Bad experience with this dealership. Theyre trying to charge you for all the extras, like Zurich, that they apply to their vehicles, without you consenting to it. And thats at least 1K per year on top of your full term. That is ridiculous. They will not remove it and fight you to pay for it. I recommend looking for another dealership that can professionally discuss your options and not try and force you to pay for whatever they decide.
I did most of my negotiating and paperwork online. So, the process went very quickly when we got to the dealership . The price was the same as we talked about on the phone. Nick, our sales rep was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and quite personable . Paul, the finance guy, also was very nice and didnt try to hard sell us on warranties and after market products. Overall, a great experience. Please patronize this dealership. You will not be sorry.
I just purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V with very low mileage. My salesman, Eric, and the finance manager were extremely professional and very nice. The best car buying experience Ive had. Im recommending them to my family, friends and co-workers.
One of the best experiences Ive had buying car. Our sales person, Brian, was great so was the rest of the staff. I will definitely recommend.
Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Negotiated a very fair price by email in the afternoon. That evening I went in, got the price we agreed upon along with a good value on our trade in, and we walked out in two hours with a brand new 2022 Odyssey. Our salesman was Eric Molesworth and he was super nice and not pushy. Even the finance manager was very low pressure about all the add ons they typically bombard you with. Would definitely buy from Norris again!
So I have bought 3 cars from Norris Honda and all of my experiences have been amazing! The staff is very helpful and they help you get in and get out in a timely manner. Brandon and Drew are very helpful as well and I strongly recommend coming here for your next car! Honda’s are honestly great!
Ron did a great job getting me in and out with the repair on my tire! Thanks again for the speedy service
Did the job on hand didnt help with other questions I had with car
Eric will work his hardest to make sure you find a car that fits your needs. He is very knowledgeable and reliable, you can count on him for help!
Took our car in for periodic maintenance. Car was finished quickly. After picking it up, when starting the car after a quick stop, the car indicated a system update needed to be completed. Ran the car and finished it. Seriously, complete the work you are supposed to do.
Very bad experience. My car was under warranty. I had a noise on my car and they just could not find it. They said they had two guys tested drive. Why was I going through those much trouble for no reason? I tested drive with one of their guys, and I showed him exactly when the noise occurred, and he kept denying it. Furthermore they asked me to pay $130 diagnosis fee, and I said I did not want to pay, since they could not find the cause. One of their representative threatened me to call the policeman only after 3 min arguing. I swear to god it did not get physical nor my voice was out of roof. They may just dont have the expertise to solve the problem, and all they can do is asking for money. Very disappointing! I have been so many dealers, and none was like that.
Just want to share that William Lawrence was super responsive and getting me a needed invoice for past work done on my 2012 Honda Odyssey. He quickly sent me the invoice via email and then he even contacted the dealership in California where the Honda is now being worked on. In my view, they support was above and beyond.
I am from a different state and i bought a new vehicle from this showroom two months ago. After buying the vehicle, i am trying to reach them through different channels like Phone calls, mails, etc., to find out the status of my registration plate and title( i paid full cash). But no body responded back so far. Their title department never picked up the phone or responded back to mails. I even escalated this to their manager, but still no luck. Now i need to travel two hours to go to their showroom just to check the status of the title. Worst Service. I wont recommend them
The service staff members (especially Carl) are great. They get cars in an out, done right, and without any tiresome add-on selling.
Had a great experience at Norris Honda! After some icky experiences with other salesmen at different dealers, I was quite nervous about going to Norris Honda. However, Shawn was absolutely wonderful! Very communicative, kept me in the loop, provided some awesome car options, and helped me through the whole process. He was very personable, and it felt like buying a car from a friend.I love my new Honda HRV! My Civic lasted me 11 wonderful years with zero issue (and was still running great, but I was ready for a change). So I’m ecstatic to drive another Honda!
