Greg and his team are the best! I have been coming here for years so I decided to leave review. I have sent friends and family here. Never have I ever had problems. My poor sister rats got in her engine thought her car was finished they fixed it in one day. I am actually taking my Mercedes this week for work. As a Latino man i just want to say that they are the most honest and unbiased auto shop in Baltimore. If you want a honest mechanic with your best interest in mind call Greg.

This place is amazing, Greg who runs the place couldnt be nicer and the costs couldnt be more reasonable! I came in to have 70-80k services done, he looked at each possible service and told me the ones I needed vs. the ones that are recommended. While there I asked him if the shop could install a few new light sets that add some personality to the Jeep to which they had no problems. I will be back whenever I need work done from now on. Site says they do custom paint services but when I called the guy shut me down saying they only do collision work.... Feel like my money isnt wanted here

I would like to thank Greg and his team for a quality professional Job on tuning up my Baby, 1995 Ford Ranger on 4-7-21. A special thank you to Master Mechanic Bryan 🙂 for your old school care of labeling my old spark plugs with numbers as well the Ignition coil so i as the customer could know what engine cylinder would be causing my spark plugs to fail. This is truly unheard of in today service repair shops I have encountered. Bryan, For you to take your time to do this for a customer you must love your job. So keep up the great service . Its great having Rosedale Auto Service in your corner when car repair time comes. And it will come. Mr. Ey & his technicians have provided outstanding services for my 16 year old car, so I need complex repairs done on my car at times. I have been a loyal customer since finding them, and have received skilled repairs, fair pricing, timely turn around, integrity, and honesty. The team there, including Barb, are very kind and professional. I dont live very close, but I have been shown time and again I can rely on Rosedale Auto and Thats Great News!

This is a great shop. Went for minor issue and they fixed a secondary problem I couldnt identify and didnt even charge me for the diagnosis. Really honest and nice crew.

My fiance has been taking her Jeep to this facility for many years. Its the wonderful service we received that makes the drive from Pennsylvania down worth it. Greg has always been forth coming with what is needed and the time in which the work will be completed.For us we will continue to make the drive down for the service we receive.

10 Stars to Rosedale Auto Service. They got my car back on the road again, (different issue this time). Im very grateful for their skill, professionalism, work ethic, kindness, honesty & fairness. They are consistent all the time & Im sure there are stresses as with everyone, but they dont short their customers.

I know for a fact the people at this shop threw a brick through my car window because I told them to not touch my car because they are SCAMMERS. I got my car fixed on their lot despite the lie they tried to tell me. Nothing was stolen out of my car, not even $30 worth of change, my wheel lock, important personal documents. Multiple cars on the lot untouched. These people know they did it and Im sure they know who is writing this review. Im sure they think they got away with it too but little do they know. BEWARE.

Poor customer service........better off giving your money to the dealership. At least they are honest and are held to a certain ethical standard because of corporate....just like someone else said I believe its because I was black that I didnt receive the same treatment as some other people on these reviews.

I am VERY happy to have worked with Rosedale Auto. I sought out their assistance for a paint defect (bubbling) on the hood of my 2015 Mustang. I initially consulted with the Ford body shop, which recommended I replace the entire hood for an ungodly amount of money. I then went to a family-owned body shop who suggested a hood replacement and quoted me an even higher amount than Ford but suggested I look into a body shop that specializes in rust repair. I met with Greg from Rosedale Auto for an estimate and I was extremely pleased with how honest he was - he took a look at my corrosion warranty and suggested I first submit a claim with Ford to see if it would be covered. The claim was denied so I went back to Rosedale Auto. Honestly, I am thrilled with their service and I will be working with them if I have issues with my car in the future. Greg was up front and transparent about what I could expect from the repair, they were flexible with my travel schedule, saved me well over $1,000, returned my car clean and spotless, and my Mustang looks as good as new. Their honesty and the caliber of their work went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Rosedale Auto!

I wish I couldnt even give them one star. I believe that my car was tampered with because I am a person of color. Beware my brothers and sisters. Do not give them your hard earned black dollar. They wouldnt appreciate it anyways.

Brought my car in for a same-day service & my car sat for a week in the freezing cold without ever being touched. Had to call them back to back to just get an answer about when they would even look at my car. Their response was condescending & almost as if they were amused that i kept calling inquiring. Do not take your car to this family owned shop. Workers barely look of age to pick up a toothpick let alone a tire.The cheaper way is not always best. Went to the dealership my car was fixed in a hour.UPDATE: As everyone can see below, as a business, that was a very condescending response. Truth be told everything you wrote is a lie because a Nissan master mechanic fixed my car despite you telling me it needed another tire before you could even touch it. To be more specific I needed a tire rod fixed, i didn’t ask this shop to fix anything else. That did not require my car to be towed into the shop, that did not require my spare to be fixed. I needed the TIRE ROD fixed which he brought the very next day after getting the car towed. The service was never done on my car because as you claim you couldn’t even get it into your shop without either a new spare or another rim. When the master mechanic from Nissan literally fixed it on the ground in the lot of your shop. Because you felt as though i needed an alignment (a service I never asked for you to complete) that made my tire rod unable to even be fixed 🤔 truth be told are you well seasoned mechanics? Because i watched with my own two eyes the car be fixed in a matter of 20 minutes. What the problem is this shop is raggedy and you were trying to drag my 4wd car in your little two door garage with a tow truck that wasn’t a flat bed 🙄 ANOTHER service I did not want. Anybody who is well seasoned, knows that you could have jacked my car up in the spot it was in and fixed that tire rod like I asked, put that spare that wasn’t good back on (to let me handle that problem on my own time), and completed the job that was asked of you. I DID NOT ASK YOU TO FIX MY TIRE, I DID NOT ASK YOU TO FIX MY ALIGNMENT, I DID NOT ASK YOU TO DRAG MY CAR INTO YOUR SHOP. Well seasoned you are not. Maybe you should take some up to date classes on listening, comprehension, and fixing a car. Truth be told, Anybody who questions my timeline about towing and buying parts, I have receipts of the tow I paid for and the tire rod I bought from Advanced Auto parts all within 24 hours of each other. And truth be told, it would proper business etiquette wouldn’t have been the response you left on Google for everyone to see. Like i said do not take you car here to this dishonest Mom and pop shop. It’s a reason why these well seasoned mechanics don’t work for dealerships. Their practices don’t align with what a dealership would do

What happened to this place they used to do good honest business now it just seems like they do the least amount of work possible and charge ridiculous amounts of labor for the simplest problems they will even lie about issues with your vehicle to the warranty companies just to get more money for them selves they lie to insurance companies as well DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU ARE A BLACK
