These products literally can’t get any better and they’re SUPER affordable compared to other local boutiques. I pretty much use everything they offer. The fresh face moisturizer is the key to my existence. I highly recommend purchasing these products for all of your bath time needs!

I love shopping local at Mount Royal Soaps to up my environmentally friendly bathing game. Their bar shampoos and liquid soap growlers are awesome, and they carry lots of fun gift items and environmentally friendly accessories. Their staff is the nicest!

Vegan soap store. They dont use palm oil which is a big selling point for me. More environmentally friendly than Lush and less expensive. I find their products actually last longer than what I had used from Lush. My skin has been in the best shape since I switched to their products fully. They locally source when they can and often partner with local places for soap scents.

I ordered some soaps from here on small business Saturday. Of course, with USPS being overwhelmed I had many delays in shipping. I reached out to the store and got immediate feedback providing me with information on the delays and their communications with USPS. Well, I just received my package (by no fault of the shops) and it was worth the wait! Smells great, had a great little surprise treat inside that I love, and I will definitely order from Mount Royal Soap again. Great customer service and great product!

This was a cute local shop before Covid, but now they get extra credit for diving in and making hand sanitizer and N95 masks during the current health crisis. Power to you guys! Also, the soaps and lotions smell very nice. I like the Rosy Posy(sp?).

My wife and I love the bar and liquid soaps that we’ve been buying here since 2018. Also, their hand sanitizer is some of the best smelling out there.

The store is beautiful to shop in, the owners are friendly, and the products are pure and effective. I love the charcoal soap for deep cleansing, the sugar scrubs, and the honeysuckle liquid hand soap smells amazing! But there’s so many more of their products to rave about too... My partner and I just recently discovered this shop and love everything we have gotten here! All of the owners are very sweet and care a lot about the stuff they are creating. These shampoo bars will change your life. After using multiple different brand shampoo bars (like, 4-5) I was about ready to give up on the whole concept. Luckily I found Mt Royal’s shampoo bar and let me tell you what you’ll never go back to bottle shampoo. Leaves my very long hair clean, soft, not in tangles and it smells awesome. Isn’t harsh and drying like some others, and lathers really nicely.

This store is super impressive. I was honestly in shock when I walked in the door over how well built it is. Brand new, classy, and cool. I really liked how there is an area to see through the wall to where the soap is made. I bought some soap and lip balm to give to friends and they really love it. You seriously need to check this place out !

Their shampoo bars are stellar. 🌠 They care about the environment and peoples hair when they make them. (Yay sulfate & palm oil free!) Feels great to use, suds up and rinses out nicely. I found them at a local festival in fells point, then got my second bar at the Christmas market. Not in bmore anymore but Im ordering a shampoo bar and conditioner bar online this week.

This is the best place to buy soap in Baltimore. Everything is handmade by people who really care about the ingredients and craft of quality soaps. The store itself is stocked with a ton of amazing soaps, bath bombs, skin care, candles and even locally made razors! Be sure to check it out whenever you come to the Hopkins area.

Mt royal is the best. Ive been using patch of ground bar soap for a year now. Love it. I was curious about bar shampoo but unsure if it would lather like a gel. Matt assured me there would be plenty lather and there was. I literally said oh wow in the shower. Ditch the bottle, bar shampoo!

Great soaps and all other things to make your skin and hair look great. Great customer service to. Their beard oils and balms are some of the best I have ever used. Also their Essential Hand and Body Cream, is just that, essential, lol. And you cant forget their bar soaps, great prices for artisanal soaps that actually do what they are supposed to. And if you are unsure of buying a whole bar, you might be able to snag a remnant piece to try out at the counter for super cheap. Highly recommend them. Cool shop too.

This shop is awesome! As soon as you walk in thier distinctive scents intrigue your nose to smell every bar of homemade soaps! The staff is amazing and if you come at the right time you may even catch them producing thier products in thier semi open manufacturing space! Its pretty cool to see how and where items you are putting on your body are made! Plus they have way more than just soap! Check them out if you care about being clean, smelling good, and supporting local!

I’ve been on Xeloda medication for Stage 4 Pancreas Cancer since November 18’. One of the side effects of this drug is severe blisters and cracked skin on both hands and feet. These products were given to me at Xmas and have been a life saver! You can tell a lot of thought, passion and love went into making these products.