My experience with purchasing a new vehicle was great, they were flexible and worked with me.But adding mandatory warranties is unfair. The Zurich shield costed me an extra $995, given it is something i will never use or will even forget its there. The services of the warrantly arent even available at the service department. Completely worthless, and yet mandatory. In addition to this bs, there is the complementary free lifetime carwashes offered. It is an automatic car wash you drive into and everything, but what is extremely disappointing is how poorly managed it is. It lacks the basics such as SOAP and blow dry for the vehicle. Again very disappointing.I understand there isnt much coming out of the car wash for them and the mandatory warranty is financially advantageous, but you have to include the costumer experience into everything. We are spending thousands of dollars in the cars, the least we expect is transparency and quality. The car wash is the least they could do, at least add soap!
Great experience ! My 1st visit to Norris Honda Service Dept. It was Perfect Experience! My first oil change in and out smoothly and Carl Hafner was Great my service advisor made sure everything was explained clearly! Very Happy Customer Here!!
AVOID THEMLong Time Ago but you should know. I bought their Certified used car. Six weeks later I went back to NORRIS for a oil change. They recommend a service for 3500 something else. After a calling Honda USA issue was not even there. And NORRIS HONDA DOES NOT GIVE YOU A SPARE KEY FOR YOUR USED CAR. I spoke with HONDA USA and issue was resolved. But I did not have to do that.
Went to the service department and the Service Advisor Carl was awesome in getting my issue resolved regarding my Daytime Running Lights.
My appointment as at 9:30 and my service was done at 10:30, much sooner than I expected. The service associates were very courteous and treated me as an special customer. The waiting area was set up for the social distancing and everyone wearing a mask so I felt very comfortable and safe there.
Always excellent service at Norris honda...Very professional and detailed!!
Everyone Ive ever worked at here is professional and knowledgeable. I just signed a second lease and they made it super easy.
I bought a Honda accord from Norris Honda in 2015 with lots of struggles in terms of price and long paper work process, they knew I needed a car. After 60000 miles I pay for oil change and other maintenance which is ok. Today 8/13/2021 I was there to get oil changed I cant believe that service man asked me to leave his service place right after I told him that I didnt have an appointment. My son was looking at me and he was sad how I was treated. I will never go back to Norris Honda again.
Pleasure to do business with! After getting my True Car price Norris had the best deal around! Others were charging over MSRP or at MSRP. Set up an appointment with Kati Rudisill and drove away with a new Accord Drama free! The staff was very friendly and I will defiantly do business with them in the future!
Amazing !! Just wonderful people are so nice as well!
Before visiting Norris, we went to three other Honda dealers in Rockville, Parkville and Hunt Valley. We left the those dealerships feeling we wasted our time but left Norris Honda in a new CRV.
I like how the service advisors Will Barnes explained to me about what is going to be done today and if I had any concerns. My experience was very good.
Great place to deal with. Our salesman Sean provided a friendly no hassle experience.
Very positive experience. Shopped on the internet, found the car and called the dealer. They were waiting for us.
Had a great first time experience at Norris Honda.Got an amazing deal on the car of my dreams! Many thanks to Brian in sales who made the entire experience easy and stress-free, thoroughly explaining and answering any question I had with clarity and professionalism.
After making an appointment to see a vehicle we drove an hour to see the vehicle and when we arrived they haven’t received it yet. When they did receive it the sales manager would not honor the price quoted to me. He stopped returning emails. Shady dealership. Would not recommend.
They sold me a car that was double the cars actual value. Didn’t get the plates and registration until 5 months after I got the car. I went in there wanting a manual and got an automatic because I have difficulty saying no when someone pushes something on me like that. I keep learning more ways I got screwed over by getting this car. It’s genuinely upsetting. If you guys want to make it better can you please buy it back. I hate driving this car around it’s a constant reminder of how I got played.
Paul and Shawn were excellent to deal with, very happy and pleased with the expierence.
Use their car wash about once a week. Wouldnt go if I had to pay. Doesnt wash very well and half the time theres no soap.
