him their website said 1lb bottles were $23 to get the price adjusted. Overcharging someone for a product is legal robbery, it’s not much different than someone pulling out a gun and snatching your money. None of the items in this store are labeled with a price, how convenient. 2 people can come in and purchase the exact same thing and be charged 2 totally different prices. I won’t return

I have been a long time customer to international but i recently placed an order . I received my order but some of what i ordered was missing and i was charged over the price stated on their website where i should of been charged $48 a case he charged me $60. I called and was told i had to talked to the owner instead of brother of owner for the mistakes, talked to owner who wasted no time in telling me he was busy and will call me back i offered my call back number which he stated he had. I never heard back, and because of lack of customer service i wont order from here again, ill take my business some where else like true essence, they have great customer service

International Fragrance Shop is a good company. The fragrances are crafted in Maryland. However, they get very busy online and on the phone near the holidays, especially after Halloween. Recommend as Thanksgiving approaches, if possible, a person goes old school and just visits the shop for faster service.

Love it! They have every body oil you could ever want. There inscense are excellent and they always have a huge selection of body products! And I know they have excellent quality of body oils(not watered down).

The owner of this businesss has absolutely horrible customer service. I called several times to ask for Abdul and was first told that he would be in on Monday at 9 AM but was then told he no longer worked there. I was given this information by two different gentlemen. I called again to ask the other store locations and was told that there wasn’t much oil at the other locations so I could visit the main location. This does not help me if you have two other locations with other oils regardless of how much or how little you have. The young man then proceeded to tell me that he didn’t have to answer my phone call at which point I’d explained to him that this is not a good business practice. I will never buy from this store again.

The web site says free shipping! I called customer service it went to a mans cell phone and he told me you must spend $150 dollars for free shipping. That is not what the websites says. Also there is not 24/7 customer support like the website says. POOR POOR customer service!

Horrible company!!!I ordered 1 order but was charged twice for the same order. Then I was being told that the items were not in stock. Then I was told that the orders were refunded (The rep. didnt know the refund amount, or date I would received the refund). After 5 business days, I have not received the refunds, the products, or communications from the company.I had to fill a dispute form with my bank to help get my funds back because this is a company of the THIEVES

My experience with dealing with this entity has been; excellent from the customer service aspects; to the prompt on time shipping and deliveries. Even on my days of stress and dismay they still continued to with me; with empathy. They go entirely go beyond they limits of what they required to do they have hearts. Is all about no; however money is not an issue: you must understand it is a tool of trade used to survive. Money is not the root of all evil. The worst customer service ever. Very rude. They promised me that the perfumes oil are the same as the original ones. But when I received the perfume, it turned out to be different. And when I call the customer service that, they would just hung up on my face. If there was lesser than one star I would give it to you.