I just had my oil change done and even though it was my first one and my first experience using there service department. everyone was friendly and i liked what i experienced . i was very pleased with my first experience.
They are horrible here because they messed up with the paper work to my vehicle to where Im having problems with the MVA. They were completely rude to me and didnt listen when I brought the problem to there attendention. They tried to commit fraud. I would give one star if I could
I appreciate the personal attention, and quick service from Norris Honda. Thank you for taking such great care of us.
I’ve had my Honda Civic for about a month now and I LOVE IT! If you go to Norris Honda, ASK FOR SHAWN- he will take care of you. I told him that I wanted a Honda Civic and he made sure to keep me updated on every Honda Civic that came in around my price range. He was available every single time I came by or reached out with a question. He had above and beyond customer service. Thanks so much Shawn!
Probably the worst service center I have ever experienced. I brought my 2011 Honda CRV to them a few weeks ago, because the driver door would not unlock and I couldn’t open up any other doors. I called AAA before coming because I could not get inside my car and the technician got lucky and was able to unlock a rear passenger door.I was then able to climb into the drivers seat and went straight to the dealership. When I first arrived I was told that it would be $119 for a diagnostic fee. I understand that labor rates are more expensive at dealerships so I had no issue with this because I wanted it fixed correctly.About 15 mins later they came in and handed me a quote for $2,714.97. I was told that they did not know what the issue was and had to take the door panel off to figure it out and in order to take the panel off they would have to break it. Then I get a soft sales pitch about how that is a down payment for a new a car. I can’t believe I had to pay a diagnostic fee for that. In their quote they also included an additional diagnostic fee on top of what I already had to pay. After a couple YouTube videos my friend and I were able to get the door panel off WITHOUT breaking it. Turns out it was a bad actuator and Honda a big class action lawsuit with this part. After playing with the actuator we were able to get the car door open. I ordered a new one for $25 off amazon and my friend helped me install it.If you have issues with your car do yourself a favor and steer clear of Norris Honda.
Went there for an annual inspection and oil change. Got carwash for free. Good service, quick, and well done. No complaints, love it.
I dont think i will get another car from them again
The Norris Honda Service Department is ABSOLUTELY PREDATORY. I purchased my 2016 Honda CRV from them back in October 2016. On June 25, 2018, I went in to have my headliner and sunroof evaluated since it had been leaking due to the heavy rainfall in the Baltimore area during the months of May and June. Before I could barely get a word out, the Service Manager Fred Hassell says Thats a nice car. Did someone buy that for you? Did your husband buy that for you?At this point, I was insulted, ignored it, and proceeded to tell Fred the issue with my car headliner and the seams from the rain. Instead of offering me a solution or how to move forward, he immediately blamed me for the issue and said that it was most likely my fault for not fully closing the moon roof or my windows.Due to the rain, I just wanted my car fixed and left it there. When I came to pick it up, Fred claimed there was nothing wrong with my car and said I owed them $140 for the diagnostic testing. However, when I got into my car there were NEW LARGER STAINS. When I pointed this out, Fred said I did not have any prior proof of pictures and refused to drop the charge. After a significant amount of back-and-forth with Fred, I decided to formally dispute the charge on my credit card and took my car to Anderson Honda of Hunt Valley. In addition, I lodged a formal complaint with American Honda Corp (I have a suspicious feeling Fred Hassell is slick and said the right things to get corporate off of his back)Ultimately, my credit card company sided with me and Anderson Honda took care of my problem without any issues. My car repair was covered under the 3 year 36K mile Honda warranty since there were distinct locations where my car was leaking due to a shifted drainage pan and a dislodged drainage tube. Anderson Honda was an absolute straightforward pleasure to deal with. I will never go back to Norris Honda for servicing of any type ever again. They were an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. NEVER AGAIN.
Great Service. Great Deal
I live in the Baldwin area and I have several Honda dealers within driving distance. I had a miss understanding about a parasitic drain issue that existed on previous models. Having tried three of the closest dealers, Norris Honda provided the best service and support in the area. Specially want to thank Andrew for his help!
Service was done at the scheduled time. Also completed on less time than quoted. Waiting room was comfortable enough for the hour wait.
I had a good buying experience at Norris Honda. My sales guy, Mr. Wilson was very nice and easy to work with. He made sure I was happy with my purchase and addressed any concerns I had. If youre in the market for a Honda, Id recommend you stop in a give Norris Honda a chance to earn your business.
Reasonable car dealer!
My wife and I had a great experience at Norris Honda. Things are obviously a little weird with the pandemic, but they were able to accommodate and make us feel very comfortable. Brandon Stephan was excellent to work with and an absolute professional. Id recommend this crew to everyone I know.
Worst dealership ever unprofessional when you bring up a problem they don’t want to help there exact words to me was we already sold you the car so it’s nothing I can do for you ! Brought a car from them this summer the beginning of may have still not received my tags for my car . When the dealership tags expired in August I had to get another 60 day tags they told me it was just a hold up at MvA due to corona my tags should be in the mail in a few weeks. Well it’s The end of October I still don’t have my tags and now there telling me they sent a check to me in JULY to refund me for the tags mind you I was just there in August . Why wasn’t the money given back then instead of giving me another 30 day tag which is now expired and I haven’t still received a check with my refund . It’s been 6Months!!!!! Called yesterday was told by Wilson and his manager I need to wait they are busy I’ve been waiting a half year Now !
Great place to deal with.... sales people that listen and follow up (not pushy)
If you go to this place, be very careful and make sure you look at all of your documents before signing anything. Before I go into my whole experience, you should know the main point which is that they MADE A MISTAKE on my loan and it messed up my entire loan. The finance guy wrote in the WRONG TERMS OF AGREEMENT. He wrote down THE WRONG DOWNPAYMENT AMOUNT. And my loan was processed with the wrong monthly payments and there was no way to go back. I paid MORE on my downpayment than he wrote on the paperwork and I had to find this out by getting my first bill and then I had to request a refund from this dealership to get 4k back. If I want to get my original agreed upon loan terms, I now have to refinance my loan which is a terrible inconvenience for me. I understand this was human error..... but its an unacceptable error in my mind. Now I will go into the rest of my experience. It was my first time buying a car here and the experience was pretty bad at all levels. They had a used Honda CRV that I already knew I wanted and was at a good price. The salesman didnt know anything about the car to start off...which was whatever since I already knew a lot about it from my research but it wasnt a great feeling. Then going over the paperwork was like pulling teeth. The salesman and the finance guy were both difficult to work with. We were trying to figure out how we wanted to do the loan and they were very impatient and pushy about it. It did not make us feel good and obviously the end result shows they were VERY CARELESS when processing our paperwork. They also do everything by hand which just seemed out of touch. If you go to somewhere like an autonation they are able to tell you info like rates and information right from their computer and print stuff out for you to show everything very clearly to you. And the salesman was able to work with us on the spot with financing. This is not the case at this place. The car I bought was of good value and has been working well for us so far, I just recommend you understand the process and all of the documents you sign if you go here.
Love Norris Honda. Bought my Fit in 2011 and have not taken my Honda anywhere else for service. Norris has great customer service and mechanics that do an awesome job.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Norris Honda. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for the past 7 years, having gone to them for my yearly maintenance of my 2011 Civic as well as other service needs. Over the past 3 years I’ve noticed some changes in their service department, as they seemed to be pushing me to get additional service done which started to seem questionable. Nevertheless, I remained a loyal customer until my most recent service visit. Last month my car stopped turning on unless given a jump. I took it to Norris Honda where they charged me $120 for a diagnosis. The service team told me that the problem was with the door latch system which was draining my battery. They quoted me another $325+ for the part plus labor. I decided to get another opinion from another mechanic, who told me it was simply the battery and definitely not the door latch that caused my problem. He replaced the battery that same day and my car has been running just fine for the past 2 weeks at a total cost of $200 which included the diagnosis, battery, and labor. The fact that Norris was going to charge me an additional $325+ on top of the $120 I already paid for a diagnosis is ridiculous. Clearly they lied to me about my service needs in order to make more money off of my problem. On top of that, they refused to give me the car wash included in the service because of the weather – but I noticed they washed other customer’s cars while I was there. I have lost all trust in them and strongly recommend anyone considering Norris Honda to stay away.
I went just looking to see what they had an two vehicles caught my eye. The sales man Tim was awesome. I was first looking at the cr-v an the accord sport caught my eye so I checked both out Tim went threw both cars with me showing me all the tech stuff. Then Doug the finance guy took over an was great, worked with me to get me happy. I ended up with a new 2020 Honda accord sport an Im am extremely happy with my car an my experience!
Used bait and switch which I will report to Attorney General. This is illegal.
I bought brake pads for my CR-V for what I assumed was list price ($85), since thats what the invoice said. Turns out list price, which is set by Honda, is $60.23. I dont have a problem with them charging whatever they want for the parts since its their business, but printing a false list price on invoices isnt right.
Great service, made the car-buying experience helpful, positive, and without heavy pressure. And got a great deal, to boot! Loved working with Quin!
Great place to buy yourself a vehicle with confidence. Norris Honda does not do all the complications you face while buying cars with other dealers. Plain and simple, if you have good credit, congratulations! you’ve got yourself a good deal.
Nice place
The Service Department is top of the line!! I didn’t purchase my car from them but I decided to service it there because the original dealer has dishonest practices in the service department. I’ve never had a problem here. The cost of service is great, extremely friendly staff and the waiting area is very comfortable. My next Honda purchase will definitely be from this dealer!
The service department is professional and prompt! Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I took my car in for a scheduled oil change yesterday morning. I sat and drank my coffee for about 45 minutes...and the service guy brought me the receipt and I was on my way to the Black Friday specials! Really, they have great service and very accommodating staff. One of, if not the best, dealership I’ve experienced.
Performed work very timely and was very good at keeping me safe by adhering to all COVID-19 safety standards--thank you
Brandon Stephan was AWESOME!!! I called to inquire some information and spoke to Brandon a few different times and he was ready to help me with all my needs. When I went to visit the location I ask for Brandon to help me with my new purchase. Also Paul helped us with all the paper work and financial numbers, He was GREAT too. This is our 4th vehicle from Honda!! They are GREAT!!!!
The pressures were low in my tires and I was able to take my car in without an appointment. The service was quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly.
The service department at Norris Honda is excellent. The employees are honest and they keep you informed about the progress on your car. The car is ready when promised. The cost is less than other Honda dealerships in the Baltimore area.
I had an amazing first used car buying experience at Norris Honda! I was concerned with buying a car at first with my little credit history, but it was not a problem at all when financing my Ford Focus. Norman helped me through the whole process and was extremely straight forward with me. I also had an issue with a mirror on my car within the first week of the purchase and Norman went out of his way order the part I needed. I highly recommend buying from Norris Honda!
Norris pre-owned office is great! We are from out of state and Wilson went above and beyond to get us all of the information that we needed. When we got to the dealer ship Wilson and the rest of the staff were very friendly. If your going to buy a pre-owned vehicle go see Wilson!
Terrible service I bought wiper inserts for my civic they overcharged me, and I asked them are you sure this is the right one because I paid a lot less for it last year, they gave me the wrong parts when I got home they were for a completely different vehicle they dont know what they doing over there I had to go to a different Honda dealership to get the correct blades, terrible service they dont even know the difference in the wiper blades really! Im never going back to get my car serviced a again.
Dealt with Kaleb and even though we didnt end up purchasing the 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid, he still left a great impression with us. He was friendly, courteous and professional. His manager (dont remember his name) was also nice and accomodating. He tried his best to get us a good price but it was just over our budget. If you want a non-pushy sales experience, definitely give these guys a try! Good luck!
Kind and courteous right from the start. This is out third time buying a car from Norris Honda and each time seems to get better and better.
Outstanding Service! Will (Service Adviser) is always helpful. They are also accurate with their quotes for repairs - no surprises when you get you invoice. My auto is always ready when they say how long it will take to repair.
I started my car buying experience by contacting more than 10 Honda dealers around the Baltimore area.I chose to purchase my Honda Accord from Norris Honda as they were the most straight forward and best priced. Sean Woods was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I had my initial test drives and pricing with Sean. No typical car salesman pressure from any of the sales team, finance (Paul Donald) and sales (Brandon Stephan).Norris Honda was able to redirect from the manufacturer, a low take 2.0T 6MT in the color that I requested in a very reasonable time frame. Brandon kept me informed of the manufacturing time, tracking in transit to dealership and accommodated my requests. He also showed me all the technology in the car and how to configure everything.I would highly recommend Norris Honda to anyone looking for a stress free, no game playing, car buying experience.
Good service.
I love being at Norris its very comfortable with everything you need while waiting on your car, so far so good my car is in excellent condition, Thanks Norris!!
Great experience. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and that’s exactly what I got. At no time did the service rep come in and try to up charge me for something the mechanic saw while the service was being done. The service was completed extremely quick. Thank you Norris Honda
Great place to work friendly people
Great customer service
I will say they are rude & simple display no customer service . Instead of the finance manager saying he did not want to place the application so we would know what our options would be he said the bank was closed at 7:45 at night when Honda indeed closed at 9pm . To top of off the sales rep told me at 6ish pm they could get me the car I wanted delivered in 1 hr . After deciding on the car the financing manager said he didn’t know where the cars was coming from ( sarcastically) saying it could come form Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania. I’m fancying know that it would come from a local dealership in MdD if not a few miles away 😒. On top of that I graduated form nursing school in March & he asked me was it an approved school and was it a diploma or certificate! What RN school give people certificates. I guess he assumed I was not a nurse after I told them my Job title ! 🙄. And provided my paystubs . In addition I don’t have my diploma yet because I graduated in a pandemic. March 2020!! However, the board of nursing is public information. Anyone can look up a license and see if someone took the NCLEX ! Which is the only way you are able to become a nurse and sit for boards in MD or any state in AMERICA is to graduate from a Approved NURSING school. Maybe it was the way I looked that he assumed that 🤨! However, they will never get my business. Horrible experience for trying to buy a new car
Bought a 2017 Honda Accord from Norris Honda in November 2017. Best car buying experience ever. John Heiser was my salesman, and was a straight shooter with great knowledge about this and other vehicles. I got a great deal and did not feel the typical pressure Ive felt at other dealers. Paul Donald got me in in the first place with great service over the phone, and worked with John and got me through all the paperwork effortlessly. I was coming from a distance away because Norris had the car I was looking for, and Paul and John made the whole experience such a pleasure that I would go out of my way to buy from them again. Loved my experience with Norris Honda!
Bought a car from here. Nick was cool. Ask for Nick.
I believe this company has lied to me several times in the past which is evident from the way my Multi Point Vehicle Inspections have been filled out. Ive had over 5 of them done within a year of owning my car and Im pretty sure they dont actually check anything and just put random numbers down. My tire tread and brake condition are marked as worse one visit, better the next, worse the next, and then better than they ever have been (according to them). It makes no sense and I know they are not taking the time to do the inspections properly. But what really makes me angry and the reason I took the time to write a review is this: Today I was told that I did not have a cabin filter in my car and was asked to spend $85 to have one put in. Are you kidding me?! It takes 2 minutes to put in the filter and I did it myself when I bought the car so I KNOW FOR A FACT that I had one in there. A week prior they indicated on an inspection form that my cabin filter was in good condition but today they said I dont even have one (who even knows if they actually checked it a week ago or not. I dont know if they were lying then or now). Why did they take my filter? I have not had the car in any other shops since owning it and no one has borrowed my car. I know that they took my filter and then had the audacity to ask me to pay them $85 to put in a new one. I will never be back again. Not even once. Save yourselves the money and frustration if you can, but if you insist on getting your service done at this location please dont use their Multi Point Vehicle Inspection as a source of accurate information about your car. And definitely make sure you leave with your air filter.
I went to Norris Honda yesterday to have my 2012 CRV serviced. I didnt need to make an appointment and as soon as I arrived the service door opened and I pulled in to a service person ready to get me serviced. With in minutes I was sitting in the waiting room sipping a complimentary coffee and watching tv in a comfortable couch. And moms with children theres a play room for the children. In less then 45 minutes my name was called and I made payment and was on the road.
Very friendly and knowledge service staff. They really work to get you in and out as quickly as possible. And, they inform you of work that may need to be done, but do not pressure you at all into having it done. The prices are very reasonable for a dealership service department. I love taking my car there for service. Also, they have free coffee. :)
This was my second visit to Norris Honda. First regular oil change, yesterday was big oil change and tire rotation. Got my Honda CRV right in, took care of business! Fred in the service dept. even had a coupon to make the service sweeter! I will be using Norris Honda for all future work! Thanks Fred!
A great Honda dealer to do business with. I am truly a satisfied customer.
Looking to buy a car from another dealer when Norris called said they could beat the current out the door price. I told them I would give them a chance. Well they were $1100 more than what the other dealer was for the exact car. What a waste of my time. I told the sales professional that I didn’t want to come if they couldn’t beat it. Good ole bait and switch and I even work in the automotive industry.
Awesome
What a GREAT experience I had at Norris Honda. Thank you Brandon Stephan (sales), Drew (manager), Allen (finance) for making the entire purchase process so simple and easy. You guys know how to do it right — no pressure, no hidden sales tactics— just an honest, knowledgeable sales team who truly knows what great customer service really is!!! Thank you again. Excited to own a Honda CRV!
Helpful staff. Wanted quote on maintenance of crv. Nice people but price way up there.
Just bought a 2017 Honda civic from them and they were so nice and worked with me based on my situation because I was trading in a vehicle that just kept breaking on me. They worked to find the best financing for me too. Wonderful customer service and overall a great experience. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and continue to be a life long customer!
Excellent service department. Friendly staff.
Great deal on a 2006 Honda odyssey 42000 miles on it we love it.
The service facility service was prompt and efficient. The staff was friendly. I was very satisfied with everything to do with my service visit.
I was greeted immediately. I went in for my normal maintenance, (oil change, filter and a transmission flush), I was informed what would be done and anything additional that I might need to have done. The work was performed in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way.
Made the experience of buying a new car very easy and effortless. There were no pushy car salesman types. I was given time to look around the lot without being hassled. I feel that I got a good deal on the price of the car, a 2012 Honda Accord, and I have been very happy with my purchase thus far. This was my first time buying a brand new car and I feel that it couldnt have gone more smoothly.
A really excellent experience ... from beginning to end all were professional and proficient ... my rare highest recommendation for any needing services!
Wonderful people to buy a car from, and start to finish a fantastic experience. My wife bought her Pilot from Norris Honda in late March, and our purchase experience was so good that we knew wed be coming back again. Little did we know that it would be less than 10 weeks before we came back! Anyway, the second go-around was every bit as good as the first. Sea Woods was, again, my salesman and he provided top-shelf customer service and has phenomenal product knowledge (and I had researched the car thoroughly in advance). Paul Donald (sales manager) handled the numbers, and was a complete pleasure to deal with. Bill Vance is the General Manager and bent over backwards to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Kati Rudisill gave me a thorough demonstration of the cars features and made sure I was comfortable with the technology. I cannot possibly overstate what a nice experience it was. Thank you, Norris Honda!
